Construction projects are generally designed as a general contract or a complete contract. In a general contract the commercial contract that is being used is AB 04 and related advice and instructions, AMA AF 07. In AB 04 there is an insurance requirement that stipulates that the contractor shall take all risks and liability insurance for the contract where the client must be co-insured.Construction law is almost exclusively regulated by the various standard contracts, one of those is AB 04. The Construction Contracts Committe is an organization that has published the standard contracts in this area of law and also the advice and instructions to help the parties to understand the agreements. The insurance requirement occurs in an area of law that is complex and the meaning of the concept is not entirely clear, nor which of the parties? interests and responsibilities that are covered by the types of insurances that are provided by the insurance requirement.

The report describes a measuring method for analysis of energy consumption measurement in microwave ovens. Concurrently that the awareness of the environment evolves the demands are growing for more power saving products. This is also counting within the Home Appliance business, which is Whirlpools business area. Whirlpool is therefore interested of launching microwave ovens with documented low power consumption. The aim of this work is to give a broader and more nuanced picture of the use of locks and keys during the Iron Age, in particular the late Iron Age, in the Lake Mälaren region. This has been done by comparing two buildings: the hall on Helgö and the living quarters in the garrison on Birka. A LED spectrometer has been constructed for qualitative spectrometry using certain wavelenghts. The LEDs and the photodiode are being controlled with a microcontroller that is connected to a computer to power the components and save data. The spectroanalysis made with the LED spectrometer were significantly different to a standard spectrometer, concluding that more analysis should be made until a final product is ready. Some areas of improvements are suggested. .

This report deals with RFID systems and how to detect nearby tags with the Mifare standard using only a microcontroller and an antenna circuit.The aim was to investigate whether there was any possibility to continuously search for a nearby tag for a system operated with batteries without compromising   the lifespan of the battery. At this time the system would take too long time to wake up and look for a tag to give a satisfactory battery lifespan, which should be done a couple of times every second.The report has two issues, namely:Is it possible to direct the microprocessor to detect and identify a nearby tag after the Mifare standard?What hardware is required for this to be possible?As the research method to provide answers to the above questions an action research was used. This approach has meant that the group worked on information retrieval, examined existing solutions, tested their own solutions and documented the results.The group examined an existing solution that can search for nearby tags with minimal energy consumption. An antenna circuit was built that was connected to the processor.

This is a study on individual development plans (IDPs) in pre-school and their relationship with the teaching performed. Skolverket does not mention the IDPs in their steering documents for pre-school, and have in a separate memo discouraged from the use. Yet reports show that many of the pre-schools in Sweden are using IDPs. Teaching in pre-school is expected to be a mixture of care and learning without clear boundaries to the scientific topics pre-school aims to introduce children to. The purpose of this study is to investigate if the use of IDPs affect the teaching in pre-school.

And what would the apartments look like if they were designed according to the wishes of the dwellers? Bakgrund & problem: Ett steg i IASBs och FASBs projekt att harmonisera inom de två organisationernas redovisningsregler hanterar området leasing. Ett förslag har lagts fram som innebär att operationell leasing inte längre ska vara ett alternativ för företag inom IFRS och US GAAP. Istället skall all leasing klassificeras som finansiell och därmed aktiveras på företagens balansräkningar.Förslaget har gett upphov till mycket diskussion bland normsättare, revisorer, företag och investerare.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur svenska noterade företag påverkas av en förändring av redovisningen av leasing genom att undersöka effekterna på deras nyckeltal. Studien undersöker dessutom om konsekvenserna av en ny standard skiljer sig mellan olika branscher i Sverige.Metod: Genom en kvantitativ metod där årsredovisningar för över 200 svenska noterade företag studeras undersöks storleken på den post som hade aktiverats om förslaget hade varit verklighet under 2008. Därefter räknas effekterna på företagens nyckeltal ut för att göra en jämförelse möjlig.Resultat & slutsats: Studien visar att 86 % av de undersökta företagen använder sig av operationell leasing.
