Vad är elevinflytande? : En kvalitativ studie på två skolor med fyra lärare, en utvecklingsledare och en rektor om deras syn på elevinflytande
Today, student influence is an important part of the school?s activities and is anchored both in Lgr 11 and the school law. Student influence has gained a larger and more important role thru out the years. Previous research points out that teachers and management at school?s have had difficulties with interpretation and understanding the education plan (curriculum) and to know in which way and how much influence the student should have.
Samverkan kring mobbning på högstadiet. Intervjuer med rektor, skolkurator och lärare
The purpose with this essay is to describe how the principal, social worker and the teacher work to prevent bullying at school. The following questions have been discussed:Does the school have an action plan for bullying, and if so, what does it say? Who has the practical responsibility for making sure that the plan is followed, and how does that responsibility work? How is the responsibility divided between the different professions? Are the children in any way active in the planning of the work against bullying? What does the children think about who has the main responsibility for stopping bullying?The method I have used in the essay is individual interviews with principals, welfare officers and teachers from two schools.My results show that the schools have different ways of handling bullying, and different forms of cooperation within the staff. One school have active students in the work against bullying in the form of classmate support (kamratstödjare). The social worker is used in different ways in the work against bullying.
Medborgardeltagande : demokrati i planprocessen?
Syftet med kandidatarbetet är att undersöka medborgar- deltagandet i den kommunala planprocessen. I arbetet tas upp vilka dialogverktyg som finns för att få ett bra medborgar- deltagande i planprocessen, hur de kan användas och hur de har använts vid planeringen av ett nytt område. Arbetet försöker att med hjälp av demokratimodeller och planeringsteorier förklara och förstå den typ av medborgardeltagande vi har idag vid planeringen av den fysiska miljön. Medborgardeltagande i planprocessen är obligatoriskt enligt Plan- och Bygglagen. Undersökningar som Boverket (1998) gjorde har visat att ju mer medborgarna får vara med i planprocessen från början, desto större och bättre beslutsunderlag vilket ofta leder till färre överklaganden.

deseases. In this piece of work I will investigate the profitability of organic
potatoseedproduction, and also what it takes to produce potatoseed.
The workmethod has been to, with help from counsellors and growers, make some
compareable calculations for foodpotatoes and seedpotatoes, and also with help from a
literaturestudy investigate which requires an organic seedcultivation must fulfil.
In this piece of work I found out that the organic potatoseedproduction still is to insecure
to be profitable. The attack of potatoleafmould, which is out of control, cause unequal
yields and this will bring that the new EU-rules, concerning organic seed, not seems
defendable yet..
Onyttiga vägsamfälligheter : En analys och beskrivning av åtgärder
Onyttiga vägsamfälligheter är ett problem som uppstått under äldre tiders fastighetsbildning och är idag en olägenhet för lantmätare och fastighetsägare i många förrättningsärenden. Detta arbete har syftat till att studera de metoder för utplåning av onyttiga vägsamfälligheter för att slutligen ge förslag på möjliga lösningar. Studier har gjorts av en utredning, en proposition, förrättningsakter och rättsfall med fokus på städning av fastighetsindelningen. De förrättningsakter som studerats innehåller fastighetsregleringsåtgärder som verkar för utplåning av onyttiga samfälligheter och sanering av fastighetsindelningen. Förrättningarna innefattade ett eller flera större områden med ett stort antal fastigheter.
Påverkan på Valboåsen från verksamheter inom Svedens industriområde samt närliggande områden : hot mot grundvattnets kvalitet och kvantitet?
The aim of this work was to find out what potential contaminants from roads, residential area and businesses within Svedens industrial area that can affect groundwater quality and quantity. Data collection was from SGU, VISS, internal material from Gävleborg county Administrative Board and Gävle municipality archive. GIS software ArcGIS was used to create the map images in the work.
The studied area is located approximately ten kilometers west of Gävle city and consists of the esker Valboåsen, which is a glacifluvial deposit that in its central parts consist of coarse material that is overlaid by sand, clay and silt. North of esker Valboåsen there are the river Gavleån which has an inflow to the groundwater in the esker. This inflow represents the largest part of the groundwater recharge.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of pre-commercial thinning on private owned forest properties, which is considered to be increasing. The reason is believed to be the high cost of labor that pre-commercial thinning brings. Furthermore thinning is costly, the revenue created through pre-commercial thinning are post-poned until the first thinning.
The study was made through a survey among members of Mellanskog forest owners association. The survey was distributed by e-mail. The time to answer was set to two weeks.
The answers indicate that the most common reason why the pre-commercial thinning is delayed, or not done at all, is the forest owner?s lack of time.
Alkoholens inverkan på misshandelsbrottensgärningspersoner och offer : - kring motbokens införande
Syftet med undersökningen är att se hur alkoholen påverkade gärningspersoner och brottsoffervid misshandelsfall i Halmstad 1915 till 1925. Jag vill klargöra vem som var offer, det villsäga offrens socialklass och kön. Jag tittar också på vilken påverkan alkoholen hade kopplattill just dessa faktorer.Att det fanns ett samband mellan alkoholkonsumtion och misshandelsbrottslighet på ettnationellt plan var känt sedan tidigare. Det hade emellertid aldrig gjorts någon undersökningpå ett lokalt plan i Halmstad. Det finns inte heller någon specifik forskning på brottsoffren idessa fall.

Then the language learning process and the approach in a preparatory class differs itself from a general class. The methods conducted in a preparatory class are not just focused on teaching as in a more traditional method. Achieving the objectives in a preparatory class depends on the individual student and the cohesion in the group. Students have different backgrounds and knowledge level, therefore it is extremely important that the teachers use different work methods in order to achieve and to promote the students' language development. The aim with this survey is to get the knowledge about what education methods is being used by teachers in a preparatory class.
Potentialen av värmebesparing i ett avlopps luftningsledning
This thesis aims at determining the heat losses in a property vent stack and its roof valve. Upon request of a company, the vent stack is analysed for possible heat recovering solutions to be implemented, while relining of the drain system is executed and with a suitable payback time for the economic investments. The heat loss calculations are based on data for properties that are located in the Stockholm region, but also easy to change depending on the situation. The calculations are done on pipes made out of cast iron, which still is the most common type of drain pipe in Sweden, and these are the pipes that relining is usually made on. The calculations that needed to take several variables into account have been done in MatlabR2014a and the thermos dynamical properties that were used in those calculations have been extracted from EES.Three different types of heat losses in the vent stack have been taken into consideration in this thesis.
Den svenska miljörätten och ADR: en studie i att finna metoder som kan förbättra medborgarinflytandet i miljörätten
Denna C-uppsats har två syften. Det ena är att studera samrådsprocesserna i den svenska miljörätten och i plan- och bygglagen (PBL) för att se hur dessa samrådsprocesser i dagsläget tillgodoser allmänhetens möjligheter att medverka i och att påverka miljöärendena. Det andra syftet med uppsatsen är att studera hur olika alternativa konfliktlösningsmetoder (ADR) har tillämpats i USA vid konflikter med allmänheten och i synnerhet vid konflikter som rör miljön. Tanken är att därefter diskutera möjligheterna att implementera de amerikanska lärdomarna till svensk miljörätt. Metoden för att studera dels den svenska miljörätten dels de amerikanska ADR- metoderna har varit deskriptiv.
Infallsvinkelns påverkan på mätresultatet vid terrester laserskanning : undersökning av ScanStation 2
Noggrannheten hos mätningar gjorda med en terrester laserskanner påverkas av många faktorer. En viktig faktor som bör undersökas är laserstrålens infallsvinkel. Vårt syfte med den här undersökningen var att kontrollera laserskanner Leica ScanStation 2 vad gäller infallsvinkelns påverkan på punktmolnets noggrannhet. Undersökningen bestod av skanningar från 10-100 m avstånd mot en specialbyggd kub på 1x1x1 m, med infallsvinklar 0-85°, både inomhus och utomhus. Efterarbetet gjordes i programvaran Leica Cyclone där vi registrerade och modellerade våra punktmoln till olika plan.
SATS + e2 = SANT? : en studie av SATS lednings kommunikationsstrategi då träningskoncernen förvärvade den dåvarande konkurrenten e2
Aim: The aim of this essay is to study the communication strategy that the company SATS developed before taking over the company e2. The following questions are to be answered: - what was the planned communication strategy before taking over the company e2? - did SATS follow their original plan when implementing this strategy? ? Which strengths and weaknesses of the communication strategy can be identified based on opinions of the employees?Material/Method: Together with literature and document studies, a qualitative method has been used and seven personal interviews have been conducted. One informant was selected due to professional position; the other six respondents were former employees of the affected company e2.Main results: The main results from the study show that the company SATS did in fact follow their plan very accurately with only some minor changes such as an earlier started education program and exclusion of an initially planned evaluation activity. Communication about the takeover of e2 to employees was quick and clear.

Festulolium is a hybrid betweenryegrass and fescue.

Background and problem: The financial crisis 2008-2009 came out from an over-optimism among those who took the real estate loans in the U.S., and especially so-called subprime loans. After the 2008 financial crisis, it has become a global uncertainty in the financial market with low growth, and even financial crises in the euro countries have appeared. The real estate industry is a capital-intensive industry where companies have a high leverage to implement their investment. This means they have a larger proportion of debt relative to equity than companies in other industries. As investments require a lot of capital, real estate companies become dependent on having a working relationship with both the banks and the capital market.
