The aim of this thesis is to describe the thoughts and attitudes that parents have regarding reading aloud. In today?s society the positive effects of reading aloud are often pointed at and in the perspective of the new learning theories I found the issue even more interesting.The two main questions posed are: How do the parents describe the practice of reading aloud?Is the parents? life situation and background visible in their descriptions and in that case how does it show in their thoughts about reading aloud?The theoretical perspective of the thesis is sociocultural and can be divided into two themes. The first theme concerns the learning process that can be the result of reading aloud and the second theme focuses on social aspects. The results of the study show that parents think that reading aloud is valuable and positive.

Personal interviews were conducted with four employees in real estate companies and two tenants in each company stock.Conclusion:We have found that communication affects the relationship between company and customer. Tentants have experinced credibility of businesses is important for them to have a confidence and loyalty in the relationship. .

Problem: En problematik i sjukvården är att psykosociala problem sällan eller aldrig fångas upp av vårdpersonalen, att vara ung är en riskfaktor för att drabbas av psykosociala problem. Det är därför av vikt för sjuksköterskan att ha kunskap om den psykosociala påverkan som unga kvinnor med bröstcancer upplever. Syftet: var att belysa unga kvinnors upplevelser av sin bröstcancer ur ett kosocialt perspektiv, relaterat till omvårdnad.Metod: En litteraturstudie, där 14 kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar som svarade mot studiens syfte användes. Resultat och konklusion: Bröstcancern påverkade kvinnans relationer med de anhöriga både positivt och negativt. De kroppsliga förändringar som uppstod till följd av bröstcancern skapade funderingar kring reproduktion, sexualitet och femininitet. De unga kvinnorna upplevde brist  på anpassad information och anpassat stöd, de upplevde även att de förlorade sin identitet. Rädslan för att dö eller återinsjukna präglade kvinnornas liv.

Purpose: The study aims to analyze how companies can learn from past communications in critical situations and during corporate crisis, and see how they use this knowledge in the management of subsequent critical situations and corporate crisis. Furthermore, the media is analyzed to see how the newspaper industry chooses to reflect an organization and its actions, and also to see if the pressure through articles in the newspapers has an impact on the extent of the situation.Method: A qualitative case study of Sweden?s largest food company, ICA Sverige AB, where knowledgeable people in media management within the company are interviewed using semi-structured interviews, with support of quantitative methods by a collection of articles from the news press.Theories: Concepts, theories and models in crisis management and communication has been applied to relevant data. These comprise Knowledge Management, a communication template in crisis management, The Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and the model Content of crisis communication.Empiric: Based on the quantitative data consisting of articles from four Swedish news sources: Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Aftonbladet and Expressen, a semi-structured interview guide was created and carried out with the person within ICA who possesses knowledge of the subject area.Conclusion: ICA has during the priod studied exhibited to have used the concept of Knowledge Management in the development of their routines regarding product recalls at product defects. Major changes within the agricultural politics today have forced the dairy production to scaleup, in order to compete on a global market. This has resulted in a reduction in the number ofsmaller dairy farms in Sweden, from about 40000 to just over 4000 over the last 30 years. Thepurpose of this study Svenska mjölkbönder, snart ett minne blott? ? Markbygdensmjölkbönder i tankar om mjölkproduktionens nuvarande situation och framtidsutsikter, is topresent the opinions of dairy farmers in Sweden, regarding the Swedish dairy industry and therelation to their own dairy production. A secondary purpose is to problematize how theconsequences of pastures and cultural landscapes influences human society as dairy farms andgrazing animals are becoming fewer.

Due to stress, the workplace is a setting where actions of health promotion are of great importance in the perspective of public health. Stress is caused by heavy workload, low control of organizing their tasks and lack of support from colleagues and supervisors. This can lead to cardiovascular disease, depression and insomnia. Due to the health problems that this causes, it is important to examine how senior immigration offices perceive their psychosocial work environment.The aim of this thesis is to examine how the senior immigration offices at the Migration Board perceive their psychosocial work environment. The study is based on a qualitative approach with deductive content analysis and the data has therefore been collected through interviewing six people based on a semi-structured interview guide.The result has shown that the senior immigration offices are pleased with their work environment and that their workload is constantly changing.

Föreliggande systematiska litteraturstudies syfte var att beskriva anhörigas upplevelser och deras omvårdnadsbehov då en familjemedlem vårdades palliativt i hemmet, för att skapa en förståelse för vad sjuksköterskan kan bidra med. Sökord som valdes var palliative AND relative* AND home för insamling av vetenskapliga artiklar via fulltextdatabasen Electronic Library Information Navigator (ELIN) och databasen Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health (CINAHL). En systematisk kvalitetsgranskning gjordes på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar enligt modifierade kvalitetsgranskningsmallar efter förlagor av Forsberg och Wengström (2003) och Willman et al. (2006) och på basen av kvalitetsresultatet evidensgraderades de anhörigas till familjemedlem i det palliativa skedets omvårdnadsbehov. Tre omvårdnadsbehov som vilade på starkt vetenskapligt underlag framkom: att få professionellt stöd, att få avlastning som anhörig eller anhörigvårdare till en familjemedlem som vårdas palliativt i hemmet och att få information och undervisning om familjemedlemmens situation.

Syftet i studien var att undersöka sambandet mellan psykosocial arbetsmiljö (krav, kontroll, stöd) och arbetstillfredsställelse. Till detta undersöktes även förekomsten av skillnader av arbetstillfredsställelse inom privat respektive offentlig sektor. Studien bygger på en enkätundersökning (n=128) där ett bekvämlighetsurval gjordes via det sociala nätverket Facebook. Instrumentet som användes i undersökningen konstruerades ut efter de fem variablerna kvantitativ belastning (Beehr, Walsh & Taber, 1976) (?=.69), kvalitativ belastning (Sverke, Hellgren & Öhrming, 1997) (?=.76), autonomi (Sverke & Sjöberg, 1994) (?=.85), socialt stöd (Kinsten, Magnusson Hansson, Hyde, Oxenstierna et al., 2007) (?=.82) och arbetstillfredsställelse (Hellgren, Sjöberg & Sverke, 1997) (?=.91).

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån Karaseks och Theorells krav- kontroll och stödmodell undersöka vilken form av psykosocialt arbete som kontaktmannaskapet i särskilda boenden utgör för omvårdnadspersonalen. Ytterligare ett syfte är att undersöka om handledning har någon inverkan på hur omvårdnadspersonalen skattat krav, kontroll och socialt stöd i samband med kontaktmannaskapet. Undersökningen har genomförts med kvantitativ metod i form av enkätfrågor, ställda till omvårdnadspersonal som arbetar som kontaktmän i särskilda boenden.Totalt har 61 kontaktmän från tre särskilda boenden i Stockholmsområdet deltagit i undersökningen, och av dem har 54 kontaktmän svarat på enkätens samtliga 30 frågor. Studien visar att den psykosociala arbetsformen för kontaktmannaskapet i undersökningsenheterna skattades vara ett lågstressarbete, vilket innebär att kraven ansågs vara låga och kontrollen hög. Handledningen har inte visats ha någon större inverkan på hur omvårdnadspersonalen skattade krav, kontroll och socialt stöd i samband med kontaktmannaskapet.

Plant nutrients are important for all life on earth and are also important as fertiliser infood production all over the world. Because of this, plant nutrients are of great valuebut they also bring problems. As an example, the loss of nitrogen and phosphorusfrom agriculture and urban society's sewage systems contributes to some of today?smajor problems in water environment. Another problem associated with plantnutrients is that finite recourses are used in the production of mineral fertilizers.

Different studies have shown that somewhere between 10 000 and 75 000 persons live in Sweden as undocumented migrants. They are not entitled to basic human and social rights such as access to health care on the same basis as persons holding a residence permit in Sweden. Undocumented migrants are often exploited as workers in the informal economy and they are not allowed to organize in unions. The Swedish Social Services is by law bound to care for all people living in Sweden, though in reality undocumented migrants are excluded from benefits and efforts granted by the Social Services. Our aim with the study has been to investigate the situation of undocumented migrants in Sweden and in relation to Social Services.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ge en inblick i och redogöra för hurolika val av strategi för pensionssparande kan se ut samt föra ettresonemang kring den information en ung, nyutexaminerad personkommer i kontakt med när det gäller val av pensionssparande.Frågeställning: Hur kan en ung, nyutexaminerad person som just fått anställning,resonera kring placeringen av sina pensionsmedel för att känna sigtrygg inför framtiden?Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod eftersom vi söker endjupare förståelse för ämnet. Insamling av information har skettgenom tre semistrukturerade intervjuer samt informationsökningvia databaser, tidningar och internet. Eftersom råden kringpensionssparande ser olika ut beroende på hur gammal personenifråga är har vi valt att utgå ifrån en ung persons situation. Dettaför att sedan ha något att utgå ifrån i arbetet med studien samt atten yngre persons situation påminner om den situation vi självasamt vår målgrupp befinner sig i.

15th of December 2005 was a historical day for the Iraqi people when they could vote for the first time in a free referendum for the draft of the new constitution. The result showed that 79% accepted it. The Iraqi constitution has been criticized by many for its Islamic ascendancy. By giving Islam the role as the source for legislation, will make the situation worse for the Iraqi women, so it has been said.My aim with this Master thesis is not to evaluate weather or not Islam as a religion will undermine women's roll in the society. My ambition is rather to examine the constitution in order to see which kind of theory of citizenship it is inspired from and how will it affect the situation of the Iraqi women.

In 2002, the euro as a common currency did replace the national currencies in the EU member-states that did choose to take part in the EMU. It was then viewed as one of the greatest accomplishments ever to be made by the EU. However, during the latest years, the economic situation has deteriorated in several EMU member-states. This affected the whole euro-area and the current situation is referred upon as the euro-crisis. In 2011, at the time of the euro-crisis, the Heads of State or Government of the euro-area did reaffirm their full commitment to strengthen EMU.
