This paper tests the extent to which diffusion theory can serve as a model to explain the development of attitudes to European integration policy in Sweden from 1999 until 2009.
Patienters upplevelser av möten med sjuksköterskan i psykiatrisk vård : en litteraturstudie
The aim of this study was to illuminate how patients with mental illness experience encounters with the nurse in psychiatric care, in order to acquire increased understanding for the patients needs. A litterature study was used to analyse previously published scientific articles within psychiatric nursing care. Content analysis inspired by Graneheim and Lundman was used to perform the analysis. The result showed that the patients recovery depended on the relationship with the nurse. If the relationship was good, the patient was moore likely to regain his mental health, than if the relationship with the nurse was poor.

Skalans betydelse vid utformning av stadsrum
When one experiences a place, it is a complex composition of both social and spatial factors. One of these spatial elements, is scale, which is influenced both by the room size and itsproportions. This paper aims to explore both large and small scale concepts and thus increasethe understanding of how scale directly and indirectly affects the experiences and uses ofurban space.First, is a theoretical discussion of scale in relation to aesthetics and the differencesbetween real scale and perceived scale. Next, is an analysis of spatial perception usingexamples from two existing sites. One, which is understood to have been planned in a largescale and one which is understood to have been planned in a small scale. When preparing this paper, the focus quickly became the importance of scale as itrelates to street spaces. The perception of a street usually takes place while in motion, whichforces it to be perceived in sections.

Jämförelse av två mätmetoder för mindre gasvolym
Two different methods for measuring biogas production were used, gas meter and gasbags. The gas meters were electronic and counted each time a certain gasvolume passed through them. The gasbags collected the gas that hade passed through the gas meter until a manual measuring could be done. The two different methods gave the same result for a volume at three liters but for a volume around 0,2 liters they did not. Accuracy and precision for the gasbags was more exact than for the gas meters even if the method was difficult with a lot of different elements that could affect the result.

In this essay there will be four text books from grade 1 studied, the first one are from the year 1976 and it will be going forward to the year 2012. The aim of this study is to see how the genders are depicted and represented, as well as what roles the genders are given. I do also want to see if there is a notable change in this over time. I will be doing a study based on the quantity of the contents, and I will also be doing a critical discourse analysis. The result of the study showed that there were more gender-based constructions that referred to women in all of the four books, which indicates that women are represented more often in these reading books. It is most common to portray the genders in their stereotypical roles, which again are present in society, but sometimes these roles are depart from what?s present in society.
86 Dagar 16 timmar 25 minuter : En kvantitativ innehållsanalys av nyhetsbevakningen kring oljeutsläppet i mexikanska golfen 2010
Purpose: When the Deepwater Horizon oilrig in the Gulf of Mexico faced disaster in late April 2010, news coverage immediately began of the disaster that would unfold. BP took the blame and its financial resources were strained as it struggled with stopping the oil leak, cleanup work as well as its PR image. While the US took many blows of the consequences to ecosystem and tourism, financial consequences swept across the world, mainly Britain, where BP had its headquarters. The event gives an excellent chance at comparing the media coverage from both the US and Britain. By studying The Daily Telegraph and The New York Times, we want to see both similarities and differences in the themes they focused on as well as seeing trends in the themes over time.Theories: The theory chapter is heavily based around the Agenda-setting theory in the media communication field.Methodology: A quantitative content analysis (QCA) of some 500 news articles in The Daily Telegraph and The New York Times from April 22 to July 15. The QCA was made to find the main theme of articles to give us data on how many articles of each theme, as well as their distribution over time.
