Since 1979 when homosexuality no longer was classified as an illness the Swedish authorities have been working on increasing the LGBTQ community?s rights and living conditions. How is this work reflected within the Cultural heritage sector, especially since the adoption of Agenda 2030. The purpose and goal of this study is to examine whether the cultural heritage sector actively works to include the LGBTQ perspective in their preservation work by using a quantitative method. Through a document analysis and a survey, it examines this on a national, regional and local level within ?sterg?tland county and its 13 municipalities. The study shows that at a national level there are no specific strategies for working inclusively with an LGBTQ perspective in cultural heritage, however, there is almost always a general level where concepts such as equality, gender equality, inclusion and intersectionality are mentioned.

The aim of this thesis is to study perceptions around the freedom of movement of workers within the EU before and after its enlargement in 2004, both on a Swedish and a European level. I have chosen to conduct my study using a discourse analysis as a structure for my theory and method. Theories based on previous research have also been used. My material consists of Communications from the European Commission, Swedish Command Papers as well as a research report. One of the main findings is that at a Swedish level, there is concern about how the free movement of workers will affect the labour market and welfare system.

Uppsatsen har syftat till att belysa Sveriges närområde ur ett säkerhetspolitiskt perspektiv och samtidigt finna faktorer som påverkat Sveriges säkerhetspolitiska rollval. Vidare ämnade uppsatsen att förklara, det vill säga hitta orsaksförklaringar till varför den säkerhetspolitiska miljön i Sveriges närområde ser ut som den gör. Då uppsatsen är att se som teorikonsumerande har svaren sökts genom vald teori som utgår från en regional säkerhetspolitisk analys. Vidare har även ansatser gjort ur Nils Andréns säkerhetspolitiska struktur. De teoretiska ansatserna har sedan använts som analysmodell där fyra nivåer har applicerats på empirin.

Problemet med övergödning har länge varit uppmärksammat i Sverige. De åtgärder som har satts in för att minska problemet har inte fungerat tillfredsställande och därför är det extra viktigt att följa upp och utvärdera målet Ingen övergödning. En central del i arbetet med miljömålen är utvärdering och uppföljning, som görs för att bedöma om vi närmar oss de uppsatta miljömålen. I det svenska miljömålsarbetet har så kallade miljöindikatorer fått en betydande roll. De fungerar som ett verktyg för att operationalisera, implementera, följa upp och utvärdera hållbar utveckling.

The subject of this essay in archaeology is the economy at the mining village of Saladuringthe 16th and early 17th century. The silvermine in Sala was once the foremost producer of silver in Sweden, and the mine as well as the mining village had had a long and rich history. This history can be seen in historical documents as well as in archaeological findings. The lure of silver attracted many different people to the mining village. This in turn madetrade an important part of the mining village.

This paper describes and develops a trade off model of optimal capital structure by Bradley et al. (1984). The model is then tested to examine how changes in corporate tax rates affect the optimal capital structure of firms. Based on theoretical implications of the model, four hypotheses are derived stating that firms? optimal debt-to-value ratio is (1) negatively related to financial distress costs, (2) negatively related to non-debt tax shields, (3) negatively related to firm volatility and (4) positively related to the corporate tax rate.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar den fysiska dimensionen i svensk regional planering och hur den påverkar sambandet mellan det regionala tillväxtarbetet och den kommunala översiktsplaneringen. Problembeskrivningen är baserad på Boverkets rapporter Rumslig utvecklingsplanering ? länken mellan regionalt tillväxtarbete och kommunal översiktsplanering (Rapport 2011:3) och Sambandet mellan det regionala tillväxtarbetet och kommunernas översiktsplanering (Rapport 2014:15). Sverige är ett stort land där förutsättningarna för ekonomisk utveckling varierar mellan de olika regionerna. I flera årtionden har regionalpolitik bedrivits för att jämna ut dessa skillnader. Politiken har inte alltid fått det förväntade resultatet och det beror, enligt kritikerna till top-down- tänkandet, på att det inte går att skapa utveckling uppifrån. De menar att policy skapas på lokal nivå i samhället i så kallade policynätverk. Enligt Burts teori bör ett sådant nätverk vara väl integrerat internt och aktörerna måste ha många kontakter utanför nätverket för att det ska vara maximalt presterande.
