Anestesisjuksköterskors huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är anestesiologisk omvårdnad. De ska även verka för att den anestesiologiska vården blir evidensbaserad genom att ta initiativ till och verka för omvårdnadsforskning. Idag sker omvårdnadsforskningen i en accelererande takt och det krävs av anestesisjuksköterskan att hålla sig a´jour med vad resultaten visar. Tidigare forskning visar att det är oklart om omvårdnadsforskningsresultat idag används av anestesisjuksköterskor i den kliniska verksamheten. Syftet med studien är därför att ta reda på hur anestesisjuksköterskan upplever att ta till sig och införliva omvårdnadsforskning i det kliniska arbetet.

The theme of this thesis is the Professional ethics of public librarians. Qualitative interviews have been conducted with fourteen public librarians, with the aim to investigate their thoughts·and opinions concerning Professional ethics and their experiences of ethical dilemmas in Professional situations.The result shows that the majority of the librarians often discuss problems concerning what's right or wrong but that the discussions are conducted on the basis of practical situations and not in terms of Professional ethics. The majority have vague ideas of how the term Professional ethics should be applied on the work of public librarians, though all the interviewees consider the Professional ethical discussion to be important.We examine the librarians opinions and experiences of ethical dilemmas conceming four subject areas: the principle of the librarian as a neutral and nonrestricting information intermediary, the principle of equal treatment of all the library visitors, difficulties. concerning media selection and the problems based upon the librarians flexibility towards the intemal rules of the library. The librarians experienced the behaviour towards the visitors as the greatest problem.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka vilka faktorer som påverkar lärarstudenters val till lärarprogrammet samt att undersöka om det fortfarande finns någon sorts kall till yrket. En anledning till detta syfte är att läraryrkets status har sjunkit och att media oftast ensidigt rapporterar om de problem och missförhållanden som råder i skolor och på lärarutbildningar. Undersökningsmaterialet utgörs av en enkätundersökning som genomförts bland lärarstudenter som gått en termin på lärarprogrammet vid en högskola i Mellansverige. Sammanlagt har 111 personer besvarat enkäten. Resultatet visar att det fortfarande finns kall-tankar i lärarstudenternas motiv.

Vi kontaktade studie- och yrkesvägledare för att höra om det fanns intresse att delta i en intervju.

The main purpose of this Master's thesis is to investigate the new librarians' experiences and skills in the context of their present work situation and the ongoing debate about the librarian's Professional identity and status. Further, the authors wanted to find out whether the new librarians' experiences and knowledge developed throughout their education correspond to the requirements of the employers. Finally, they try to assess theimpact of the "academization" of the library schools on the status of the Profession. The data consist of an opinion poll. The investigation is based on questionnaires distributed as a web survey.

This essay aims to investigate the affects of interaction between different Professions ina municipal project. In the project, Professional representatives from the social servicesand schools have collaborated with staff in preschool/school and exchanged knowledgeto improve the work around children with antisocial behavior. It is in this essaysambition to create an understanding of how Professional practitioners, with a monopolyon certain knowledge, influences the possibilities and limitations of cooperation in amunicipal project. This is examined through six qualitative interviews with members ofan municipal project. By using theories about Professionalization, social closure,alliance strategy and social control it is possible to understand how division intoProfessions creates opportunities and limitations of interaction exchange incollaborative projects.

När det inte längre är revisionsplikt för små bolag har konkurrensen hårdnat i revisionsbranschen. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa förståelse för hur revisorer resonerar kring relationen till klienter och hur de upplever att den påverkas av de åtgärder som krävs för att behålla och attrahera klienter.Studien har fördjupats i tre begrepp som i sin tur är kopplade till teorier. Det studeras hur revisoryrket som Profession, marknadsföring och oberoende påverkar klientrelationen och dessa stöds av agentteorin, Professionsteorin och institutionell teori.

Jämställdheten i Sverige anses framstående men ändå har vi en av de mest könssegregerade arbetsmarknaderna i Europa. SjuksköterskeProfessionen är kvinnodominerad. Att kvinnliga sjuksköterskor är i majoritet innebär dock inte att det är flest kvinnor i de högsta ledande befattningarna. Uppfattningar om genus påverkar sättet att se på yrket och integrerar med jämställdhetsperspektivet. Syftet med studien var att belysa faktorer som påverkar jämställdhet inom sjuksköterskans Profession.

Because of the situation around the world with war and poorness many people need to leave their homeland and find safeness in other countries. A big amount of this group is children without company of an adult, so called unaccompanied children. The numbers of unaccompanied children who seek safeness in Sweden grow every year. The aim of this study was to investigate how social workers in four municipalities in south of Sweden experience their work with investigating the needs of unaccompanied children. The aim was also to investigate how the social workers experience their opportunities to meet the children?s needs with personalized interventions.

Personal trainer is a Profession that has grown strongly in recent decades, and has become increasingly common in the labor market within the health sector due to the widespread and growing interest in health and self- improvement. Further more, personal training is a great example of occupations with a close interaction between producer and consumer. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and if so how, personal trainers experience that the relationship with the clients affects their own personal development. This by finding out what impact the Profession has had on the personality, what impact the relationship with the clients has affected the leadership, and last what impact the relationship with the clients have had on the personality based on social and mental aspects. Based on the purpose of the study qualitative method was chosen and data was collected with qualitative interviews.

Att genom rekryteringsprocessen söka finna en matchning mellan individ och organisation på en bredare basis än endast yrkeskompetens blir allt vanligare. Sådan rekrytering har fokus på överensstämmande värderingar och normer mellan den arbetssökande och organisationen, som ny medarbetare ska denne passa in i organisationen och dess kultur. Byråkrati, i sin tur, är den moderna statens vanligaste organisationsform och bygger i grunden på expertis, kunskap och Professionen. Om trenden går mot att rekrytera med fokus på organisationen, dess kultur och att människor ska passa in i den, vad kan det innebära? På vilket sätt påverkas Professionen av detta? Denna studie undersöker hur organisationer med uttalad fokus på matchning mellan individ och organisationskultur resonerar kring sin rekrytering och den inbördes organisationskulturen.

The aim of this essay was to investigate what images are conveyed through Swedish daily press and to discuss the possible consequences of these images for librarians and users of the library. What discourses can be identified in the material; how are librarians and their Profession described in the press; what attitude can be detected towards librarians and in what contexts are librarians discussed, are questions that were asked. Discourse analysis was used as theory and method. A discourse can be understood as a certain way of talking about and understanding the world. 55 articles from the period of January 1^st 2002 to March 7^th 2003 were analysed with the help of a model.

A vivid democracy requires participation from those who live in it, including children. Unlike adults, children have special laws and regulations to ensure them their democratic rights. Librarians? decision on what to buy makes an impact to someone else, which puts the librarian in a hegemonic position. Therefore, the purpose of this bachelor thesis is to, out of the child librarian?s perspective, view children?s participation at the public library in the matter of purchasing literature.
