This study examines how managers in the public sector experience and manage their digital maturity in the context of digital transformation. The study is based on qualitative interviews with twelve managers and three developers in a municipality in western Sweden and is analyzed based on a theoretical framework that combines individuals digital maturity (DIMI model) with organizational conditions. The results show that managers' digital maturity is influenced by both individual and organizational factors. At the individual level, the importance of digital competence, self-efficacy, and willingness to participate in and lead change are emphasized. At the same time, organizational conditions such as coordination, resources, technical support and clear governance are required.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to investigate the factors of children?s voluntarily reading in their spare time. We also want to know if the children choose non-fiction books for their voluntarily reading. The method as well as the empirical basis of this study is qualitative, with interviews of twenty-eight children in ages between 9 and 12 years. We conducted nine interviews with 3?4 children in each group.

The aim of this study was to investigate the production of knowledge that can emerge in the use of Practice Research by Mirror method. This by finding out what it is in the practical work that leads to the production of knowledge and how knowledge production takes form. The empirical data that form the basis for this study is recorded group within the Mirror method discussions and a focus group interview with social workers who participated in the discussions. Those who have participated are social workers with experience from working with financial aid support and only real cases have been used in the discussions. The results have been analyzed according to Lipsky's theory of street-level bureaucracy and their discretion and Fook and Gardner´s theory of critical reflection.

Studiens syfte är att studera de bakomliggande sociala faktorerna som kan bidra till utvecklingen av datorspelsberoende. Studien genomfördes kvalitativt genom att intervjua fem personer som själva ansett sig vara datorspelsberoende. Tidigare forskning som berört detta ämne har handlat om hur användare påverkas av spelet, och inte vad som lett fram tillatt det intensiva spelandet påbörjades. Som teoretisk utgångspunkt för studien valdes den utvecklingsekologiska modellen som användes för att studera individen utifrån ett mikro-,meso-, exo-, makroperspektiv. Våra data visar resultat främst på en mikronivå där vi fann att en problematik på denna nivå fanns genomgående för samtliga informanter.

Vår tids globalisering och den hårda konkurrens som den tillför ställer allt högre krav på organisationerna att förändras i takt med sin omvärld för att överhuvudtaget kunna överleva. Men de krav som kan leda till både organisationsstrukturella och ekonomiska problem behöver inte enbart komma genom press utifrån, utan kan även uppkomma inifrån organisationen.Uppsatsen har som syfte att försöka ta reda på hur en organisation hanterar den psykosociala arbetsmiljön som uppstår i samband med en omorganisation. Författarna har velat se om det går att urskilja tendenser till hur man bäst hanterar alla de känslor som uppkommer hos de drabbade medarbetarna i samband med en förändringsprocess. Uppsatsen ämnar även att söka svar på hur ledningen uppfattar det känslospektra som utspelar sig hos de medarbetare som utsätts för en organisationsförändring.Undersökningen som genomförts har haft en abduktiv ansats där datainsamlingen varit kvalitativ i form av en fallstudie.

The damage rules in Swedish company law are designed to utilize the company?s interest, that is, shareholders and other corporate members shall promote the interests of the company and not cause damage.The rules about compensation that shareholder obligates itself to are difficult to apply and are adapt to the specific cases. For a shareholder to be personally responsible in a real situation a company has to establish a subsidiary company, which is being driven undercapitalized, intended to benefit the shareholder.

To give a realistic impression in a driving simulator for nighttime driving, there are many challenging aspects to consider. One of the most important aspects is the illumination caused by the headlights of the own vehicle. To give a realistic impression there is the need to consider the characteristics of the headlight in use to be able to represent main and dipped beam, but also to represent different models and types of headlights. Another important aspect is the dazzling effects caused by the light cast by other vehicles upon the driver. These effects are not only important to give a realistic and visually appealing simulation, but also to simulate blinding effects which may affect the drivers ability to perceive the traffic environment to a large degree.

Theological background is provided through intertextual research on its occurences in the Septuagint (Ex 19:6; 23:22 and 2 Macc 2:17). Analysis of the theological and rhetorical functions of ????????? in First Peter builds on rhetorical methods, and predominantly the work of professor Lauri Thurén.

This thesis treats the subject of a complete steady state and dynamic model of the VSC-HVDC covering both the AC and DC system-side of the converter. The topology of the model is recreated after the scheduled transmission line in the south of Sweden, called SydVa?stla?nken. The topology covers both a simple two terminal connection as well as a multi-terminal one. This model is to be implemented in the power system simulation program ARISTO.

Today it is not unusual to use a secondary screen to accompany a primary screen. The possibility to integrate these two in the form of an application for the secondary screen have long been possible but have not been developed to full potential. This thesis aims to study the use of the extra information and functions this type of application would make possible and how this type of application could be used.For this study a prototype-application including a real time newsfeed and a static menu for a specific episode of a Tv-series was created based on the information collected in an online survey. The application was tested on a number of people who got to evaluate the experience in short interviews and were given the possibility to recommend changes in the application.The result after the study showed the people where torn about what kind of information would best fit the application but showed over all that a dynamic newsfeed with information continuously updated with the episode where most appreciated. The problem with the difference in interest around the categories would be solved first and foremost by the application being configurable so that every single user has the possibility to choose which kind of information to be updated in the newsfeed.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

Med detta som faktum uppstod vår problemformulering:Hur påverkas börsnoterade fotbollsklubbars aktiekurs när managern lämnar klubben?Syftet har varit att undersöka om det förekommer avvikande avkastning när en fotbollsmanager lämnar klubben. Vi har också gjort en jämförelse med hur det ser ut när VD: n lämnar ett företag.

As the football industry develops into a highly competitive commercialized industry, football clubs must step up and improve their business strategy. This study focuses on the famous Italian club AC Milan, a club with many international titles but with declining revenues. The purpose of this thesis is to study how AC Milan can generate higher revenues by comparing its marketing and business strategy with the most profitable clubs in the world, the benchmarking partners Real Madrid and Manchester United. By using a benchmarking model, following the five steps of this process, conducting observation studies, an interview and examining secondhand information, gaps between the clubs were evaluated and analyzed. These evaluations became together with chosen theoretical references, the basis for the improvement suggestions and conclusions shown by the authors.

Denna studie syftar till att belysa lärares syn och tankar kring arbetet med integrering av barn i behov av särskilt stöd. Resultatet är framarbetat utifrån intervjuer med fem lärare i förskolan, grundskolans tidigare år och fritidshem. Alla lärarna ställde sig positiva till integrering vad gällde barn i behov av särskilt stöd i de reguljära verksamheterna. Däremot ansåg många av lärarna att arbetet med integrering var svårt eftersom tids och resursbrist ofta förekom.Det fanns många olika arbetssätt att arbeta med barnen i behov av särskilt stöd och dessa arbetssätt lyfts fram under olika rubriker i resultatet. Vissa arbetssätt var för att underlätta integrering och skapa social gemenskap barnen emellan medan vissa var för att hjälpa barnen i behov av särskilt stöd med själva undervisningen.Ett kapitel i resultatet behandlar även de svårigheter och möjligheter som lärarna upplever med de arbetssätt de använder sig av.

Sömnen är av stor betydelse för vår totala funktion och hälsa. Många äldre människor uppfattar sömnmönstret som förändrat vilket kan upplevas som störningar. Individer över 65 år tillhör gruppen som konsumerar mest sömnläkemedel. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa farmakologisk behandling av sömnsvårigheter hos äldre. Metoden som användes var en systematisk litteraturstudie.
