Det talas idag mycket om Sveriges satsningar på en skola för alla. Samtidigt mår många elever dåligt. Det är något som inte stämmer. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur elevernas självbild påverkas av specialpedagogiskt stöd. Avsikten är att beskriva självbild, självkänsla och självförtroende, ur den enskilde elevens synvinkel.

The problem presented in this report is that of finding a method to calculate the lift force from a single-element airfoil of arbitrary shape. A number of restrictions are used in order to simplify calculations while retaining reasonable accuracy. The problem is solved for the two-dimensional case only and no finite-wing effects are taken into account. Furthermore, inviscid and incompressible flow is assumed. The method used to solve the problem is the vortex panel method, with vortex singularities distributed over simplified airfoil geometry.

In a complex and turbulent world, several companies begin to realize the value of information as a strategic resource and try to find strategies to manage this. This master thesis aims to describe the information management at Axis Communications AB. Axis is a fast growing company and due to this they have not been able to manage the flow of information whitin the company. To find out how the information was managed at this time we made a survey and employee interviews at three Axis business units. By analyzing the surveys and interviews we found several problems.

 Det övergripande syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka speciallärares erfarenheter med att arbeta med Tidig Intensiv Lästräning och vilka konsekvenser de anser att undervisningen får för lässvaga elever. Studien har utgått ifrån följande frågeställningar: Vilka är de faktorer som gör TIL-undervisningen framgångsrik enligt speciallärarna? Vilka svårigheter anser speciallärarna vara förknippade med att arbeta med TIL? På vilket sätt anser speciallärarna att TIL-undervisningen skiljer sig ifrån den traditionella läsundervisningen, fördelar/nackdelar?Insamling av den data som ligger till grund för studien har skett genom 5 kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer. Samtliga respondenter som deltar i studien arbetar som speciallärare.I de teman som blev synliga under arbetets gång och som har behandlats i studien, har det visat sig att speciallärarna anser att metoden hjälper de flesta eleverna att komma vidare i sin läsutveckling. Metoden fungerar bra för de barn som inte har specifika läs- och skrivsvårigheter eller andra diagnoser.Möjligheten att på en daglig basis arbeta med att förstärka elevernas självförtroende genom bekräftelse och beröm, men också genom att tydliggöra elevernas framsteg anses som en särskilt viktigt för att eleven ska lyckas.

Communication, information and marketing are three of the main prerequisites for companies that want to increase their turnover. The everyday work for a Forest Manager within the forest owners? association Mellanskog consists to a large part of interpersonal communication, either by close vicinity contact or by phone calls. Interpersonal communication is time consuming and resource intensive. If the flow of information, communication and marketing does not function well then there is a lack of a base for development.

This project started when LIC Audio AB wanted help with development of a hearing aid for public rooms. The problem is that a lot of people suffer from some sort of hearing impairment. In places with a lot of people and background noise the problem becomes bigger and the sound seems to flow together. During the project we found the solution for the problem in the shape of a headphone. The headphone receives a signal from a preinstalled hearing loop.

Nature conservation agreement (NCA) is a way to voluntarily protect and manage nature for limited time-periods. The agreement is settled between the government and a landowner. All public authorities can represent the government but it is only the Swedish Forest Administration who does that regularly (because it is the only authority with economic resources for that purpose). Therefore, NCAs are almost only used to protect forested nature. The government agencies have experienced NCAs for about ten years and it is now time to examine how they are applied in the forests. This study is based on a computerized questionnaire to the persons responsible for the LEKO-projekt.

Agriculture buildings and forestry plots are not examined.

I detta examensarbete har en metod för att optimera en missilestimator med hänsyn till mätdata från skjutna skott tagits fram. Missilestimatorn är konstruerad som ett Kalmanfilter. Metoden utnyttjar nya mätsignaler samt använder sig av en kostnadsfunktion som minimeras. Val av både mätsignaler, vilka av de extra mätningar som utförs vid ett skjutprov tillför extra information till missilestimatorn, kostnadsfunktion, vilket kriterie som skall väljas för att optimera missilestimatorn, samt minimeringsalgoritm, hur skall den optimala missilestimatorn bestämmas, beskrivs. Nackdelar med metoden och förslag till förbättringar, fortsatt arbete, diskuteras.

My aim of this investigation has been to study Delacroix relation to the Orient, based on a number of key questions:What was specific for Delacroix oriental works?How did his oriental painting change and mature over time?How was Delacroix relation to the oriental discourse?The paper is divided into three parts: the time before his trip to Morocco in 1832, the trip to Morocco and the period after Morocco.Although many have wanted to see Delacroix as a revolutionary, he worked the whole time within, and dialogue with, the classical tradition. In Delacroix quest for renewal of history painting, the oriental works play an important role. In the period before his trip to Morocco the literary sources dominated. He constructed his own Orient in his studio.It is clear that Delacroix did not stood outside the oriental discourse.

As of 2013, around 51 million people were living on the run, classified as refugees. One of the reasons the number has increased so much during the last years can be explained by the war in Syria. The aim of following study is to evaluate the impact the Syrian refugee flow has had on the Turkish society up until today, seeing the consequences of economic, political and social impact made on the Turkish society. Due to these chosen aspects the study will be concentrated only on the changes in the Turkish society brought about accordance with economic, political and social effects. What is desirable is to achieve greater understanding of the positive and negative aspects of refugee flows on host countries.

Läsförståelse är ett aktuellt ämne i skolan. Det finns många olika teorier kring läsförståelse och hur det skall individanpassas efter varje elevs förutsättningar och behov. Under vår verksamhetsförlagda utbildning har vi arbetat med metoden En läsande klass vilket har väckt vår nyfikenhet och därför har vi valt att fördjupa våra kunskaper kring metoden i vårt examensarbete. Syftet med vårt arbete är skapa en djupare förståelse för hur pedagoger inom Samhällsorienterade ämnen kan arbeta med metoden: En läsande klass. Våra frågeställningar är: ? På vilket sätt kan pedagoger lära ut olika begrepp inom de Samhällsorienterade ämnena genom metoden En läsande klass? ? Hur fungerar En läsande klass utifrån teoretiska begrepp som flerstämmigt klassrum och sociokulturellt lärande? Den sociokulturella teorin genomlyste alla tre nivågrupperingar.

IAS ? International Accounting Standards är en internationell redovisningsstandard inom EU som i Sverige blev obligatorisk för börsnoterade bolag år 2005. Första utkastet till IAS 40 innehöll två kontroversiella förslag, att värdering skulle ske till verkligt värde och att värdeförändringarna skulle redovisas över resultaträkningen. Vårt syfte är att beskriva redovisningen av förvaltningsfastigheter enligt IAS 40 och dess redovisning av värdeförändringar. Det vi fokuserar på är huruvida redovisningen av värdeförändringar enligt verkligt-värde-metoden i IAS 40 är det bästa sättet eller om omvärderingsmetoden i IAS 16 är att föredra.För att få djupgående information och åsikter i ämnet valde vi att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod.

The aim of this thesis is to describe how service companies through adjustment of the customer?s zone of tolerance can influence customer?s perception of the service during the processes of service delivery and create customer satisfaction. The method used was case study approach utilizing personal interviews, which were conducted at two service companies. The study showed that the aspects of the service that have greatest importance for the customer?s assessment of the service and customer satisfaction among others are personal treatment and that personel behave in the way that makes the customer feel itself taken good care of and unique.
