I denna undersökning studeras 2011 års skolreform utifrån grundskolans nya läroplan. Genom flera textanalytiska metoder jämförs den kommande läroplanen Lgr11 med den rådande Lpo94. Undersökningen fokuserar främst på de skillnader som uppstått i formuleringar läroplanerna emellan för att klarlägga vad som tillkommit eller utelämnats och vilka betydelsebärande omfor-muleringar som gjorts. I undersökningen studeras även regeringens proposition (2008/09:87) som låg till grund för uppdraget att författa den nya läroplanen, för att se huruvida regeringens syn på den svenska grundskolan har ändrats sedan 90-talet.Undersökningen visar på att Lgr11 har endast en måltyp med tillhörande riktlinjer, till skillnad från Lpo94s två olika måltyper. Bland annat lägger Lgr11 något mer fokus på elevernas självstän-dighet och främjandet av entreprenörskap har blivit en del av skolans uppdrag.

Det ena syftet med uppsatsen var att jämföra de två propositionerna om terrorism från 1973 och 2001 med avseende på de tre frågorna: Vad är terrorism? Vad orsakar terrorism? Hur skall terrorism bekämpas?Det andra syftet var att undersöka riksdagsledamöternas reaktioner på de två propositionerna genom att studera de motioner som inlämnats med synpunkter på propositionerna.Med utgångspunkt från det första syftet har propositionerna från 1973 och 2001 presenterats. Varje presentation har inletts med historisk bakgrund som har fokuserat på den dåtida situation, som föranlett regeringen att förelägga riksdagen de två propositionerna just åren 1973 och 2001. I 1973 års proposition framgår som en självklarhet att svenskar aldrig kunde vara terrorister. Terroristerna var däremot alltid utlänningar som använde Sverige till att utföra terrorhandlingar i, för att därmed väcka uppmärksamhet på problem i sina egna hemländer.Sedan har samtliga motioner med anledning av propositionen 1973 presenterats. Där har olika synpunkter på nämnda proposition förts fram.

The intention of this study is to perform a content analysis based on a theoretical framework founded on multi-level governance, MLG. The thesis examines the formal changes within employment politics between 1999 and 2004 (Sweden´s action plan for employment) and 1998 and 2007 (the spring budget proposition). I will investigate how multi-level governance has effected the Swedish employment politics. Furthermore, the purpose of the thesis and the questions under consideration are: How have the formal structures within Swedish employment politics changed since Sweden?s admission to the European union, particularly during the periods 1997-2008 and 1999-2004? And: How do the changes in Sweden, together with the European union directive concerning employment, coincide in the so-called employment strategy?While performing the analysis I have focused on multi-level governance.

This empirical work and base has been to analyze the government?s investigation (SOU 2008:27): the future road ? a reformed high school, which led to the high school reform that the Swedish government introduced as proposition (2008/09:199) about: Higher demand and quality within the high school. Skolverket (part of the Swedish government) has worked with the development of this steering document within their own mission Gy2011 in connection with the high schools during the transition. The reform comes into effect 1 of July 2011. This led to the main purpose to ask questions what high school principals and teachers think of the reform and to what extent it effects the high school programs, the examination system, what impact they see on the individual and the demand from society, and to some extent what the respondent´s answers about the government?s definition of what the higher demand and quality in the reform signify.

Denna studie syftar till att se hur gestaltningen av det amerikanska presidentvalet 2008 såg ut i Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagbladet, Aftonbladet och Expressen. Studien bygger på en kvantitativ innehållsanalys av ett avgränsat insamlat material. Valdagen inföll den 4 november 2008. Den tidsperiod som studeras är nio nyhetsdygn med tidningsutgivning från och med 2008-10-28 till och med 2008-11-06 för DN och SvD samt från och med 2008-10-29 till och med 2008-11-06 för Aftonbladet och Expressen. Studien utgår från gestaltningsteorin som den definierats av Kathleen H.

The importance of human capital in firm valuation is something Huang and Wang points out in there paper from 2008. We expand Ohlson?s valuation model (1995) in line with Huang and Wang (2008) to enhance a market value that includes proxies for human capital. By using human capital based market value and one of Francis, Nanda and Olsson?s (2008) version of earnings quality, we create a value table which aim to sort for undervalued and overvalued companies during the  economic upswing of 2003 to 2007 in the human capital line of business.

During the later parts of the 20th century there occurred several changes to the Swedish public sector. These changes aimed to effectivize and decentralize the governance model in the public sector. One of these changes was the municipalization of the school system, put forward and proposed by the social democratic government in the late 1980s and early 1990s. This study aims to examine and compare that times different parliamentary parties' opinions on the municipalization of the school system. The source material consists of government bills, and in direct relation to the municipalization of the school system.

Den här rapporten undersöker om gränsen mellan Terminal Services och Citrix XenApp har börjat suddas ut eller om man ännu kan dra en tydlig linje mellan dessa. Detta för att avgöra om organisationer som idag kör Windows Server 2003 med Citrix XenApp enbart klarar sig med de nya funktionerna i Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services och ändå uppfylla de krav och behov en organisation har. Arbetet genomfördes rent teoretiskt. För att avgöra likheter och skillnader mellan applikationerna, så användes till största delen ett ramverk. För att kunna få en bild av hur applikationerna tillämpas rent praktiskt, användes tidigare testar samt analyser.

Uppdragstaktik ? En studie i tillämpningen av uppdragstaktik vid artilleribataljonen 2008  Framtidens artilleribataljon är under utveckling vid Artilleriregementet, därav har jag valt att bidraga till denna process inom området ledning. Detta har utförts genom att undersöka hur uppdragstaktiken skall och har nyttjats vid bataljonen 2008. Syftet med uppsatsen är att bidra till utvecklingen av ledningsmetoder och ledningsprocesser vid artilleribataljonen. De frågeställningar som har använts för att uppnå syftet med uppsatsen är:Tillämpas teorierna om uppdragstaktik i reglemente och metodhandbok för artilleribataljon?Har uppdragstaktik tillämpats praktiskt vid ledningsprocessen av artilleriregementets insatsbataljon 2008?Vad har påverkat nyttjandet av uppdragstaktik praktiskt vid ledningsprocessen av artilleriregementets insatsbataljon 2008?   Jag har nyttjat metoden deskription och litteraturstudier för att svara på första frågeställning.

This essay examines the 1962 Swedish parliamentary debate preluding the proposition to introduce a uniform compulsory education for all Swedish children. The proposition aimed at ending the previously heterogeneous educational system and replace it with a more equal and democratic system.A widespread debate ensued, regarding the status of Christian religious education (kristendomskunskap) and its new emphasis on scientific objectivity. This essay will examine the relative position of Christianity within the new uniform school system, as it was articulated by the members of the Swedish parliament. This analysis will be achieved through the use of a discourse analytical study of the parliamentary records, the recorded motions and bills. From these records a substantial disparity in the parliamential members articulation of the concept of Christianity can be ascertained, even within the discourse of an educational regime.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine how the Swedish policy of neutrality has changed between the years 1990-2008. The research method used for this essay has been comparative case study, which strives to answer four research questions. Two of these questions are: Which specific occurrences have been fundamental in changing the Swedish policy of neutrality? How have the Swedish policy of neutrality and the policy of non-alignment changed between the years 1990-2008? The theoretical frame work of this study consists of Europeanization as a comprehensive theoretical perspective. In order to explain the Swedish act regarding the policy of neutrality, Logic of Consequences and Logic of appropriateness are used.

The Swedish government published their current proposition concerning cultural politics,Tid för kultur in 2009. Due to this proposition, culture is considered a basic human right we all deserve to be provided with. It contained goals and guidelines for how to enable culture to all citizens, to integrate and enrich the state, the county councils? and municipalities? work with diversity and multi culture in their culture-based institutes. However, there seems to be a lack of strategies in the issue of how to provide our nondependent elderly, suffering age related handicaps and diseases, with this proclaimed necessity.In recent years, there has been a lot of research proving the link between human wellbeing and a stimulating environment.
