Svartedalens nature reserve a social richness worth develop. The nature reserve of Svartedalen is an area of high biological and social values. The reserve is located close to several densely populated areas. The reserve has been classified as a national area of interest for nature conservation and outdoor life, and as a Natura 2000 area according to both the bird- and habitat directions. The reserve is the largest landarea in Västra Götaland, 3 410 hectares, where a resolution has been made about all these forms of protection. The foundation Skogssällskapet owns 1 956 hectares of the reserve, at 1 384 hectares of the property they pursue FSC-certified silver culture, according to current management plan.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att belysa hur ledningen i bemanningsföretag ger stöd till anställda genom feedback. Uppsatsen börjar med att vi tydliggör ett praktiskt problem som är vanligt förekommande inom bemanningsföretag. Vi illustrerar detta problem med en figur som åskådliggör en distans mellan bemanningsföretagen och dess anställda. Den här distansen kan emellertid leda till bristfällig kommunikation mellan parterna och för att minska sannolikheten att detta uppstår, kan ledaren i ett företag stödja de anställda genom att ge feedback. I teorikapitlet utgår vi från en modell som visar de faktorer som bör beaktas, det vill säga 360-gradersfeedback, coachning, uppmuntran till dialog, självkontroll samt lärande organisation.

Globaliseringen som ständigt ökar kan i samband med utveckling av destinationer bli påverka de av kulturella interaktionerna på platsen. Förutom att olika nationaliteter befinner sig på en destination så ökar även de kulturella olikheterna/de olika nationaliteterna i de företag och organisationer som finns på platsen.Forskning som är inriktad på enhetligt samarbete mellan chefer och övriga anställda i organisationer, de människor som kommer ifrån olika kulturer och som kämpar för att förstå likheter och skillnader, ökar drastiskt. Kraven för att utmana kulturella hinder för att nå konkurrensfördelar beror på andra grundläggande orsaker. När världen krymper genom globalisering och allt fler människor bor och arbetar i andra länder så ökar kontakten med människor som kommer ifrån mycket diversifierade ursprung.En förbättring och hantering av människor med olika kulturella ursprung kräver en utveckling av motivation, ledarskap och produktivitet för att utvecklas så effektivt som möjligt som företag.

The fast developments in information and data technology during the recent years have accentuated the need for the business manager to interpret and act on information from the surrounding environment. Today we know little about what information is really used in the unique decision-making. Further, little is known about how information should be designed to fit people with a more intuitive approach to interpreting information. This study is therefore about the difference between peoples approach to interpreting information and how information should be designed to fit those with a more intuitive approach to interpreting information. The application is made to dairy farms in Sweden. The literature review describes the strategic leadership, the decision-making process and the intuitive and the analytic thinking.

This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.

Det finns klara korrelationer mellan att Kina är ett relativt fattigt land och det faktum att där finns en utbredd korruption, något som däremot inte är exklusivt för Kina. Något som dock är mer unikt för Kina, och som vi också funnit påverkar korruptionen, är det kulturella fenomenet guanxi som verkar i gränslandet mellan det lagliga och det vi anser korrupt. Den utbredda korruptionen i landet urholkar också det juridiska IP-skyddet och leder till att skyddet måste övervägs på fler plan än bara det rent juridiska. För att förebygga och motverka pågående intrång av IP är goda kontakter med statliga myndigheter både på central och på lokal nivå mycket viktiga.

The task given to us was to develop an industrial wheel with new thinking in terms of fresh design and construction, with the ability to brake. While the produced wheels of today only own the property of total braking, a wish was made to integrate the ability of directional locking.The time spent working with the project has been filled with multiple sketches of ideas and function analysis.Choices of material and ways of construction have been verified by calculations, tests and prototype building. The goal of this thesis has been to develop a unique caster with well thought-out design that would be adaptable to different areas of applications.The result was a hubless wheel with the ability of directional locking before total braking.A prototype of the wheel has been made to show the design and functions..

GPS (Global Positioning system) and GIS (Geographical information system) has been used for planning and inventory in the forest sector for more than ten years. The last years the development has come to equip harvesters and forwarders with GPS and GIS (GIT). The goal with this study was to reach a basis for decision, how Stora Enso Skog should continue its investment in GPS and GIS in harvesters and forwarders. To reach this basis for decision, possible advantages and benefits, disadvantages and problems in the harvesting process was evaluated. The study was made as an interview study with four harvesting managers and ten machine teams. To secure the quality of the results an interview questionnaire was made before the interviews were done. The results showed that GIT will make the harvesting managers work easier.
