How do the administrators of nature reserves experience the communication with the land owners concerned? The article is a qualitative study within the environmental communication subject. The study has been performed through qualitative interviews with administrators of nature reserves. Being in action the administrators must know how to communicate with people. The result of the study shows the administrators lack a language to describe their experience of the communication with the landowners. .

This study investigates if, and in that case, how design theory is applied in practice in the web development field. Prior research has focused on methods used in the web development field. We wanted to study the designers role in a web design process by comparing existing designer roles with design theory literature. We did qualitative interviews with two practitioners at two different communication agencies in northern Sweden. Based on our qualitative data and literature review we have concluded that a designer has to devote a lot of energy on requirements engineering in order to develop a clear understanding of the design situation..

The aim of my study is to investigate methods which class teachers implement concerning aesthetic subjects in elementary classes. It is a qualitative study about five teacher´s working in different elementary schools. This study investigates how and why teacher´s approaches when they integrate aesthetics in other subjects. It also investigates teacher´s attitude towards aesthetics. My study emphasizes on why they use asthetics and what the importance of aesthetics for children is.

Denna rapport redogör kring arbetet med tjänsten Hästjuristen och svårigheterna kring att designa och utveckla en webbplats som inger förtroende och tillit. Hästjuristen är en helt ny tjänst som erbjuder information om hästjuridik och nedladdning av juridiska avtal rörande hästar. Målet med arbetet har varit att ta fram en fullt fungerande tjänst som är tilltalande, användarvänlig och förtroendeingivande för att göra det enklare för behövande att erhålla sig korrekta avtal.Arbetet med tjänsten har haft tre teoretiska modeller för webbutveckling för e-handelstjänster som grund. Intervjuer, personas, prototyper och användartester har varit delar av arbetsprocessen.Resultatet är en webbaserad tjänst som erbjuder nedladdning av hästavtal, information om hästjuridik och medlemskap. Webbplatsen är fullt responsiv och kodad i CSS, HTML, PHP och JavaScript..

Syftet med denna rapport är att påvisa vilka förändringar som kan ske när man byter version av ett operativsystem. Vi vill visa vilka förbättringar samt vilka problem som förändringarna kan medföra i en ny version. För att en ny version av vilken produkt eller programvara som helst ska ges ut bör användbarheten ha förbättrats. I denna rapport har vi undersökt vilka förändringar som skett mellan Windows 2000 Professional och Windows XP Professional, som är Microsofts två senaste versioner av deras operativsystem. Vi har utfört denna undersökning från ett användbarhetsperspektiv, där vi fastställer om dessa förändringar har ökat eller minskat användbarheten.

Syftet med denna rapport är att definiera hinder i arrangörsdrivna e-handelsprojekt, dvs projekt som initieras och drivs av annan än den egentlige kunden.. Ett av de primära målen i många av de arrangörsdrivna e-handelsprojekten är att öka kunskapen om Internet och e-handel i det privata näringslivet.Inom ramen för denna rapport har två arrangörsdrivna e-handelsprojekt studerats med hjälp av intervjuer. Sammanlagt 14 stycken intervjuer har genomförts och respondenterna har representerat de tre aktörsroller (arrangör, leverantör, och medlemsföretag), som definierats i rapporten. Den efterföljande analysen har utförts med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod, och har tagit sin utgångspunkt i fyra definierade huvudkategorier av hinder:· tekniska· resursbetingade· organisatoriska· individrelateradeDessa huvudkategorier har var och en förgrenats i ett antal underliggande nivåer tills en nivå nåtts där vidare förgreningar inte haft något ytterligare förklaringsvärde. Sammanlagt har ett drygt fyrtiotal specifika hinder kunnat definieras.

I denna rapport undersöks om röstskådespel i interaktiva medier kan bidra till att karaktärer upplevs mer verklighetstrogna samt hur repliker kan skrivas för att bidra till detta. Undersökningen är baserad på forskning inom psykologi och lingvistik. Genom att använda ett ?Choose-your-own-adventure?-scenario i fyra varianter samt två protokoll undersöks hur testpersonerna uppfattar deras karaktär och vilken skillnad röstskådespel gjorde på denna uppfattning. Testpersonerna beskriver även hur de upplever röstskådespel i dagens spel samt vilken påverkan röstskådespelarna har på deras upplevelse och lockelse till spel.

Det finns många möjliga sätt på vilka koldioxidutsläppen från fossila bränslen kan reduceras. I den här rapporten undersöks ett av de möjliga alternativen. Idag finns 284 bussar drivna av naturgas i Mumbai, naturgasen i sin tur ger upphov till koldioxidutsläpp. I denna rapport undersöks om ett byte av dessa naturgasbussar (CNG-bussar) till 285 stycken hybridbussar, skulle kunna reducera koldioxidutsläppen från denna sektor. De 285 nya hybridbussar som skulle behövas för att täcka upp Mumbais transportbehov antas drivna av Siemens ELFA system med regenerativ bromsning.

Purpose: The purpose with this paper is to get a deeper understanding for prizes and awards as a marketing tool and phenomena. Further we want companies/organizations that use this should be able to make better decisions concerning marketing towards students. Maybe they will get better results on the basis of our investigations. Method: We used the qualitative method when we did the interview that was also non-standardized. The survey was quantitative, and the case study comprises both qualitative and quantitative method.
