Transfer of undertaking or business is a complex fact. It requires many aspects to be takeninto consideration. For there to be a transfer of undertaking or business, it has to be a stableeconomic entity that after transfer has retained its identity. The Provisions regarding transferof undertaking or business is found in the transfer of undertaking or business directive,6 b § LAS and 28 § MBL.An employee?s employment is automatically transferred to the transferee.

Bakgrund: En försäkringstagare kan välja att antingen köpa en försäkring genom direkt kontakt med ett försäkringsföretag eller genom att anlita en försäkringsförmedlare som sköter upphandlingen av de försäkringar som försäkringstagaren önskar. Under det senaste decenniet har försäkringsförmedlarna kommit att utgöra en viktig del av försäkringsmarknaden och de omsätter stora ekonomiska värden i sin verksamhet. Mot denna bakgrund är det av stor betydelse att den lagstiftning som reglerar förmedlarnas verksamhet ger ett tillfredsställande kundskydd. Tidigare fanns endast lagregler beträffande försäkringsmäklare som var tvungna att agera oberoende av försäkringsgivarintressen. Den 1 juli 2005 trädde dock en ny lag i kraft, lagen om försäkringsförmedling (2005:405), som har ett vidare tillämpningsområde än den äldre lagstiftningen om försäkringsmäklare.

För dagens företag är det av stor strategisk betydelse att ha ett välfungerande lönesystem för att kunna vara konkurrenskraftiga på marknaden. Provisionslön är ett lönesystem som under senare år varit föremål för diskussioner om hur det påverkar medarbetares motivation. Det har bland annat visat sig att det kan medföra negativa konsekvenser på anställdas beteenden och motivation, vilket har lett till att organisationen samt dess varumärke har blivit lidande. I flera branscher har frågan ställts om användandet av Provision verkligen är ett etiskt korrekt sätt att motivera sina anställda på. The purpose of this study is to investigate how public libraries in Norrbotten provide multilingual media and how the commitment is legitimized. In January 2014 there was a change to the guidelines for the International Library?s service for providing multilingual media. The responsibility for the Provision of this service was also changed. The result shows there has been different ways of implementing the guidelines in practice; this has led to inequalities in the local library service.We have assembled data through qualitative interviews with five different public libraries in the north of Sweden.

Denna uppsats handlar om vilka faktorer som kan motivera en fastighetsmäklare till att arbeta. Under de senaste tio åren har det skett en markant ökning av registrerade fastighetsmäklare i Sverige enligt Fastighetsmäklarnämnden (2011). Denna markanta ökning leder även till hårdare konkurrens om jobben och även om kunderna (Wörmann, 2007). Eftersom majoriteten av alla fastighetsmäklare arbetar utefter löneformen Provision kan den ökade konkurrensen om jobben och kunderna vara ett problem. Får en fastighetsmäklare inte tillräckligt många kunder kan lönen bli lidande.

In the past, the meaning of marriage has been an agreement between two people to live together and have children in a legitimate manner. The marriage was not just to form a couple; it was also to merge two families together. From the early 1900s until today the allegation of marriage and its influence got a significant change compared to early societies which have aroused my interest to perform this into a research paper. My study is focused on marriage and social changes during the 1900s. Thoughts that arise now is that why there was a remarkable change in the marriage rate during the 1900s and whether there were any social changes had to do something with it.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur olika former av belöningssystem används för att öka motivationen hos säljare. Samt hur de upplevs av ansvariga chefer och av anställda i säljande företag.Vi har genomfört en undersökande kvalitativ studie om belöningssystem med hjälp av kvalitativa ostrukturerade intervjuer med säljare och deras chefer i tre olika branscher, hemelektronik, telefoni och bilförsäljning. Vi valde att först gå igenom befintliga teorier för att skapa en förståelse för ämnet innan vi genomförde intervjuer enligt det deduktiva arbetssättet.Våra slutsatser är att det finns fyra olika belöningssystem. Dessa fyra olika belöningssystem är fast lön, kollektiv Provisionsbaserad lön, individuell Provisionsbaserad lön och individuell fullständigt Provisionsbaserad lön. Vilket belöningssystem som passar i ett specifikt företag är omöjligt att säga, och det är upp till företaget självt att utvärdera vilken lämplig mix utav belöningar som är bäst lämpad för det specifika företaget..

In this study we aim to investigate what employees at a callcenter see as prospects, opportunities and barriers of learning within a company. To answer the purpose of this essay, two questions were formulated; "What opportunities for learning does employees experience in the company?" and "How can learning in the workplace improve for the sellers?". First, we present what previous research has highlighted regarding workplace learning and learning within the callcenter industry. Afterwards we present ten semi-structured interviews with leaders and sellers within a telecom company in Stockholm.

Today?s companies offer their products and services through multiple distribution channels in an increasing extent, in order to reach bigger markets and more customers. Multiple channels result in an increased risk for channel conflict.This essay is an exploratory and descriptive study with the purpose to explore some companies? channel conflicts on the basis of sales commission and price differences. A case study has been made at two different companies and the empirical material has been collected with qualitative interviews.We found more channel conflicts in the company that uses sales commissions than in the company that doesn?t.

In this study we describe the needs of lone parents and how the authorities fulfill these needs. The needs contain both economic and social aspects, such as the access to an employment, childcare and the possibility to social activities. For the lone parents being able to work the childcare Provision must improve and be available in a greater extent during non-traditional working hours. It is also required that the housing benefit ceiling is increased so that the parents may work more hours without risking the loss of the housing benefit. The statistic about the housing benefit which we present shows that many of those with a low income are lone parents.

The purpose of this study was to find out what are the information needs of the nurses and if the hospital library can satisfy these needs, and see how the hospital library reaches the nurses with their information Provision. The main questions are: what kinds of service exist at the hospital library? What kinds of needs have the nurses concerning the hospital library? How are the needs satisfied by the hospital library? What marketing strategies are used by the hospital library to reach out to the nurses? Is it enough to achieve the goal? The method in this study was a case study with the emphasis on the qualitative interviews. The study was conducted at the hospital library at Södra Älvsborgs Sjukhus in Borås. The interviews concerned the nurses views on the hospital library, information needs and marketing.

What is a bribe? Sweden has a strict legal Provision in how to handle crimes of corruption in comparison to the rest of the world. In spite of the strict law companies seem to have problems understanding the differences between what is legal and what is illegal. Bribery and corruption are not only counter-acted within the law but are also a frowned upon socially and morally. The common thought is that to accept a bribe is more corrupt than to offer one.

The ever-changing modern health care environment places high demands on leadership skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the causes that effect leadership within the health care services carried out in a municipality. Data was collected by interviewing four health care managers, three registered nurses, eight enrolled nurses and one auxiliary nurse. A qualitative approach based on a content analysis method was conducted in the analysis of the interviews. Latent content deals with relationship aspects and interpretation of deeper underlying meaning of text.

The change in the information society has affected the development of the labour market for information specialists and informants as well as their roles. Companies are now aware of the fact that information specialists have a variety of important skills and competence that is important for them. The goal of this thesis is to see what defines an information specialist and an informant and also to find out their situation on the labour market. The similarities and differences between the two professions will also be discussed in the thesis. The main method used is the investigation of the job advertisements in the journal DIK-forum from the year 2000 and year 2004.

The purpose of this study was to investigate if female and male reporters and interviewees get the same amount of time in the news feature in the Swedish news programs TV4-Nyheterna and SVT 1 Rapport. The aim of this study was also to investigate if there is a breakdown of the reporting lines between male and female reporters, that is, if they are reporting on various topics. In our study we also determined if the two television channels in any way are different when it comes to gender.Our main theory was that men are overrepresented both among reporters and interviewees and that they are dominant in both hard and soft news. We thought that SVT 1Rapport would have a better gender balance than TV4-Nyheterna because SVT 1 has been working on gender issues for a long time.We were using a quantitative content analysis to examine the 19:30 news on SVT 1 Rapport and 22:00 news on TV4-Nyheterna for two weeks in November 2010. We examined domestic and foreign news and determined how much time each sex got.
