AbstractMy task was to prepare the already designed heating list ?Stayhot? for manufacturing.I started with drawing the whole list in the CAD-program. It became obvious that some of the designed components had to be changed to work in practice.A turnable reflector couldn?t be combined with the isolation. The suggested light emitting diodes wouldn?t give enough light, so I cut them out and the problem with light remains to be solved.

Båda företagen i studien, Bulls Tryckeri AB och Trelleborg Protective Products, uppvisar en medvetenhet kring en rad riskaspekter som kan vara, och är, närvarande vid offshoring av produktion. Respektive offshoringprojekt föregicks av en bedömning av både kvalitativa och kvantitativa aspekter relaterade till offshoringen. Our study aims to investigate whether resilient children share common factors that could explain them not following the expected course of development for said group. The study also sets out to explore which strategies resilient children implement in order to cope with their situation.The study is based on the following questions:How do resilient children describe their experiences from growing up with parents with substance abuse problems? What risk and protective factors do they mention in their biographies?We use the system theory and Goffman's dramaturgic perspective as analytical tools.  The system theory could help us see the family as a system, while Goffman's theory might help us understand how resilient children find different strategies, and why they implement these strategies, to hide their family problems.The results show that the most important factors with a positive effect on resilient children were: to have somebody else important in their lives, to have goals in life, to have a safe haven, to think independently and to develop a high level of independence early in life..

The aim of the study has been to explore what participation and hope means for persons with disabilities living in an institution called Horizon House, in Stellenbosch South Africa. The aim has also been to discover the South African approach to disability and how Horizon House fits into this approach. Horizon House is an institution and a protective workplace in Stellenbosch for adults whose main impairment is of an intellectual nature but there are also physical and emotional disabilities. Another aim has been to explore the perspectives of the residents. The research questions of the study are: ? What does participation imply for the residents of Horizon House?? What does Hope represent for the residents of Horizon House?? What importance can hope have for people with disabilities, in their approach towards increased participation? We travelled to South Africa during a two week period in March 2009, where we participated at the protective workplace of Horizon House.

During the period 2002-2012, 74 people committed suicide within the Swedish judicial system. During the same period of time 702 self-destructive actions and suicide attempts were reported. The purpose of this work was to investigate and illuminate the causes which are responsible for individuals committing suicide while in custody or in prison. The theory of this  work is an ethnographic study of a special social context. A study of literature, statistics and earlier scientific research was used in this study.
