Små aktiebolag i Sverige behöver sedan 2010 inte längre bli reviderade. Trots detta väljer många små aktiebolag att fortsätta eller att påbörja ett samarbete med en revisor. Detta tyder på att företagarna upplever att det finnas ett värde med revisionstjänsten. Tidigare litteratur berör främst nyttan med revision i större aktiebolag. I dessa företag finns det ett direkt värde med revision eftersom företagsledningen och aktieägarna är skilda.

Teachers and special education teachers play a vital role in the creation of a study environment that fosters productivity in students. The current study aims to further expand the knowledge regarding teacher?s perception of common work with developing an optimal study environment within the classroom and the educational institution. In order to achieve this, qualitative interviews have been performed and study results analyzed according Nilholm´s model of the three different perspectives on special education: The critical perspective, the compensatory perspective and the dilemma perspective.The study results show that the concept of order and study environment is not clearly defined among the interviewees. However, the concept appears to presuppose the teacher?s responsibility to create the sense of security and effective study environment to those students who express the wish to educate themselves (Children make the things right only if they have been shown the correct way to do it).

Forecasts indicate that in the future, Swedish farmers will be facing profitability challenges, which points to a need to reconsider the banks procedures considering risk management in credit granting for agricultural businesses.Today?s risk management will be given two complements in this study.

Under våren är det högsäsong för bolagsstämmor och incitamentsprogram till ledandebefattningshavare tros återigen komma att diskuteras livligt. Organisationen Aktiespararnapåpekade tidigare under våren att en nyhet i år är syntetiska aktier som incitament och denämner även så kallade aktiesparprogram som ett relativt nytt fenomen.Uppsatsens problemformuleringar är hur trenden ser ut gällande incitamentsprogram ibörsnoterade företag, samt vilken trendutveckling aktieägare vill se. Syftet med uppsatsen äratt utifrån Aktiespararnas uttalande analysera vilken trend som kan ses bland börsnoteradeföretags incitamentsprogram, samt analysera aktieägares åsikter kring olika program.Våra metodologiska val har bland annat medfört att en kvalitativ metod använts och etthermeneutiskt förhållningssätt präglat vår tolkning. Vi har intervjuat Aktiespararna,Swedbank Robur, Andra AP-fonden, AMF Pension, Investor AB, Dagens Nyheter ochSvenska Dagbladet.I den teoretiska referensramen redogörs bland annat för begreppen motivation,belöningssystem, shareholder-/stakeholderperspektivet, principal-agentteorin samt olikamodeller för incitament. Empirin utgörs av information från intervjuer med de respondentersom inkluderats.

This report presents a thesis project conducted by two students at Mälardalens högskola. The project covers 15 points in industrial design and was conducted during April to June 2014. The principal of the thesis works at Plastic Produkter. The assignment was to develop equipment for an effective way to dose, mix silicon, fill a special designed plastic bag and then seal it. The bag is then formed into a breast model.When a customer for various reasons decides to do a breast augmentation or a breast reconstruction, there may be doubt or uncertainty about the result.

Dagens affärsklimat ställer höga krav på bolag beträffande strategiska val på en allt mer globaliserad marknad. I uppsatsen föreslås att denna eskalerande globalisering kan vara associerad med bolagens framgång. Internationella bolagsförvärv och fusioner samt de initiala avsiktsdeklarationer som förkommer vid dessa transaktioner blir då centrala faktorer att beakta för bolagen, i sökandet efter förbättrade resultat. Baserat på detta skildrar uppsatsen innebörden av en initial avsiktsdeklaration, närmare bestämt ett Letter of Intent (LOI). Uppsatsen belyser innebörden av ett LOI ur ett strukturellt, juridiskt och praktiskt perspektiv.

The red-tailed monkey (Cercopithecus ascanius) is a small, alert and active animal inhabiting forests with dense vegetation and as such hard to observe in its natural habitat. The principal aim of this study was to scrutinize whether the methods, previously used in a behavioural study of the blue monkey (Cercopithecus mitis) can be applied in studies of the red-tailed monkey?s behaviour as well. Additionally, habitat preference and foraging behaviour of the red-tailed monkey were examined. The study was carried out between the 16th and the 22nd of March 2009 in the Sabaringo forest, located on the western border of the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Swedish law is very keen on the fact that every person should be treated equal when facing the legal system. When it comes to cases concerning children, social workers and judges are expected to strictly obey the rules of the law but at the same time make individual judgements based on the best interest of the child, something that requires a great deal of empathy and knowledge. Is it possible to live up to the maxim about equality and to simultaneously see the individual needs? With so many different parties and angles in the case, how does one manage to make a solid appraisal of the situation that truly serves the best interest of the child?The purpose of this study was to examine the capability within the social services with focus on objectivity. More specifically it's aim was to find out how the social workers and judges see their capability of being objective in the investigations concerning children.

Studien kan ses som en upplysande del i det arbete som finns med att förebygga negativa beteenden hos revisorer och dess oberoende.

I och med friskolereformen i början på 1990-talet har förutsättningarna för skolor förändrats och konkurrensen hårdnat. Marknadsföring av skolor har blivit allt vanligare och vilket anseende skolan har är avgörande. Tidigare forskning har visat att nöjda anställda leder till att kunder blir tillfredställda och lojala, de som tar hand om sina anställda och agerar på deras idéer visar ett bättre resultat. Därför kan intern marknadsföring ses som ett verktyg för att hantera denna konkurrens.Syftet med denna uppsats är att utifrån ledningens perspektiv få förståelse för och beskriva vilka faktorer inom skolbranschen som påverkar den interna kommunikationen och vilka förutsättningar dessa faktorer ger för intern marknadsföring. Studien har intagit ett Grounded Theory-inspirerat tillvägagångsätt och tillämpar intervjuer för att svara på syftet.

As a school welfare officer you are often alone of having your perspective and must struggle to preserve that perspective. At the same time, there are very little defined what role a social worker should have in a school. This makes it nessesary to form and develop your role of profession independently. According to the Swedish school law, the schools are not required to employ a welfare officer. This makes the school welfare officer inferior to the other branches of occupation in school.

This paper is about the composition and function of boards of social enterprises. A social enterprise can be defined as a company, which is founded by users or external stakeholder in order to create jobs (or a work place), a meaning in live or to further integration. One tries to achieve this goal by a business activity and/or subsidies and/or neighbourhood projects. The amount of social enterprises grew steadily after the restructuring of social welfare in Sweden since the 1980. Alternative forms of welfare ? such as a social enterprise ? will probably grow further in importance.
