Today's labor market is characterized by flexibility. This applies to organizations, forms of employment and working time. Unregulated working time is such an adaptation and the main subject of this essay. The purpose of this study was to investigate the conditions that underpin unregulated working time, in relation to the Swedish legislation and to EU legislation. The intention has been to investigate the work environment impacts of unregulated working time, and what differences there are from a gender perspective.The conclusion is that workers who enter into agreements for unregulated working time have significantly different terms from traditional workers.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate what attributes were used in story-time activities, why attributes were used in story-time activities and what functions they have. The study is based on qualitative methods in the form of a literature studies, observations and interviews. The interviews were undertaken with two storytellers from the same public library. The story-time activities were adapted for children from three to six years of age. The study suggested that there was a connection between story-time activities and a social and cultural perspective.

Title Communicating identity at every level - a study of how consumers perceive the brand identity in the new media landscape.Background The new media landscape has created new opportunities for companies to interact and communicate with the market. Even if this means increased opportunities for relationship-building between companies and consumers it also arise a risk in moving into a new stadium with no real strategy. It is therefore essential to communicate the brand as great as possible in every level of channel.Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether two companies (GANT & H&M) have succeeded in their stated brand identity through the various online platforms: website and facebook page.Method The study is a qualitative study consisting of four focus groups on students at Uppsala university at Ekonomikum.Results The results show that it is possible to convey the identity at every level and on different platforms on the closing of sufficient time and effort. H & M has integrated much of the material on the facebook pages section in a stylistic way which gathers more appreciation then GANT, which according to the informants did not seem to have spend much time at all. .

CTF ur ett ekonomiskt perspektiv : en analys för storskaliga växtodlingsföretag

Denna uppsats är skriven inom ämnet Företagsekonomi och omfattar 15 högskolepoäng på C-nivå på Institutionen för ekonomi vid Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet. Tanken bakom vår uppsats är att ge en bild av vad controlled traffic farming (hädanefter förkortat CTF) är, samt om odlingstekniken kan ge bättre lönsamhet i svenskt lantbruk. Förhoppningen är därmed att uppsatsen skall ge en grundförståelse inom ämnet. CTF innebär att permanenta körspår anläggs och att all fälttrafik sker i dessa körspår. Följderna av detta blir således att åkermarken mellan körspåren övergår till att vara mer lucker, eftersom lantbruksmaskinernas markpackning koncentreras till körspåren. Markpackning är ett av de stora problemen i dagens jordbruk och målet med CTF är att öka lönsamheten genom högre fältavkastning till följd av bättre markförhållanden för grödan. Studien utgörs av en jämförelse mellan konventionell plöjningsfri växtodling och odling med systemet CTF.

In the digital era, new services have entered the public libraries, like seeking information on the Internet, in databases, newspapers online etc. But many citizens do not know that these services exist. The libraries have a democratic responsibility to inform about them. In the county of Östergötland a project started in 2001 where libraries in five small municipalities built websites in which they present all their electronic services available. One of the aims was with the help of different kinds of marketing to reach special groups of people, like adult students, small companies and politicians.

AbstractBuilding Information Model/Modeling/Management (BIM) is a tool that allows for efficient working methods. BIM saves time and money while providing the potential for visualization. This method of working is based on a 3D-model, and then a fourth and fifth dimension are connected. 5D modeling means that a spreadsheet creates cost estimates based on the 3D model. This provides opportunities to carry out calculations in the early stages of the projects. Calculations are currently performed manually and do not contribute to the development that the construction industry requires.
