Syfte: Studiens syfte har varit att undersöka hur olika professioner inom skolorganisationen i en kommun ser på hur exkluderingen till särskilda undervisningsgrupper sker och hur det överrensstämmer med styrdokumentens intention om inkludering av elever. Vi använde oss av fyra frågeställningar: Är särskild undervisningsgrupp förenligt med en skola för alla? Vad säger skolans styrdokument om särskilda undervisningsgrupper och hur ser kommunens särskilda undervisningsgrupper ut? Vilka kriterier gäller för att en elev i svårigheter ska flyttas till en särskild undervisningsgrupp? Vem har störst makt över vem som ska flyttas till en särskild undervisningsgrupp.Bakgrund: I skolverket (2008b) under rubriken Främja en god lärandemiljö står att ?det är viktigt att skolan skapar en miljö där samtliga elever inkluderas så långt som möjligt och att undervisningen anpassas till elevernas förutsättningar och behov? (s 8). Enligt skolverket har det rapporterats att trots att det finns ambitioner att arbeta mer inkluderande i skolan, så sker en ökning av särskiljande åtgärder. Vi visste att det fanns särskilda undervisningsgrupper i våra egna kommuner och ville då undersöka mer om hur och varför elever flyttas till särskilda undervisningsgrupper i en tid då talet om ?en skola för alla? är så framträdande.Metod: Vi valde ut en mindre kommun i södra Sverige där det finns två särskilda undervisningsgrupper, så kallade resursskolor, som ligger åtskilda från sina hemskolor.

Many corporations turn to IT-outsourcing to focus more on their core competence or to cut the IT-budget. There is one caveat, the costs presented at a first glance does not always present the entire truth. Instead the costs run deeper and so-called hidden costs exist beyond the contractual cost. Reducing these hidden costs may very well be crucial to the entire IT-outsourcing endeavor. However many firms are not aware of these costs and as such they have a reduced chance of success.

The purpose of this essay is to examine wage-earners' investment funds from the ideological point of view. Were they in any way an integrated part of social democratical democratic socialism and reformism? I emphasize Olof Palme´s ideological idea of democratic socialism and reformism, and how he handled the issue. How did the question of these funds correspondent with the basic ideological points of view, and what was the standpoint of Palme in this issue.My method is built upon a deep study and analyses of SAP board of party and the standing committees protocol in the light of Olof Palme´s and SAP's ideology. I even use information from literature, inquiries and dissertations.

Den höga personalomsättningen i managementkonsultföretag orsakar stora kostnader varför det är viktigt att undersöka varför personer väljer att avsluta sin anställning. Syftet med denna studie var att klargöra vad managementkonsultföretag kan vidta för åtgärder för att behålla sin personal. En kvalitativ undersökning har utförts med semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex managementkonsulter från tre olika managementkonsultföretag. Insamlad data har analyserats med en kombination av induktiv och deduktiv tematisk analys. Studiens resultat visade att konsulternas utveckling, återkoppling, medarbetare och lön är relevanta faktorer som påverkar deras intention att stanna i sina företag.

The intention of this study is to find out how the English subject takes form and develops in the early years in school related to the curriculum, teachers, teaching material, students and parents. The methods of the survey have been classroom observations, teacher interviews, textbook analysis and a parents´ questionnaire. The findings of this study are that the knowledge of the teacher in and about the English subject can have effect on how the English subject will be presented to the students during the English lessons and the amount of the students oral production of the target language seem to depended on how much the teacher uses the target language in the classroom. The contents of the English lessons was overall structured by the curriculum. The parents and their interest in their children´s education seem to have had an impact on how much focus the English language get.

In these days of globalization, with a higher level of openness and interaction over geographical, cultural and economical borders, the importance of the company?s intangible asset, its brand, is gaining importance as a differentiating factor. Building a strong brand and the emphasis on strategic brand management is something that before was given less attention in firms but today we can see a general increase in awareness and relative emphasis in the strategic work of companies.Countries as brands: Is it possible to consider a nation or a country as a brand the same way you consider a product? Well, looking in to the subject it seems to be a rather complex matter and there are many questions to be asked and answer. Nations around the globe are indeed marketing and positioning themselves for several purposes.

Within the last year many companies have proactively started to communicate their flaws and weaknesses, believing that this will lead to they being perceived as more personal and human. Dominos Pizza is one of many examples of a company using this practice as a strategic tool for communication. However, the problem concerning the above arises as we found that there was a very limited amount of research defining the effects of communicating flaws, where the company's both dispatcher and initiator. Our study aims to fill the gap between this growing trend and the limited research explaining the communication effects. The study was carried out as an experiment where a total of 420 respondents participated.

One of the essential needs of human beings is to be involved in a social context. The intention of this study was to see if the opportunity to have an iPod Touch, could make it possible for students with literacy difficulties to participate in the regular classes and if the implementation of iPod Touch in the school setting would result in informal learning outside the school. In this case study two pupils with literacy difficulties have been using an iPod Touch in their daily school activity. The pupils as well as their teachers have been interviewed about their experiences of implementing iPod Touch as a tool in the regular classroom teatching. The results indicate that iPod Touch can help students to be in inclusive education and that they use the iPod Touch outside school.

Over the past few years the Åland islands have attracted growing internationalattention as an example of how to successfully secure the position of a minorityregion, and in the current situation the government of Åland has an intention toextend the efforts of spreading the example of Åland. The purpose of this essay isto shed light on the political discussion about the example of Åland, andinvestigate the underlying political reasons for emphasizing the example of Ålandinternationally. Through interviews with leading politicians on Åland I analyzeÅland as a norm entrepreneur. The research shows that besides altruism, selfinterestis a factor behind emphasizing the example of Åland. The essay showsthat the theory of norm entrepreneurship also can be applied on an autonomousarea, but instead of influencing international organizations themselves, theautonomous area use norm entrepreneurship as a tool for influencing domesticpolitics..

The aim of the study has been to find out children?s librarians? views on and management of media that contains topics with a controversial nature and also to find out how this affects the public library as a democratic institution. We have conducted the study by interviewing six children?s librarians. By using Vestheim?s terms value rationality and instrumental rationality, we have been categorizing the answers from our informants and thus identified two different points of view.

The purpose of this study is to examine how some people who do not want children construct their identity in a context where children is the norm. The study therefore focuses on how they legitimate and present their identity in this context. 4 women and 2 men with the intention to remain childless have therefore been interviewed, and from these interviews I analyze and describe how intentional childless people construct their identity. My theoretical framework is built up by discourse psychology and gender/heterosexual hegemony theories. The thesis shows that it is hard for the intentional childless to construct their identity as once and for all given, the identity is constructed as a ?norm? against the norm, as well as affected by the norm.
