By the time the law of preferential right was legislated the purpose of the law was to give all creditors equal rights. This essay is about power, democracy, solidarity and equality in preschool. I examine three different situations to determine if I could have acted more sensibly in my interactions with the children. My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

I denna studie undersöks följderna av en revisionsrapport kring det kommunala uppföljningsansvaret i Stockholms stad. I rapporten, som är från 2009, ger stadens revisorer rekommendationer för hur arbetet med att följa upp ungdomar 16-19 år kan effektiviseras. Revisorerna anser bland annat att kommunstyrelsen bör utarbeta ett förslag till kommunfullmäktige om hur innebörden av det kommunala uppföljningsansvaret kan förtydligas. Revisorerna påpekar vidare att det finns behov av att utveckla samverkansformer mellan olika aktörer för att ungdomarna ska kunna erbjudas mer än enbart utbildning. Detta är vad ungdomarna i dagsläget erbjuds, genom Gymnasieslussen, men ingen söker aktivt upp de individer som tackar nej till utbildning eller inte nås.Studiens resultat visar att kommunstyrelsen inte följt revisorernas rekommendation om att ge fullmäktige underlag för ett förtydligande.

Because of the large supply of information is today's leisure travelers very enlightened and have firsthand knowledge of what can be demanded on a hotel stay. Along with business travelers, who are not price sensitive, they place higher demands on the standards and service they require. It has become increasingly important to attract the visitors in a unique way.The purpose of this study is to reveal those aspects which hotels focus on in their business in order to keep their guests, despite the strong competition and the new demands of the changing hotel industry. The study has examined more closely if the hotels have specific concepts in their approach, if their servicescapes (the environment where the service is assembled) are designed in a unique way to attract visitors and if the hotels have special relationships with their guests.The study is qualitative and in order to answer the purpose has observations of the selected hotels and interviews with managers and receptionists been made.One of the conclusions that we reached is that the most important aspect in the hotels business is their relationship to the guests. Each respective hotel strives to have a special and unique relationship with its guests conveyed by its staff.

The purpose of this study was to examine in which extent the comments about news inthe comment fields, on Swedish news sites Facebook pages were deliberative.To fulfill this purpose we used a quantitative content analysis as a method to interpretthe data that we collected about 2203 reader comments from three news sites Facebookpages. Ju?rgen Habermas theory about deliberative democracy together with theoriesabout public space and Web 2.0 were the theories we based our study on. To determinethat a comment was deliberative it had to contain an argument and be written withtolerance and respect. Our result showed that most comments lacked either one or bothof these criteria?s and therefore weren?t deliberative.

Hälsoförordningar som presenteras i styrdokument är ett exempel på styrningsmentalitet och folkhälsoarbetets pedagogik, som avser förändra folkhälsan. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att synliggöra och analysera vilka diskurser om hälsoförordningar som framkommer i Region Hallands interna och externa styrdokument som behandlar mål, strategier, policyer och riktlinjer i det regionala folkhälsoarbetet för år 2014. Analysen av diskurser fokuserades kring individens identitetskonstruktion och subjektivation via maktstyrning från texternas innebörds- och interpersonella aspekter, i avseende att påvisa styrningsmentaliteter och hälsoförordningar som betydelsefulla bestämningsfaktorer för individers hälsa.Med kvalitativ diskursteori och Foucaldiansk textanalys har föreliggande studie analyserat 6st styrdokument, utgivna av Region Halland.Resultatet visar de fyra diskurser som kom till uttryck, genom dessa diskurser antyds det att regionala hälsoförordningar är mål- och vision -fokuserade om en god och jämlik hälsa för alla, där arbetet för att nå idyllen om det hälsosamma folket sker med proaktivt arbete och delaktighet mellan samhälleliga hälsopromotionsinsatser och individers egna levnadsval. Det anses att individens förändringar av levnadsvanor skapas i samklang med autonomi och hög kunskap, och arbetet förutsätter att hälsosamma alternativ finns tillgängliga och genomsyrar Hallands samhällsplanering, budget och samhällsvision. Uppsatsen präglas av en individfokuserad skildring i Regionens folkhälsoarbete, i uppsatsens avslutande diskussion lyfts däremot de textanalytiska diskurserna i ett högre skikt och problematiserar den möjliga samhälleliga konsekvens som diskurser kan ge och hur det kan tolkas ur ett nationellt perspektiv..
