The purpose of this study is to identify and make attitudes among social workers towards homosexual and bisexual people visible, examine how these attitudes relate to their actions in their professional role and how these attitudes and actions can be understood by theories of heteronormativity and power. The study is a cross-sectional quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire completed by social workers. The result shows that there are two groups among the social workers. One larger group that reproduces a norm of acceptance toward homosexual and bisexual people and one smaller that reproduces a heterosexual norm. This reproduction of heteronormativity increases the risk for homosexual and bisexual people to be made invisible and treated more negatively in contact with social workers, which in turn can lead to worse health among the clients..

This study aims to find out what happens with the roles that are seemingly left behind. Are there roles that are harder or easier to exercise? Available roles with us through life and affect our future decisions or we switched completely away from them and create new roles based on the situations we find ourselves in at the moment? The aim is also to see how the relationship looks like between closed roles and new roles in life. To try to find this out, I have used the narrative method. The study is based largely on Goffman's theories of roles, behind and above the front- and back stage.

The research of this Bachelor?s thesis examines classifieds for librarians, and makes use of Ørom?s theory of sixlibrarian identities plus Schreiber?s complementary seventh identity. The main focus of the thesis was to examine what qualities and skills are presented and what identities are manifested in the classifieds. A third issue was to explore how relevant Ørom?s theory is to examine and understand the profession today.The data was analysed by the use of content analysisand a hermeneutics approach was taken.

The purpose of this study was to illustrate how professionals, who work with psychosocialproblems among children, look at the impact of social factors on behavior that causes ADHDdiagnosis and at the relationship between social factors and the increased diagnosis that hasoccurred in recent years. To answer our purpose, we chose a qualitative approach byinterviewing six professionals who had different professional affiliations. We analyzed theresults using systems theory and attachment theory. The results showed that the professionalssaw various social factors that influenced the behaviors that cause ADHD diagnosis, particularlytroublesome growing environment and the school environment that requires greater cognitiveability and social skills of children today. They also saw that social factors could have an impacton the increase of diagnoses, particularly that the diagnosis can result in that the understandingchanges and that it is considered easier to get extra support at school with a diagnosis..

Revisionsplikten avskaffades i Sverige den 31 oktober 2010 där cirka 250 000 företag berördes. Bakgrunden till avskaffandet är bland annat att företag ska besluta om revision är en nödvändighet eller inte.Syftet med denna studie är att analysera bakomliggande faktorer till varför små företag har valt att behålla revisionen trots avskaffandet samt revisorns roll inom dessa företag. Utifrån studiens primärdata framkom det att företagen belyste olika faktorer till upprätthållandet av revision, vilket har presenterats som interna respektive externa faktorer samt som revisorns roll inom dessa företag genom att undersöka dennes arbetsuppgifter. Vidare analyserades detta tillsammans med tidigare forskning kring ämnet samt de teoretiska resonemang som vi har presenterat. Dessa avser revision som försäkran, förbättring, försäkring, komfort respektive legitimering. .

The aim of this study was to investigate how various professions within the treatment of ADHD is working with the diagnosis and the importance of the diagnosis has been at work. We also want to investigate what the different professions think of the diagnosis, what it has for opportunities or limitations in treatment. The chosen professions are two nurses, two treatment assistants, a psychologist and a psychotherapist. When we interviewed our chosen professions, we have used a qualitative approach with semistructured interviews. Through our interviews we got the opportunity to take part in the various professions' knowledge and experience of working with teenagers who have ADHD.

This study is about a guardian ad litem mission, role and relation to unaccompanied children. On the basis of qualitative interviews the study aims to understand the trustees? role and relation to unaccompanied children. We chose to interview nine trustees to achieve a better insight of the trustees roll. We analyzed the interviews and tried to gain a better knowledge about a guardian ad litem mission, role and relationship to unaccompanied children with role theory and concepts off pastoral power and trust.

The study aims to illustrate how women victims of male violence in intimate relationships are treated during the legal process and with professional perspective describe what women?s experiences considered to be in the legal process. The study also aims to draw attention to the interventions for abused women during the legal process.The results are based on interviews with professionals in the justice system, and on observations in the courtroom. Overall our results show that abused women are in need of a great quantity of help and support before, during and after the negotiation. The legal process is very stressful for the women.

The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The study´s result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.

Det bipolära världssystemet ersattes av ett unipolärt system med USA som ensam global stormakt. På senare tid har dock Ryssland börjat visa alltmer självförtroende i sitt internationella agerande. Frågan uppstår då om landet har en ambition att åter bli en global stormakt. Studien syftar till att undersöka om Ryssland har dessa ambitioner.

Denna kvalitativa intervjustudie belyser föräldrars uppfattning av förskolans uppdrag samt deras syn på pedagogens roll och uppdrag. Genom sex stycken intervjuer med föräldrar i förskolan har följande resultat trätt fram. Förskolans uppdrag, enligt respondenterna är att skapa trygghet för barnen samt att vara en plats för social träning. Pedagogens roll menar respondenterna består av att vara inspirerande, att vara en positiv förebild och att ha talang för yrket. Pedagogens uppdrag är enligt respondenterna att se barnet, att kunna möta föräldrarna samt att följa läroplanen.

Syfte: Uppsatsen ska undersöka hur svenska icke professionella investerare använder årsredovisningen i sina val av kapitalplacering och vilken nytta årsredovisningen har i valet. Uppsatsen ska även undersöka om icke professionella investerare har några problem i tolkningen av årsredovisningar.Metod: Uppsatsen använder både kvantitativ och kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer och enkät.Slutsats: 50 % av de icke professionella investerarna anser att de har nytta av årsredovisningar vid kapitalplaceringsbeslut. VD-ordet, förvaltningsberättelsen och revisionsberättelsen används mest. Det som upplevs svårast är värderingar i balansräkningen, kassflödesanalys och noter.Förslag till fortsatta studier: Genomföra en liknande undersökning med intervjuer av icke professionella investerare. Ta reda på vilken hänsyn det tas till investerare med lägre ekonomisk kunskap vid upprättandet av årsredovisningar. .
