The study focuses on mapping how well prepared the counties in the west region of Sweden is in case of restructuring. The study explores what kind of activities and routines that contributes to prepare the organization for restructuring. The study also aims to investigate the effect of precedent restructuring, and if the counties who experienced restructuring are more prepared than others.The research within the field of restructuring characterizes of an evaluating nature and the focus has been after the restructuring occurred. There have also been a lot of studies of the negative consequences on individual and organizational level. Since downsizing is a frequently used method by management despite its consequences is it important to investigate how organizations can learn and thereby be more prepared for restructuring.

Social and emotional learning is getting more and more common to work with in Swedish schools today. That has made it more actual to do studies of how you best can implement a method in health prevention and promotion in schools and how you do for to keep the work sustainable. There are some American studies that describe implementation of methods in schools and a few studies that describe implementation of methods for social and emotional learning in schools. It is important to see implementation as a process and not as an individual event. The process never end but continues as a cycle in three phases; Readiness phase, planning phase and implementation phase.The aim of this study was to describe teachers and principals experiences of obstacles and possibilities at implementation of an evidence based program for social an emotional learning in compulsory school as a part of the schools health promotion activities.

Det har nästan alltid funnits hot mot vårt klimat, men det är först idag som vi tydligt börjar se följderna av vårt tidigare handlande och det jag syftar på är den förstärkta växthuseffekten och dess konsekvenser. Syftet med studien är att utifrån en lärandesituation i form av ett rollspel beskriva elevers handlingsberedskap och känslor kring växthuseffekten. Frågeställningarna är följande.

Allt fler människor i världen är på flykt och antalet asylsökande uppskattas öka i Sverige. Enligt lag har asylsökande barn under 18 år rätt till samma vård som svenska medborgare. Specifikt för asylsökande barn i förskoleåldern innebär detta att BVC-sjuksköterskor skall inkludera denna grupp i sitt hälsofrämjande och förebyggande arbete. Socialstyrelsen påtalar att det är av yttersta vikt att BVC uppmärksammar asylsökande barn. Detta för att BVC-sjuksköterskor har god kunskap om barns naturliga utveckling och behov av stöttande insatser.

Sweden's government says in the bill 2008/09: 140 that military service should be suspended and replaced with a system based on voluntary recruitment. In the essay, I will make an argument analysis of the parliamentary debate on the bill from the 12th of June 2009 with the following questions: On what is the different side?s argument based on? Are the arguments essentially and factually substantiated? Is there a clear political party tendency among the for-/counter arguments? The method is a "Pro et contra" analysis, a logical systematization of the arguments. The analysis will take start in the headline; Conscription should be suspended in favour of a voluntary system based on contract employed soldiers. The presentation of arguments in the analysis will be guided by the chronological order.

En affärsmodell förklarar den logiska grunden för hur företag verkar och beskriver hur företag fångar, skapar och levererar värde och är vidare länken mellan ett företag och dess affärssystem. Affärssystem är en förutsättning för många företags verksamhet och syftar till att skapa effektivare verksamheter. Ett införande av ett affärssystem är dock en kostsam och komplex uppgift och är kopplat till en hög grad av misslyckande.

Bakgrund: Sjukdomen schizofreni innefattas av symtom såsom vanföreställningar, vrede och apati samt har en hög självmordsprevalens. Närstående får ofta en minskad livskvalitet pga. de stora påfrestningar de utsätts för. De behöver stöd från vården för att orka vara delaktiga i den sjukes liv. Syfte: Att beskriva upplevelser av att vara närstående till en person som har schizofreni och på så vis öka sjuksköterskans förståelse för denna individgrupp.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie är att undersöka vilka etiska normer som finns i lärares resonemang om vardagens problemlösning och konflikthantering. Vidare syftar studien till att undersöka hur lärare resonerar om sin handlingsberedskap och sitt beslutsfattande samt vilka etiska normer de grundar sina beslut på. Vår datainsamling har skett genom ljudupptagning av halvstrukturerade intervjuer med fem lärare. Lärarna har dagen innan intervjutillfället fått ett fall med olika etiska dilemman som de ombetts att läsa och reflektera kring. Intervjuerna har utgått ifrån fallet, men lärarna har uppmuntrats att relatera till egna erfarenheter av etiskt svåra situationer i läraryrket.

I detta examensarbete har en studie genomförts av hur väl 3D-skrivning kan tillämpas i Volvo Cars i Skövdes produktion. En litteraturstudie har genomförts för att åskådliggöra de olika 3D-skrivningsteknikerna och deras användningsområde. För att på ett överskådligt sätt jämföra de olika teknikernas duglighet har en bedömningsskala utvecklad av Nasa använts. Denna skala benämns som Technology Readiness Level (TRL). Den teknik som bedöms som mest lämplig med avseende på fullskalig produktion samt prototyptillverkning är Selective laser melting (SLM).För att åskådliggöra fördelar med 3D-skrivare har en förenklad 3D-modell av Volvos cylinderblock I5D modellerats.

In 2010 there will be a political resolution to ensure that the Swedish society is accessible to all citizens including people with disabilities. For this purpose a national action plan for disability policy "From patient to citizen" (Govt. Bill 1999/2000:79) has been set out with the aim of ensuring that the disability perspective will permeate every sector of society and that the approach and response to people with disabilities will be improved. The Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs is responsible for implementing the disability policy in the cultural sector.Since public libraries in Sweden are a part of the public cultural sector, they will also be affected by the political resolution regarding accessibility. The concept underpinning library services for disabled people must be that of equality of access.

Every place is a stage where people interact. The nature of the stage and its scenography to some extent shapes the interaction. Considered as a place, the school ground gives rise to many varying expectations. Lower school pupils often have clear ideas of how they are expected to behave and how they are expected to use the place. But as the pupils age, the purpose of the school ground grows less obvious.
