Den ha?r uppsatsen grundar sig i en kvalitativ underso?kning ro?rande Stockholms bostadsmarknad. Det empiriska materialet besta?r av semistrukturerade intervjuer samt en litteraturstudie. Intervjuerna har genomfo?rts med akto?rer som alla har intresse i bostadsmarknaden.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka om kooperativa principer existerar i icke kooperativa företag samt om de följs i det kooperativa företaget. Syftet preciseras i följande forskningsfrågor: Följer det icke kooperativa företaget kooperativa principer? Följer det kooperativa företaget de kooperativa principerna? Kooperativ är en företagsform, där medlemmarnas intressen gynnas genom att föreningen driver en affärsmässig verksamhet där medlemmarna deltar. Detta innebär att verksamheten har en skyldighet att tillfredställa sina medlemmars finansiella önskemål samtidigt som verksamhetens egna finansiella önskemål. För att kalla sig kooperativ så ska företag följa sju principer, de sju principerna är riktlinjer för hur ett kooperativ ska verka.

Den identitetsförvirring som råder i dagens samhälle tar sig en mängd olika uttryck. Ett av dessa är det faktum att många idag genom internet skapar sig parallella virtuella identiteter. En av de som gjort detta är Alexandra Nilsson, som under namnet Kissie driver en av Sveriges idag mest välbesökta bloggar.Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån ett postmodernistiskt perspektiv och teorier om social konstruktion undersöka identitetskonstruktion i bloggar, med fokus på bloggen Kissies.seMina frågeställningar är: Hur beskrivs undersökta identitetskonstruktioner i bloggen Kissies.se? Hur skiljer sig beskrivningen av de olika identitetskonstruktionerna åt? och Hur ter sig utvecklingen av den fortlöpande identitetskonstruktionen?För att besvara dessa frågor har jag, med utgångspunkt i det postmoderna samhället och grundat på teorier om social konstruktion, genom en hermeneutisk process studerat de olika identitetskonstruktionerna.Slutsatserna av denna studie är att användandet av olika identiteter skapar möjligheter att passa in i fler sammanhang än vad som annars vore möjligt; att det sociala utbytet har stor påverkan i konstruerandet av virtuella identiteter; samt att det uppstår svårigheter då en identitet rycks ut ur den arena där den var tänkt att existera..

The aim of this study was to investigate how various professions within the treatment of ADHD is working with the diagnosis and the importance of the diagnosis has been at work. We also want to investigate what the different professions think of the diagnosis, what it has for opportunities or limitations in treatment. The chosen professions are two nurses, two treatment assistants, a psychologist and a psychotherapist. When we interviewed our chosen professions, we have used a qualitative approach with semistructured interviews. Through our interviews we got the opportunity to take part in the various professions' knowledge and experience of working with teenagers who have ADHD.

The study aims to illustrate how women victims of male violence in intimate relationships are treated during the legal process and with professional perspective describe what women?s experiences considered to be in the legal process. The study also aims to draw attention to the interventions for abused women during the legal process.The results are based on interviews with professionals in the justice system, and on observations in the courtroom. Overall our results show that abused women are in need of a great quantity of help and support before, during and after the negotiation. The legal process is very stressful for the women.

The purpose of this study has been to examine and analyze school counselors? experience of collaboration with other professions in the student health team and the preconditions for their work. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with six elementary-, and two high school student counselors in a medium-sized town in Sweden. The theoretical approach being used is: role theory, theory of professions and theory about collaboration. The study´s result shows that the school counselors? experience an unclarity in their job assignments and their role is often described as diffuse and vauge.

The aim for this master?s thesis is to investigate the indexing consistency in a folksonomy Delicious. This is done by investigating how users construct tags. By applying a semiotic perspective and use analysis of content the occurrences of inflected forms, hyponymy, meronymy and users own tag creations were established. Lancaster?s seven factors is the starting point for the discussion about indexing and the factors that affects it in either a negative or positive way.

Syfte: Uppsatsen ska undersöka hur svenska icke professionella investerare använder årsredovisningen i sina val av kapitalplacering och vilken nytta årsredovisningen har i valet. Uppsatsen ska även undersöka om icke professionella investerare har några problem i tolkningen av årsredovisningar.Metod: Uppsatsen använder både kvantitativ och kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer och enkät.Slutsats: 50 % av de icke professionella investerarna anser att de har nytta av årsredovisningar vid kapitalplaceringsbeslut. VD-ordet, förvaltningsberättelsen och revisionsberättelsen används mest. Det som upplevs svårast är värderingar i balansräkningen, kassflödesanalys och noter.Förslag till fortsatta studier: Genomföra en liknande undersökning med intervjuer av icke professionella investerare. Ta reda på vilken hänsyn det tas till investerare med lägre ekonomisk kunskap vid upprättandet av årsredovisningar. .

I olika mätningar redovisas det om skolans förfall och hur Svenskaskolan har svårt att mäta sig med jämbördiga nationer runt om i världen. Rollen som lärare harkommit att omprövas där den idag innefattar en allt större administrativ börda som aldrig tycksavta. En ökad arbetsbörda tenderar ofta att leda till stress och försämrad motivation såväl somarbetstillfredsställelse. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad det är som motiverar ochdriver personalen samt vilka faktorer som bidrar till arbetstillfredsställelse.

Background: Patients with self-harm seek hospital care when something traumatic occurred. Self-harm was a way to cure pain and was expressed overdose, cutting, or by swallowing objects. They described that the staff were derisive, didn?t show empathy and engagement. Aim: The aim was to describe factors that effects staffs answer to self-harm behaviour through their perspective.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine and analyse which effects a service strategy has on the control system of an organisation. The thesis takes a service perspective, and it is assumed that a service strategy gains competitive advantage and that the goal of the service strategy is to increase the customers? satisfaction level. A qualitative in-depth case study was performed on a Swedish beauty company. The organisation?s vertical structure was examined, from central to local level.

This essay studies the concept of "livspusslet", a term in swedish that directly translates as "the jigsaw puzzle of life". In recent public debate it has been used to articulate issues concerning the combination of family life and a professional career. The empirical material consists of newspaper articles from nationwide daily newspapers Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet between 2009 and 2011. The concept of "livspusslet" relates to the debate about family values, gender equality and the public view on the issue of combining family life with a career. The widespread use of the concept indicates that the social practices surrounding the debate over family policy is shifting.

Development of morphs within European whitefish (Coregonus lavaretus), might be considered as a beginning of a sympatric speciation process. Unpublished data suggests that presence of the keystone piscivore northern pike (Esox lucius) is the main driver of sympatric divergence in European whitefish (Coregonus lavaretus). Using introduced whitefish populations as controlled experiments, it is possible to determine when different characters diverge in the speciation process. In this study, I analysed age and growth within European whitefish populations of different age to assess if these characters change over time in absence of pike. With using otoliths from whitefish populations of different age, I was possible to determine individual age, and by measuring the length of the fish, growth was calculated.

The purpose of this essay has been to investigate the research and national initiatives regarding film and Cineliteracy in the Swedish curriculum.The results show that, after all research, national initiatives and the continual clarification from the Swedish National Agency for Education concerning film's place in the Swedish subject, the vision of students cineliteracy not at all obtain an obvious place in the curriculum.The research points out the main causes behind this result to be teachers' lack of expertise and the fact that the formal education for future teachers in the subject still upholds traditional views on the subject of Swedish.The initiative presented in this essay also show lack of continuity, lack of adequate professional development opportunities for teachers and lack of practical guidance manuals to help teachers to develop and educate their pupils in line with current research and visions. .
