Purpose: The Purpose with this paper is to get a deeper understanding for prizes and awards as a marketing tool and phenomena. Further we want companies/organizations that use this should be able to make better decisions concerning marketing towards students. Maybe they will get better results on the basis of our investigations. Method: We used the qualitative method when we did the interview that was also non-standardized. The survey was quantitative, and the case study comprises both qualitative and quantitative method.

According to the curriculum for primary schools, pre-school and after-school Lgr11 says that students should experience different feelings and moods using different forms of expression including drama (Lgr11 2011:10). The Purpose of this study was to examine how educational drama is used in three elementary schools and for what Purpose in teaching. The aim was also to examine the four teachers' perceptions of what educational drama means to them.I have used a qualitative approach with interviews and contacted four teachers from three different schools to get different information for my study. Three of them were educated teachers and one of them was an actor. The information provided in the interviews was analyzed using educational drama theory and previous research. The interviews with the teachers and the actor showed the use of different methods of educational drama in education.

Abstract The main Purpose of this study was to investigate if and how the employees in elderly care experience stress and which underlying causes they understand to be important in their work situation. The Purpose was also to investigate whether Karaseks and Theorells demands and control models could be used to explain the employees feelings of stress and to see in which categories the participants are in. Furthermore, the Purpose was also to understand the participants work situation and to describe the factors and remedies the employees perceive to contribute to the stress levels at their workplace. 81 questionnaires were distributed at three different locations, two of which were in Ronneby and one in Örebro. 56 people answered the questionnaires.

The Purpose of this study was to illuminate dentists? work with guarantees. A case study was performed by personal interviews with dentists from both private and public sector. The result showed how dentists work with guarantees and how they motivate their guarantee obligations. We found that service guarantees? shaping and application should be simple and obvious.

Purpose: The Purpose of this essay is to examine how managers in companies within wholesale distribution work with motivating their staff, and to examine which factors increase the motivation of employees. By doing this, the essay is expected to examine how managers? and employees? perspectives correspond, and to find which factors differentiate between their views.Method: In order to fulfill the Purpose of this study, we have executed two case studies at two different companies that work with wholesale distribution. We have collected data and processed it either quantitatively or qualitatively.Conclusion: This study shows that managers and employees have a relatively united perspective about what they want to achieve by motivation. However, there are different opinions about the factors that are seen as important in order to achieve an increased motivation of the employees.

Purpose/ Aim: The Purpose is to study how receivers create meaning from celebrities in commercials. The Purpose is also to find out if individuals identify with celebrities and if this is depending on a person?s age.Material/ Method: Qualitative research method based upon focus group interviews with three different age groups and on litterature.Main results: The study shows that recievers create meaning from and identify themselves with celebrities in different ways depending upon wich age group they are a part of. Individuals who are between the ages of 15 to 18 are inclined to be inspired in clothing and food choices. 25 to 30-yearolds are sometimes inspired by celebrities? clothes but when it comes to the forming of their identity they look to their peers.

The Purpose of this paper has been to examine the question whether accountants differ in their auditing depending on their individual characteristics. We have summarized our own theory based on previous research and our own ideas. To conduct this Purpose we used a deductive method. Our findings from the study show that we cannot exclude the possibility that accountants vary in their auditing depending on their individual characteristics. The answering frequency to our survey was only 47 %, and this may have affected the outcome of our research.
