Byggnadsintegrerade Solceller : Applicering till ett flerbostadshus

Denna rapport presenterar det examensarbete som har gjorts i samarbete med företaget SMÅA AB. Syftet med arbetet är att öka kunskapen, för företaget, om solceller ur en teknisk och ekonomisk synpunkt då man väljer att integrera dessa i byggnadsskalet. Viktiga frågor som har tagits upp innefattar lönsamhet vid användning av solceller, möjligheter att integrera solceller samt hur tekniken ser ut idag och hur den kan utvecklas i framtiden. Dessa kunskaper har sedan applicerats på ett planerat flerbostadshus under resultatet. I lösningsförslaget har solceller blivit integrerade i tak och balkongräcken, där olika typer av solceller används baserad på dess respektive egenskaper som är bäst anpassade för ändamålet. Ämnesområden som berörs är energi, solceller, byggnadsintegrering samt ekonomi.

This work shows experiences from today's users and how the Profitability can be improved on a farm with normal plant cultivation. Generiska strategiers påverkan på köpbeteenden - En studie av kunderna till två livsmedelsbutiker

Due to the well-developed rhetoric and the relative easiness to estimate costs, cost considerations are usually more in-depth than revenue considerations when discussing strategies impact on Profitability. To avoid dysfunctional companies and poorly judged strategy decisions it is necessary to develop the rhetoric of revenue considerations.By collecting data from 230 respondents in a quantitative study of two grocery stores in Mora, the study aimed to assess the relationship between choice of generic strategy and self-reported buying behavior, considering differing decision-making processes of customers.The results of the study indicate that a differentiation strategy performs better than a low-cost strategy in terms of buyer frequency, number of goods and cost of purchase. However, due to a poor data collection method, the results are weak, and should therefore be questioned. The study indicates that reliability considerations for behavioral measures should be treated in the same respect as psychological measures, and therefore illuminates the need for new methods and measures to be developed..

The purpose of this study is to compare the economic differences between withdraw of forest fuel and withdraw of pulpwood in first thinning, to see which method gives the maximum Profitability (income - cost). Another purpose is to investigate the economic impact of the thicket cleaning. The study compares four different methods: i) pulpwood output with thicket cleaning, ii) pulpwood output without thicket cleaning, iii) forest fuel output with thicket cleaning and iv) forest fuel output without thicket cleaning. The study was conducted in a 30-years old stand, dominated by spruce, outside Harg in Uppland. The method that generated the best economic net income was pulpwood without thicket cleaning. It generated a positive net of 1,383 SEK per hectare. Forest fuel output without thicket cleaning also generated a positive net in 720 kronor per hectare.

VD-ersättning och ägarkoncentration: En studie om ersättningsnivåerna i svenska börsbolag

This study examines whether the ownership structure of Swedish firms contributes to explain the variations in executive pay. A regression analysis was performed on 102 companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The analysis suggests a negative relationship between ownership structure and executive pay after taking company Profitability and size into account. The result is in line with previous studies and the agency theory. This indicates that large shareholders have a stronger position in Swedish companies or that large shareholders monitor the management to a larger extent, rather than providing incentives.

The aim of this study is to find a method to incorporate the energydemand of a building in the investment cost estimate.The study is based on an actual apartment block. The significant energyaspects are identified, and changed to more energy efficient options.These are then simulated using the energy calculation program VIP+.The calculated energy need is used in the investment cost estimate, andthe simulated alternatives are compared in regards to their economicalProfitability.Depending on the focus, different alternatives are the most advantageous.Since this study aims to show which alternative is the mosteconomically profitable, the annual profit is the parameter of mostimportance. Handelsbankens användande av CRM -Är det lönsamt?

Frågeställning: På vilket sätt används CRM av Handelsbanken och hur påverkar det bankens lönsamhet?Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att kunna öka kunskapen om hur Handelsbanken tillämpar CRM och för att undersöka om användandet av CRM i bankens verksamhet är lönsamt eller inte.Metod: För att svara på studiens syfte blev en intervju utförd med Handelsbanken. Ännu en anledning till varför en intervju gjordes var på grund av att det var nödvändigt för att få det primärdata som behövdes och för att förstå hur banken använder sig utav CRM. Information blev även hämtat från olika källor såsom litteratur, internet och databaser.Slutsats: Slutsatsen med detta arbete är att Handelsbanken har gynnats av att använda sig utav CRM och att fördelarna är fler än nackdelarna då det inte finns några nackdelar med Handelsbankens användande av CRM. CRM skapar alltså lönsamhet och är något som banken bör fortsätta använda sig utav i framtiden då det gynnar företaget positivt. .

Vilka faktorer påverkar framgången i CRM-satsningar

This study is intended to identify which factors that influence the success of initiatives in Customer Relationship Management, usually abbreviated as CRM. In the course of this study we have been in contact with forty-two companies operating in Sweden within eleven different sectors in order to find out how they operate regarding CRM initiatives, particularly initiatives within marketing and promotions. Against the data collected during the study it was concluded that the companies working with CRM believed that the CRM initiatives resulted in higher Profitability and created more loyal customers. At the same time it was evident that the companies had different views on CRM as a method and its benefits. The majority of the companies could not present any tangible results from CRM-initiatives. It was also revealed that decisions regarding CRM initiatives were based on subjective assessments and without theoretical foundation.

Hållbar avkastning : En studie av hur finansiella institutioner engagerar sig i företags arbete med CSR

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe the perception of value and risk in CSR as well as analyzing how financial institutions influence responsible behavior in business in order to create sustainable economic growth.Methodology: The study has a qualitative research method used by an abductive process. Data has been collected through semi-structured interviews with respondents from three venture capital companies and three banks. The sample of respondents was done through a convenience sample with respect to access and expertise in the research area.Conclusion: The most important meanings of the research results have shown that CSR holds an intrinsic value concerning contributing value as its conceptual meaning in terms of sustainable development. CSR can also be regarded as a dimension of risk management to reduce the risk of negative externalities on corporate activities. Investors and financiers contribute to sustainable companies through active ownership and improvements in the CSR dimensions.
