???Information Technology is an essential part of the society today, not least in large ???organisations dealing with sensitive information. An example of such an organisation is the Swedish Armed Forces which indeed is in the need of ways to ensure information security in their Information Technology systems. The means which is used is an authorisation and accreditation process.All Information Technology systems go through a life cycle which includes realisation, usage, development and liquidation. In the Swedish Armed Forces the lifecycle is an authorisation process.

The interest for children´s clothing has increased in society. More and more children are born and parents are older when they have children. Education has become a natural feature in most people´s life, just as both parents often work today. The households have therefore better economy and thus greater consumption opportunities. Parents are, in greater extent, looking for personal and different clothing with focus on quality and, to some extent, exclusivity rather than just a cheap and functional garment.

In the research field of the cultivation theory focus has shifted from TV in general to studying specific genres instead. It is proposed that there are similarities in otherwise different shows and that these shows give it´s voyeurs a solution to their problems.  The purpose however of this study is to investigate how the myth about the good life is posed in Tv3´s supply.  The theories used in this study are closely linked by their meaning. Narrative talks about the fact that texts, video in this case, contain stories. Ideology is the set of visions and beliefs one person has on the world and myth makes social, historic and cultural decided power orders in to facts.

The aim with this archive guide is to give a guide to Karl-Anders Wollter?s film collection at Grängesberg Film archive. Karl-Anders Wollter worked between 1962?1993 for the State Department and mainly outside Sweden. The film collection consists of 67 films regarding his work, holidays and family life.

The purpose of this thesis is to form an idea about the qualitative value and meaning of reading fiction in a psychological perspective and over a lifetime. Seven women, 68-79 years old, were interviewed about their reading habits of fiction in their lifetime. The material is presented as life stories. I use an inter-nordic research project called the SKRIN project which looks upon reading habits from an individualistic and psychological perspective. I also refer to an American study which focus on reading development with roles readers take in different ages of life written by J A Appleyard.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att studera bosniska ungdomars upplevelse och hantering av sin livssituation i Sverige. Studiens frågeställning var: Hur beskriver ett mindre urval bosniska ungdomar sin upplevelse och hantering av sin livssituation i Sverige i de två kulturella världar de lever i - den svenska och den bosniska? För att besvara frågeställningen tillämpades en kvalitativ metod där djupintervjuer genomfördes med fyra ungdomar ? två flickor och två pojkar i åldern 15 ? 19 år. Samtliga ungdomar är födda i Bosnien och kom till Sverige i början av 90-talet på grund av kriget i Bosnien. Ungdomarna befann sig i olika faser när det gäller deras etniska identitet.

This essay is a qualitative study whose aim is to see how to find a good balance between family life and managership. The result could give concrete proposals on how help can be designed to prospective female managers. The study is based on interviews with eight female managers. The interviews have been inspired by the narrative approach with the focus on how these women have tried to find a balance between management and family life and which obstacles they faced and the support they have had. The results of the study has shown that the support that the woman has been given by their spouse / partner has been one of the best and most important support for her to full fill her mission as being a manager as well as a mother.

Forskning har visat på ledarskapets betydelsefulla roll för att främja hälsa och minimera arbetsrelaterad ohälsa. Detta samtidigt som ledares egen arbetsroll ofta kännetecknas av hög arbetsbelastning och påfrestning vilket är riskfaktorer för arbetsrelaterad stress och ohälsa. Studien undersöker upplevelser och hantering av stress på arbetsplatsen hos chefer med personalansvar. Även arbetsrelaterade resurser har undersökts för att synliggöra huruvida dessa inverkar vid hantering av stress. Sex individuella djupintervjuer med personalchefer genomfördes och databearbetningen gjordes med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

AbstractThe aim of the thesis was to examine some older people's experiences of everyday life and how it is to grow old in Namibia today. Because everyday life is a broad concept, we chose to focus on some specific parts of everyday life. These are chores, family, work/education, elderly past and present and the government/society. Furthermore we chose to look at the similarities and differences between the experiences on the basis of gender, race/ethnic groups and class.We chose to use a qualitative research method and to be inspired by life stories. We used a semi-structured interview guide and interviewed six people between 70 and 89 years.

The degree of automation of tasks within production has been a growing trend but the measurement of quality has not followed the same trend. Background: It is required that health care professionals continuously work with patient safety and quality improvements, and the skills of registered nurses are significant in this work. However, quality improvement also requires commitment and knowledge about how to improve health care and ensure patient safety. There is a lack of studies that highlights the importance of supportive functions for this work. Nurses in clinical settings can be utilized as facilitators that make things easier for other health care professionals who are engaged in quality improvement and patient safety. In order to gain understanding about the significance and needs of nurses with a role of facilitator, it is urgent to learn from their experiences of facilitating quality improvement in health care.Aim: The aim was to study nurses? experiences of facilitating quality improvement of nursing care, patient safety and multi-professional collaboration in health care.Method: Semi-structured qualitative interviews were performed with ten registered nurses who had experience of being in the role of facilitators.

In the master thesis the focus of the study has been on the special library of the Goethe-institute in Stockholm. A survey was made among the visitors coming to the library, to find out how they used the library and how they would judge the quality of service. To find out how the needs and the opinions of the users were meet by the library I also made an interview with the staff one librarian and the chief librarian. The aim of this paper is to explain and compare non-compliance of two EU-directives, ?the quality of bathing water? and ?the working time directive?. This study answers the questions: Why didn?t Sweden implement the directive on bathing water quality and the working time directive correctly? Are the reasons for non-compliance the same or different in the two cases? The paper is designed as a case study and with an explanatory attempt we explain why the two directives weren?t implemented correctly in Sweden. The theoretical approach is based on both general- and EU-specific implementation theories.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur förändringsmotstånd yttrar sig på mellanchefsnivå, samt hur en förändringsagent kan hantera förändringsmotståndet hos mellanchefer. Utifrån en teoretisk referensram rörande förändringsmotstånd hos mellanchefer utformades en analysmodell och intervjuguide. Vi har studerat ett förändringsarbete vid Pajala Kommun, där vi intervjuat de chefer som varit involverade. Vi har funnit i vår empiriska studie att förändringsmotstånd hos mellanchefer yttras både passivt och aktivt samt omedvetet. Den teoretiska referensramen avseende på förändringsmotstånd tyder på att förändringsmotstånd hos mellanchefer ofta uttrycks omedvetet och passivt.
