Näsåker och Resele är två bygder där man nyligen öppnat flyktingboenden. I samband med detta har det skett en organisering i civilsamhället och man har bildat Näsåkers Integrationsgrupp och Reseles Asylgrupp. Den här uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur den här organiseringen har gått till, hur verksamheten ser ut idag och vilka utmaningar de engagerade möter. Samt att koppla samman detta med begreppet resiliens för att se möjliga vinster för bygderna. De engagerade har under sin organisering varit enormt flexibla och an-passat verksamheten efter både de lokala förutsättningarna och de asylsökandes behov.

This paper relates a debate on a book Vetenskapen och förnuftet (1986) written by the Scandinavian philosopher Georg Henrik von Wright (1916 - 2003). The book brings up fate of mankind, raising the question if human rational thinking and scientific achievements are threatening our very existence on earth. Shortly after the book was published, it was intensively debated in a leading Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet. Some 20 leading politicians and scientists contributed with their criticism during spring 1987. The paper highlights this debate by writing Reception history, describing how the book with its serious message was received by leading scientists of the time.

The aim of the Master?s Thesis work is to study and develop algorithms for autonomous travel of a UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle). A vehicle for the mounting of sensors has been constructed in order to perform the work. Since the UGV is to be used outdoor in urban areas, GPS can be used. To improve precision and robustness, inertial navigation is used in addition to GPS, since GPS Reception is likely to be diminished in such areas.

This thesis analyses the intertextual relation between Birgitta Trotzig?s I Kejsarens tid and the works of the Polish author Bruno Schulz, using a hermeneutical method. The application of Manfred Pfister?s model for qualification of intertextual intensity initially motivates that the most important intertextual relations should be sought in the realm of ?refer to? rather than ?use?. According to the hermeneutical approach, the conclusion demands an exposition of Birgitta Trotzig?s interpretative practices in relation to intertexts.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att undersöka vilka problem och möjligheter man kan möta med användandet av historisk spelfilm i historieundervisningen. Spelfilmens roll som historieförmedlare har ökat under de senaste åren. Idag fungerar spelfilm med historiska motiv som historieförmedlare för många människor, inte minst ungdomar. I många fall används spelfilmen i underhållningssyfte. En stor anledning till att jag gör denna undersökning är för att se närmare på hur läraren kan arbeta med spelfilmen i historieundervisningen utöver ett rent underhållningssyfte.

This essay presents an example of the musical life of a female composer active in Sweden during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Through a case study on composer Sara Wennerberg-Reuter (1875-1959), the essay contributes information to her biography, which had been lacking specific details.Wennerberg-Reuter's biography has been discussed regarding traditional roles of women in music, her relationship to her own artistry and other active women composers, and finally the contemporary Reception of Wennerberg-Reuter as a legitimate composer. Aesthetical theories prevalent during Wennerberg-Reuter?s life has been applied in these discussions, such as those presented by Citron, Öhrström and Hanson, combined with Citron's additional theories considering masculine/feminine elements in the musical approach.The main conclusions reached regarding the specific conditions enabling a professional status as a composer and woman in Sweden during the given time are;a) the liberal permission by the family to pursue higher education in composing, since this was in opposition to the traditions of the time.b) the access to a network of musically active women, from which a sense of being part of a female community can be created.c) the acceptance from musical institutions such as higher educations, composer's societies and media critics..

This essay focuses on the Reception of Yahya Hassan?s debut YAHYA HASSAN in Swedish media, mainly daily newspapers. Following the work of Magnus Nilsson it analyzes the ?reading strategy of the politics of identity? in ?immigrant literature? and outlines structural racism in the literary scene. By bringing attention to the critics? use of this reading strategy, it is possible to unveil the ?ethnic filter? through which literature by Swedish authors with a ?non-Swedish identity? is being read in contemporary Swedish literary criticism.

Titel: Att stå i hallen och vilja vara med: Ensamkommande flyktingbarn och deras behov. En kvalitativ studie om behoven bland dessa barn och ungdomar.Författare: Lotta Nilsson Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka vilka behov som finns bland ensamkommande flyktingbarn som kommer till Sverige både som nyanlända och efter utflytt från HVB-hem. Det har också varit att jämföra deras behov med de tänkta behov som formar mottagandet i Sverige.Studien är av kvalitativ karaktär med semistrukturerade intervjuer av fem stycken unga män från Afghanistan, Somalia och Ryssland samt integrationsutvecklare på Länsstyrelsen och lärare vid integrationsprogrammet. Resultaten visar på att behoven varierar mellan informanterna men att behovet av tillhörighet och längtan efter familjen i hemlandet är något som förenar samtliga. Vad som också blir tydligt är hur olika behov påverkar individens val och förmåga till koncentration och fokus.

In this study the book talk is examined as a communicative act with a purpose to convince according to an under-lying intention to promote reading. I follow the book talk?s way from an idea of the book talker (and the library) to the Reception of the audience, with the aim to understand how to talk about books in an engaging manner. More specifically, the rhetorical situation and the purpose of a book talk, the performance and the means to arouse and retain interest in the book talk as a speech and in the books themselves are examined and the impact of the book talk on the audience.The empirical material consists of observations of two different book talks (both directed to children) and interviews with the two different book talking librarians and a few of the children from the audiences to both book talks. The theoretical framework consists of rhetorical theories from both antique and modern times and I perform a rhetorical analysis of both book talks.

Since product placement is a relatively new phenomenon in Swedish television, there is a lack of research on what attitudes Swedish TV-viewers hold towards it. This is where our paper will contribute to the research. The purpose of this reserachpaper is to describe and analyze what attitude Swedish TV-viewers has towards product placement. Kim Schröders multidimensional model of mass media Reception were used, which is a developed model from Stuart Hall?s ?encoding/decoding? one-dimensional model.

Arbetet handlar om skillnaden i Reception och erfarenhet i betraktande av landskap, endera som illusorisk bild och som mer erfarenhetsmässig upplevelse av landskapskonsten. Denna frågeställning behandlar den illusoriska bildens övergång till installation och platsspecifika konstverk ute i dess kontext. Jag behandlar rum, ram, plats och betraktarens positionering inför och med konstverket inom detta tema. Där jag undersökt villkoren för vilka erfarenheter man får av konstverket som endera illusoriskt och även som processbeskrivning. Det didaktiska syftet är att eleverna ska få möjlighet att undersöka närvarons platsspecifika betydelse för konstverket.

AbstractThis study is based on my work as a secondary school teacher of literature and the Swedish language and rooted in my interest in developing knowledge about the importance of teaching literature in order to both cultivate young people?s reading habits and their view of themselves as readers. The more concrete purpose of this study is to examine a reading project that focuses on theories of literary perception and teaching literature.I examine four pupils who, in 2003, participated in the reading project as readers and compare this description with their view of themselves as readers seven years later. I complete the study by examining how they discuss reading and the teaching of literature. The method is qualitative and the empirics include materiel collected in two different time periods: first in 2003, in a class I taught in a secondary school; and second in 2010, when I examined four of the former pupils who participated in the project from 2003.

The purpose of this study was to describe senior nurses? expectations concerning how a digital information and communication technology systems (ICT) can contribute to the improvement of care leadership and how it can strengthen ties between the school's theoretical world and the practical clinical work-based training (WP) in nursing. The study has a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The study involved seven leading care nurses. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews.

Syftet med vår undersökning är att studera inställningen hos elever i årskurs 9 när det gäller läsningen av skönlitteratur och framförallt klassisk litteratur och hur deras läsning påverkas av presentationen av den litterära kontexten i ett klassiskt verk. Analysen genomfördes i två steg eftersom presentationen av litteraturen som eleverna skulle läsa låg på två olika nivåer. Vi ville ta reda på hur skillnaden av läsupplevelsen var när en klass fick omfattande information om författaren och verket. Den andra klassen fick enbart ta del av texten och först efter genomförandet av enkäterna och intervjuerna fick de en presentation av författaren, verket och tiden då det skrevs. Vi genomförde en kvalitativ och kvantitativ undersökning baserade på enkäter och intervjuer.
