The purpose of this case study has been to investigate the development and implementation of metadataschemas in two swedish governmental agencies. The interest of metadata in relation to records managment has been significant lately due to the challenges posed by the digital environment. This has been manifesteted in international standards such as TS/ISO 23081 Metadata for records and the MoReq 2 metadata specification issued by the DLM-forum. Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka hur inledande läs-och skrivinlärning går till ute i praktiken. Anledningen till att vi blev intresserade av detta är på grund av att mycket av den litteratur vi läst om, inom detta område, har allting varit svart eller vitt. Enligt litteraturen använder en lärare sig antingen av en syntetisk metod, så kallad traditionell metod där man börjar med delar för att gå vidare med helheten, eller analytisk metod, en metod där man går från helheten till delarna. Detta hade vi svårt att tro på, mycket på grund av att under vår VFU (verksamhetsförlagd utbildning) har vi sett att lärare blandar dessa metoder under inledande läs-och skrivinlärning. För att vi skulle kunna få en inblick i vad som är syntetisk- eller analytisk metod har vi läst litteratur som handlar om det individualpsykologiska perspektivet och Wittingmetoden, som hör till det syntetiska, och om det socialinteraktionistiska perspektivet och LTG-metoden som hör till det analytiska.

We have chosen the general hospital of Ängelholm for our case and we have made qualitative interviews with key persons in the organization to explain these difficulties. The most difficult problem the hospital faced was to make the employees motivated for the change. Successful diversity management has become an increasingly pressing concern for companies and organisations, as the workforce has grown more diverse over the past few decades. Research on whether increased work group diversity has a generally positive or negative impact on results remains inconclusive. It has, however, been established that good diversity management is pivotal in creating conditions for the successful performance of diverse work groups. Although much attention has been directed towards explaining the translation of work group diversity into positive results, less attention has been given to the processes that underlie this translation and the way it is expressed in everyday leadership behaviour. This thesis revolves around a case study, at the Swedish bank Swedbank, which combines qualitative and quantitative elements to explore the successful leadership in nine diverse work groups at the local branch level.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att studera hur skolmedling går till praktiskt, vad eleverna lär sig genom att använda denna metod för att lösa konflikter och även för att se vilka effekter detta har i arbetet mot mobbning. Det finns flera olika konfliktlösningsmetoder och medling är en metod som används i skolan. Detta är en metod där både lärare och elever är involverade i konflikthanteringen. Vi har vänt oss till en skola i Boden som arbetar med skolmedling. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med en klasslärare och en specialpedagog, fyra elever har vi studerat skolmedling som en konflikthanteringsmodell.

Datorn har idag en central roll i vårt samhälle och det är naturligt att skolan tar till sig ny teknik och använder datorn som ett verktyg för elevernas lärande. Syftet med min undersökning är att ta reda på om datorn, i arbetet med Arne Tragetons metod ?Att skriva sig till läsning ? IKT i förskoleklass och skola?, har en naturlig roll i läs- och skrivinlärningen. I min undersökning har jag valt en kvalitativ intervjustudie som huvudmetod, vilken jag kompletterat med observationer i de intervjuade pedagogernas barngrupper. På så sätt har jag fått en bra inblick i hur det praktiska arbetet med Tragetons metod går till i klassrummet.

The purpose of the study is to find out which factors constitutes the choice of games and how the information of these factors reach the consumer. The investigation is executed by users of boardgamegeek.com explaining their latest game purchase in a questionnaire survey online. The results show that many of the respondents research the games they are interrested in beforehand and based on this information make their choice. This study is about what teachers in primary schools say that they are doing to create a school for all.The purpose of this study is to find out what teachers in primary schools say that they do on their mission to create a school for everyone and how they organize teaching to achieve this. The study was conducted as an interview of five teachers from elementary school of different gender and with a qualitative method because it provides a great opportunity to problematize, interpret and understand the responses of the interviewees.The results show that all the teachers think that their mission is to teach so that they can give each student what they need to achieve the goals.
