The aim of this study is to describe and examine the characteristics of inclusion of children with disabilities in the kinder garden and primary school in Belarus. The data in this study were collected through interviews with special teachers and staff at the Developing and Rehabilitation center. The interviews were supported by child-observations and a literature study. Staying in boarding schools prevents handicap students from integrating with the society as well as getting social experience. Integrated education demands the combination of two regularities: education of children with normal development and special education of children with psycho-physiological problems.

Objectivity is often emphasized as one of the fundamental principles for the auditing profession and is also a requirement for preserving satisfactory professional practice. The multiple company scandals in the first decade of the 21st century have created distrust for auditors? capability to maintain objectivity. The purpose of this study is to contribute with a new way of thinking when it comes to the factors that affect objectivity. Earlier studies have indicated that personality factors may affect work performance in many different fields and this study is exploring the connection between separate personality factors, and the capability of less experienced auditors to maintain objectivity in the relationship with dominating and demanding clients.Data was collected through a survey that was divided into two separate parts where the first part measured the participant?s score on different personality factors, and the other part measured the participant?s score on perceived objectivity.

Background: The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority?s mortgage limitation, of mortgaging up to 85 percent of the market value of the real estate was introduced on the first of October 2010. The aim of the recommendation is to prevent a detrimental development of the market for mortgages while at the same time creating incentives for the consumers to limit the debt level. The mortgage limitation is a recently adopted recommendation and few studies have made a thorough analysis of its effects, hence it is an interesting topic to study.Aim: The aim of this study is to analyze the initial effects of the mortgage limitation for consumers, banks and estate agencies. Furthermore, the study aims to evaluate drivers of consumer debt levels and conclude whether the mortgage limitation will result in lower debt levels for consumers.Completion: The study is based on interviews with respondents from banks and with respondents from estate agencies to enlighten the initial and long term effects of the mortgage limitation.

AbstractThe Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare has since a year or so started to introduce a new way to work with childcare investigations within the social services. This new concept, BBIC, is meant to put the child?s needs in the first room rather than the grownup?s as it used to be before. This study is about to examine how BBIC affects the legal security of the children within these childcare investigations.BBIC was first developed in England after a massive criticism against the way that the foster home- and institutional care was handled. In Sweden, BBIC was first tested and developed into Swedish conditions in a few project municipalities for about five years but is now being introduced all over the country.

I denna rapport redovisas för förmedlingsprocessen för småhus med typkod 220 och samtliga moment som ingår från början till genomfört uppdrag. Fokus har riktats på att identifiera förbättringsområden och därigenom hitta åtgärdsförslag. Rapporten skall syfta till att fungera som ett stöd och vara ett vägledande hjälpmedel för såväl fastighetsmäklare som privatpersoner i sin roll som säljare och köpare. Litteraturstudier och handledning har legat till grund för den processkarta som upprättats och illustrerats. Utifrån denna har en förstudie gjorts genom intervjuer med fem verksamma fastighetsmäklare på Fastighetsbyrån i Alingsås.

The report contains a survey on telecommuting in nature and how concepts around that information could look like. The client for the project is Lars Sandberg, Dotank AB in Karlstad. The project is implemented in the course Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Design, MSCG22 of the faculty of health, science and technology at Karlstad University in the spring of 2014.Working flexibly and remotely in the so-called knowledge based professions is growing. That nature is an important source of recovery is a fact. The literature search in this report shows that there are factors that create both physical and psychological stress on most office workers while nature is a source of recovery and inspiration.

To understand and explain how the borderland between civil and corporate societies areconstructed and reproduced in the organisations subjectivity. I want to study the navigationsand interpretations of the different actors in the field in an explorative manner.? How do the leaders of the organisations interpret governing and strategic management? Whatconcepts are used? How is the leadership constructed?How do they discuss the demands of management and structure coming from outside theorganisations? How are the organisations shaped by accountability and normative conceptions of leadership?What is their view on the demands coming from within the organisations? What role does thedemocratic governance body have in relation to the employees and the management?What is their view on employment, relations with trade unions and employer associations andthe managerial position of the organisations?The Swedish context with strong emphasis on membership and democratic rights for themembers and volunteers has not gained a large impact on the international researchconcerning non-profit management. Instead the service delivering organisations working withgovernment contract and hired recruiters and volunteer management is in focus. This makes ita very interesting area of research.

The KMR method uses carefully selected short pieces of music, lasting between 2 and 5 minutes, to work on various psychological problems and life- crises. The music session is conducted in a slightly altered state of consciousness with a clear focus being established beforehand in a verbal dialogue with the psychotherapist. There is also the possibility of using artwork to process and explore the imagery after the music listening.

This thesis was done after a request from the county?s administrative board of Västmanland to provide the board with a better understanding of how green areas have changed within Västerås municipality over time.The purpose and goal of this study was thus to measure and analyze how much of the green areas within Västerås municipality that have disappeared during the past one hundred years as well as to provide a review of previous studies regarding the importance of green areas for humans as well as the biological diversity.In order to answer these questions I have in this study used a combination of a literature study, cartographic analysis as well as a time series analysis. The computer software used to do the measurements of the green areas was ArcGIS which is a geographical information system.In the cartographic and times series anlaysis measurements and analysis was made of the district map of 1911, the economic map of 1950 and the property map of 2011. The measurements show that the municipality has grown with 46,3 km2 over the last one hundred years. New neighborhoods? have emerged and the municipality has expanded.

Introduktion: Efter en förvärvad hjärnskada kan det inte tas för givet att kroppen upplevs som självklar i vardagslivet. Många har både fysiska och kognitiva funktionsnedsättningar.Syfte: Studiens syfte var att få en fördjupad förståelse för hur personer med förvärvad hjärnskada upplever sin kropp och fysisk aktivitet i det dagliga livet.Metod: Intervjuer genomfördes med 15 strategiskt utvalda personer som hade utretts för förvärvad hjärnskada. De intervjuades vid ett tillfälle 1-5 år efter debuten. Personerna var i yrkesverksam ålder och hade lättare motorisk och/eller lätt/måttlig kognitiv, emotionell eller personlighetsmässig funktionsnedsättning. Intervjuerna transkriberades och analyserades med the Empirical Phenomenological Psychological Method (EPP-metoden).Resultat: Ett övergripande tema och sex huvudteman identifierades.

Det senaste året har flertalet våldtäktsmål fått stor uppmärksamhet i media. I mars 2014 startade tidningen Metro #NEJÄRNEJ - kampanjen som granskar hur polisen och domstolar hanterar våldtäktsfall. Denna kampanj består av en serie artiklar som uppmärksammar domar där män frias från misstankarna om våldtäkt. Kvinnans trovärdighet ifrågasätts, deras samtycke misstolkas och ord står mot ord. En konsekvens av detta resulterade i att det blev allt svårare för kvinnor att bevisa inför rätten att det de hade blivit utsatta för var en våldtäkts handling.

Uppsatsen behandlar det finansiella instrumentet Contract for Differences (CFD) i förhållande till främst flaggnings- och budpliktsreglerna och sekundärt i förhållande till reglerna om otillbörlig marknadspåverkan. Flaggningsreglerna föreskriver en plikt att informera marknaden då man ökar eller minskar sitt aktieinnehav i ett noterat bolag över vissa gränsvärden, antingen vad gäller rösträtter eller andel av samtliga aktier i bolaget. Härigenom främjas transparensen på marknaden. Budplikt innebär en skyldighet att rikta förvärvserbjudande till samtliga aktieägare i ett noterat bolag när man uppnår 30 procent eller mer av det totala röstetalet i ett noterat bolag. Budplikten är betydligt mer ingripande än flaggningsplikten.

Redovisning av leasing ? efter form eller substans? RR 6:99 innehåller kriterier som ger ut-rymme för tolkning. Vid redovisning av finansiell leasing ska leasingobjektet tas upp i balansräkningen och operationella leasingavtal ska redovisas i sin helhet i resultaträkningen. Syftet har varit att förklara varför en del företag redovisar finansiell leasing off-balance. Vår studie har angripits genom en enkätundersökning riktad till 67 börsnoterade industriföretag, svarsfrekvensen var 54%.

Primärdata kommer från individuella intervjuer, vilka kompletterats med tillhörande frågeformulär och som gjort upplevda nivåer av PE kvantifierbara.Teoretisk referensram: Den teoretiska referensramen utgörs av klassiska PE-teorier tillsammans med beståndsdelarna av konceptet, för att forma basen. Detta kombineras med nyare PE-teorier kopplade till både arbetskontext och relationer, men även kortfattat vilka beteendemässiga utfall som kopplas till PE.
