In this report focus is put on the combustion process at a cement plant. Combustion is the heart of the cement making process and absolutely crucial to have under full control and well optimized. The fuel is put into the process through a burner pipe and this burner pipe is modified to reach a more efficient combustion. The primary target is to enable burning of heterogeneous alternative fuels and increase the production level. Other positive effects from this type of optimization is lowered specific fuel consumption and lowered CO2 emissions. A redundant burner is chosen for the project and overall the project steps are the following: 1. The purpose of our study is to examine the bloggers? influence on the brand?s image to see whether and if so in what way the blogging trend affects the brands. We also want to analyze how companies use bloggers in their marketing. This is a subject that has attracted our interest and that experience has not been touched in a higher extent. Our purpose has led us to the following research questions;Which relationships occur in collaborations between businesses and bloggers from a marketing perspective? In what way in terms of reciprocity can relations be described? To what extent can the credibility through blogs be affected in terms of how brands are presented in the blog? In this study we have used a qualitative method with an abductive nature to create a deeper understanding of our chosen subject.

The aim of this study was to explore whether the patients? expectations of physiotherapy correspond with the physiotherapists? view of their own professional role. Two separate questionnaires were used, one to the patients and one to the physiotherapists, which questions were able to compare. Totally 41 patients and 6 physiotherapists answered the questionnaires. The low number of answers from the physiotherapists made it impossible to fulfil the purpose.

Bakgrund: Att drabbas av cancer som ung vuxen innebär ett avbrott i livsprocessen och det kan upplevas som en katastrofal förändring. När en människa upplever att helheten hotas uppstår ett lidande, unga vuxna som drabbas av allvarlig sjukdom kan uppleva traumatisk kris. Det är viktigt att i ett tidigt stadium fånga upp och stötta unga vuxna med en cancerdiagnos eftersom lidandet kan lindras under sjukdomsprocessen. Individer som får social och professionellt stöd orkar engagera sig i återhämtningsprocessen och kan uppnå bättre livskvalité. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att belysa unga vuxnas behov av stöd under behandling av cancersjukdom.

The main purpose of this study is to show how narrative can be understood as cultural practice, how it can be said to function both internally and externally, and to ask questions about how the narrating subject, through the organizing of narrative, positions it self and mediates between the different discoursive contexts of which it is a part. This is done by an analisys of how six swedish soldiers tells the tale of how they came to choose a military carrer and why they have served or want to serve in peace-keeping missions abroad. The source material is primarily collected through unstructured interviews with theese soldiers, but also through textual analysis of a soldier blog. Theoretically the study draws on a combination of the discourse theory of Michel Foucault, narrative theory, Richard Jenkins theory of the internal-external dialectic of identifikation and intersectionality to construct a framework that allows the narratives to be deconstructed and understood as discoursive products of both the military contexts as such and the larger cultrual context that surrounds it. The conclusions of this study suggests that the organizing of soldier narratives are a complex and multifaceted process, in which the soliders must balance between the ideals, values and norms of the military context while also taking into account how society at large views and interprets the practices and forms of military life.

Bakgrund: Incidensen av bröstcancer ökar i Sverige och är den vanligaste cancerformen bland kvinnor. Varje dag diagnostiseras 20 kvinnor i Sverige med bröstcancer och även om chanserna att överleva ökar, skapar denna sjukdom en stor livsomställning för de drabbade kvinnorna. Bröstcancer är en multidimensionell sjukdom vilket kan leda till att kvinnan får såväl fysiska som psykiska problem. Kvinnor som drabbas av bröstcancer genomgår en krisreaktion, som slutligen leder fram till att de får en ny syn på sitt liv och sin tillvaro. Syfte: Denna studie syftade till att beskriva kvinnors upplevelse av att leva med nydiagnostiserad bröstcancer.

The purpose of our study was to establish whether the knowledge about vegetarian diet was enough among nurses in order to practise professional nursing. We made an empirical study based on a questionnaire. Twenty-one registered nurses answered the questionnaire that consisted of mostly open questions. The result showed that almost everyone experienced that they gave dietcounselling and many nurses mentioned that dietcounselling was important. The majority of the nurses thought that they had enough knowledge to be able in order to deliver a fundamental dietcounselling but nobody considered that they knew much about vegetarian diet..

Bakgrund: Endometrios är en kronisk gynekologisk sjukdom med okänd etiologi som drabbar 10 % av kvinnor i fertil ålder och som har en djupgående påverkan på samtliga delar av kvinnors välmående. Dessa kvinnor blir ofta misstrodda och avfärdade av vårdpersonal när de söker vård för sjukdomen och deras smärtproblematik anses vara ?normal?. Feminism kan användas som ett verktyg för att undersöka denna företeelse. Syfte: Att beskriva hur kvinnor med endometrios upplever mötet med vårdpersonal.

Vårdpersonal står inför en svårutmaning i omvårdnaden för att ge ett kompetentomhändertagande. Det korta mötet mellan vårdpersonal ochnärstående har visat sig vara av betydelse. Syfte Syftet medlitteraturstudien var att belysa närståendes behov ochvårdpersonals uppfattningar om närståendes behov i sambandmed en oväntad död. Metod Metoden var en litteraturstudie därdet ingick både kvalitativa och kvantitativa artiklar.

Empati är att kunna uppleva och förstå andra människors känslor. Tre studier gjordes för att undersöka socialsekreterares empati för sina klienter och hur de upplever sin professionella och genuina empati. Två studier var kvantitativa och en var en mixed design. Deltagarna var 26 socialsekreterare och 57 socionomstudenter. Studie 1 och 2 visade att socialsekreterare och studenter på socionomprogrammet hade mer empati för en sympatisk person än för en osympatisk.

Bakgrund: Varje år drabbas unga vuxna av cancer och behöver professionell omvårdnad. De upplever sig inte få den vård de är i behov av. Alla människor har, enligt motivationsteorin, behov som är ordnade hierarkiskt, och som behöver uppfyllas för att människan ska kunna uppnå självförverkligande.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att identifiera och beskriva upplevda behov hos unga vuxna med cancer.Metod: Studien använde en kvalitativ nätnografisk design med induktiv ansats. Studien analyserade åtta bloggar skrivna av unga vuxna med cancer.Resultat: Resultatet visade åtta behov som grupperades i fyra teman. Temana grundades på upplevelser som beskrevs i bloggarna, och var: Information, Meningsfullhet, Känslohantering och Bemötande.Slutsats: Denna studie identifierade åtta behov som fanns på de fyra nedersta stegen i motivationsteorin.
