Det moderna samhället och digitaliseringen bidrar till att det virtuella rummet blir en viktig del för många individer och deras vardag. Genom att ständigt ha möjlighet till uppkopplingen på diverse sociala nätverk har digitaliseringen bidragit till att face-to-face interaktioner allt oftare byts ut mot virtuella interaktioner. Genom face-to-face interaktioner påverkar individen sina val och agerande med hjälp av sin omgivning.Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka om individen blir socialt påverkad genom att följa Instagramkonton som fokuserar på träning. Studien avser att undersöka om den sociala påverkan som normalt sätt sker genom verbala gester i face-to-face interaktion således kan ske på liknande sett genom digital interaktion. Genom att studera påverkan i digital form så ska vi undersöka om någon form av attitydförändring samt motivation uppstår hos de individer som väljer att följa Instagramkonton som fokuserar på träning.Resultatet av studien indikerar att individen blir påverkad medvetet, omedvetet, positivt och negativt av att följa träningsinspirationskonton på Instagram.Resultatet visar även att individer känner ångestkänslor när de exponeras för träningsinspirationsbilder.

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka möjliga prediktorer för utfallet i KBT-behandling vid depression, face-to-face samt i kombination med stöd av en smartphoneapplikation. 88 deltagare randomiserades till smartphone- (n = 45) eller face-to-face-betingelsen (n = 43). Utfallsmåttet var förändring i Beck Depression Inventory-II mellan förocheftermätning, främst beräknat med residual gain scores. Samband mellan prediktorer och utfall undersöktes medkorrelationsanalyser. Purpose/Aim: To identify which channels of communication are most effective in conveying consumer brands to students. The main areas of research are social media, brochures , employees, and face-to-face interaction as with job fairs, study visits and lectures.Material/Method: Group interviews, literature, electronic sources, Internet sources.Main results: The results of the study show that employees are seen as the most trustworthy source since they are thought of as the most honest. Social media are seen as the communication channel with the broadest range of information but with the possibility of appearing unproffesional. Brochures were considered to be the least effective communication channel as these are rarely read and when they are, often seem contrived and give an overly rigid impression of the company. Face-to-face communication was considered to be the most effective way to gain a professional connection but was as viewed upon with certain skepsis due to the companies tendencies to at times present a false projection of themselves at events such as job fairs.

The aim of this study was to examine how the feelings of ?being met? from personnel can affect suicidal youth and their parents, when searching for help. Five Swedish parents share their experiences of ?being met? by personnel regarding the care of their child who has taken their life. ?Face to face? interviews where done with four of the parents.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how librarians in two Swedish public libraries view the subject of face-front marketing and literary hierarchy. The questions posed in this thesis are: How do two public libraries in Sweden market fictional literature? Which literature does get marketed? How do the librarians view fictional literature? How do the librarians view marketing? and Does Herbert Gans? literary scale work to examine the marketing of fictional literature in two Swedish public libraries? The theoretical starting-points are Niels Ole Pors? thoughts on stock development, Philip Kotler?s thoughts on the responsible non-profit organisation and Herbert Gans? thoughts on taste-publics and taste-cultures. The empirical material was gathered through qualitative interviews with library staff in two public libraries in the south of Sweden, and by reading a sample of the fictional literature exposed in these libraries.

Eftersom att kunskapen i ett företag är starkt relaterad till företagets konkurrenskraft är det av stor vikt att ta till vara på och sprida kunskapen som har utvecklats och som existerar hos de anställda. Tyst personlig kunskap är svår att kodifiera, och på så sätt svår att bevara.Syfte: Denna uppsats syftar till att inom ämnet Knowledge Management undersöka hur kunskap överförs via face-to-face processer. Studien ämnar examinera frågan hur tyst kunskap överförs och bevaras i ett kunskapsintensivt företag, och då vilken roll interaktionen mellan individer spelar i kunskapsöverföringsprocessen.Metod: Denna studie antar en kvalitativ ansats, med karaktären av både deskriptiv och explorativ studie. Data har primärt samlats in genom intervjuer på två olika företag inom revisionsbranschen.Slutsatser: Face-to-face processer såsom teamarbete, nätverk och sociala aktiviteter används på de kunskapsintensiva företagen som metoder för överföring av tyst kunskap, flera av dessa processer är dock inte vedertagna kunskapsöverföringsprocesser för medarbetare.

Närstående får ofta en minskad livskvalitet pga. de stora påfrestningar de utsätts för. De behöver stöd från vården för att orka vara delaktiga i den sjukes liv. Syfte: Att beskriva upplevelser av att vara närstående till en person som har schizofreni och på så vis öka sjuksköterskans förståelse för denna individgrupp.

The aim of the study was to investigate how Parkinson?sdisease affects the individual?s ability to give feedback in face to faceinteraction with a significant other and how this affects the conversationalinteraction. The study applied a qualitative approach, using ConversationAnalysis and Activity based communication analysis with altogether fourdyads. The results showed that Parkinson?s disease may have an effect onthe ability to give feedback, shown in an atypical pattern of feedbackpreventing the fulfillment of individual goals in the interaction.

The purpose of this paper is to see how politicians use Internet communication in their daily work and how they use it to interact with citizens of Vasteras city. To reach my conclusions I used both theoretical methods such as literature studies and qualitative interviews with the towns 11 trustees. Accoarding to this study the politicians saw not only a lot of potentials and advantages in Internet communication but also many difficulties and obstacles. In this case the cons far exceeded the pros. One of the main reason is the bad experiences which caused by rasist attacks/threats made to politicians and also the difficulties in handling of sensitiv documents which was seen as a stress factor.

The problem, which I want to highlight in this essay, is about my fear of losing face in conversationwith the parents of my text. I'm going through different approaches to find out what is happening inmy meetings with parents. I will also see if the knowledge that I get will help me to get deeperunderstanding of my reactions in different situations and if this opens up new possible ways ofhandling them.In my text there will be two stories where the conversation with parents has been difficult. Theyboth illustrate my uncertainty concerning the unpredictability of conversations with distressed orstressed parents. Abstract The present study examined if early deaf people and people with severe hearing loss perceive visual information differently than hearing people. An experiment was conducted with eight deaf participants and eight participants with normal hearing. The participants were between the ages of 18-74 years. The participants were asked to look at fifteen different images portraying manipulated illusions, and then assess if the images were of the same size. Subsequently another image depicting a different illusion with a face hidden in it was presented to the participants.
