Syftet med studien är att undersöka frisörelevers uppfattningar om gesällbrevet. Det är ett yrkesbevis för frisörens kunskap och kompetens och det är det enda bevis med vilken branschen kan mäta elevers kunskap. På ett frisörprogram med trettio elever valde tre elever 2009 att ta sitt gesällbrev. Av dessa siffror att döma, ska jag med kvalitativa intervjuer undersöka 6 avgångselevers uppfattningar. En strävan är också att informera och väcka intresse om gesällen.

The purpose of this study was to discover patterns and variations of service requirementsamong various groups of users at the Swedish Academy's Nobel Library. Twenty-nine personswere interviewed and divided into different groups with regard to their purpose of usingthe Nobel Library. The groups of users were members of the Swedish Academy and thepublic. The public were subdivided into the following three groups of users: persons whopursue formalised studies, persons who read as a hobby, persons who work with literature asa Profession.The data reveals that the members of the Swedish Academy were very satisfied with theservice at their library and positive to a limited increase of users. Persons who pursue formalisedstudies and persons who work with literature as a Profession emphasized that the NobelLibrary is outstanding within its subject field.

This study sets out to research the effects of perceptions regarding teacher education as well as the teacher Profession in general amongst college students studying to become teachers. The aim of the study is to get a better understanding in what perceptions that constitutes the foundation of the aspects that may affect the students of education by interviewing students about how they perceive their education. The study relies on a sociocultural perspective to analyze the data as well as justify the relevance of the study. The method for researching this will consist mainly of interviews and literature studies. Four students of education, where two are Swedish and two are Finnish, will act as the main source of empiric information.

In the previous curriculum for the preschool Lpfö 98, the educational responsibility was documented belonging to all the team members. On the 1st of July 2011 a new curriculum was introduced to the preschool, Lpfö 98/10, where it is documented that the educational responsibility now belongs to the preschool teachers. According to curriculum experts at the Swedish school board this educational responsibility is not new, just a clarification of the preschool teacher?s educational responsibility.This study is a qualitative study and the purpose was to interview the preschool teachers about their thoughts concerning their educational responsibility. The purpose was also to examine if their educational responsibility has affected their role in the team at the preschool and if they believe that this has any significance for their Profession.My result of the study shows that the educational responsibility of the preschool teachers now has been clarified and that they should take a leading role in the team towards the goals that are set for the preschool.

The purpose of this study was to examine how social work Professionals view their Professional role and how they think about the concept of social work. I also wanted to investigate what they believe characterize a Professional social work. For the purposes of this study, I chose a qualitative approach in which I interviewed five people linked to the social work. The theories which I have assumed in the analysis of the results are power theory, organization theory and Professional theory. The results of this study show that the respondents believe that a Professional social work is performed by someone who has training and experience in the field.

The main purpose of this study was to examine how social work can be performed online, by a case study of Korrespondensgymnasiet that pursues distance education. The intention was to determine the possibilities and limits with the online communication between the school counsellor and the pupils. The study was based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with one school counsellor and five pupils and document analysis of three descriptions of the school counsellor?s Profession. The theory that has been used in this study is the communication theory: Shannon and Weaver?s Model of Communication and non-verbal communication.

Arbetsterapi som Profession står med sin breda kompetens och breda förståelseperspektiv inför nya utmaningar. Syftet med studien var att beskriva arbetsterapeu-ters uppfattningar om att arbeta som coach respektive behandlare. Kvalitativ metod med ett målinriktat urval kombinerat med nätverksurval användes. Två fokusgruppsdiskussioner genomfördes.

Purpose of this study is to describe and analyze school social work in rural area and being alone in social work at the school welfare/health team and how this affects the individual, Professionally and privately.The theoretical framework highlights the empirical data through Goffman's dramaturgical perspective. The study highlights school social workers role on the scene as Goffman divided as the front and rear arena and how school social worker find strategies to cope with it alone work it takes to be a counselor in rural areas.One way to handle her role involves acting in one of the following three characters: the self-employed, infiltrator and tough guy.The study describes how the social worker harboring the stress in the Profession; through recovery - physical and mental, on the back stage, backstage.On stage there are other players such as student health team, which also acts and affect what happens on the front stage.School social workers are working hard to position itself in relation to other Professions in student welfare/health team and to have a mandate to act.In the analysis, it appears that the school social workers want a clearer role Profession/ occupation Profession and mandate to act, which may be complicated by today is the only counselor in student welfare/health team lacking identity. There is also a desire for further/ continuing education, but this is seen as an organizational pitfall when the manager does not have the same educational background as school social worker.Ultimately, it is the peripatetic life as a social worker at the school who is considered the most exhausting part of the work as a school social worker in a rural area. There is a great desire among the interviewed school social workers to have fewer schools to relate to and work on..

Syftet med denna undersökning är att ta reda på hur några matematiklärare har påverkats av läroplansbytet mellan Lpo 94 och Lgr 11. Hur har deras Profession påverkats av detta byte samt deras attityder till läroplaner rent allmänt? Genom observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer har vi undersökt hur fyra matematiklärare på två olika skolor har påverkats. Detta har sedan analyserats med hjälp av skillnader i läro- och kursplaner samt en begreppsapparat som vi tagit fram genom relevant litteratur, främst Göran Lindes läroplansteori. Vårt resultat visar att läroplanen till viss del inverkar på lärarnas val av metoder och bedömning men man önskar fortfarande en tydligare konkretisering av lärarnas uppdrag och vad undervisningen ska innehålla.

Följande arbete avser att synliggöra den förvirring som undertecknad anser råda kring begreppet beteendevetare. Med den utgångspunkten har en kartläggning gjorts av vad högskolor, universitet, arbetsförmedling och fackförbund säger om beteendevetare i den information de har på sina respektive hemsidor. Informationen har sedan strukturerats upp med hjälp av metoder för textanalys och diskuteras slutligen utifrån olika Professionsteoretiska perspektiv. Vi använder oss både av traditionella Professionsteoretiska definitioner samt ett par nyare kompletterande teorier om Professionstyper. Då vi inte funnit någon tidigare forskning om beteendevetare tittar vi på forskning om samhällsvetare och socionomer.

Organizational culture is a widely discussed topic. Today job mobility in society is increasing as well as part-time employment. This study aims at investigate how organizational culture is maintained in an organization where employees work as combiners of different work occupations. The study is a case study of the department of Art at Konstfack (The University College of Arts, Crafts and Design). The organization is unique in the respect to that the majority of the employees have part-time employments within Konstfack combined with their parallel own artistic occupations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how social services workers describe, the risk of being exposed to threats and violence in their Profession. Six social services workers were interviewed, four from the Welfare Office in a major city and two from the Child and Family Services in a minor city. Results showed that the majority of social services workers consider themselves exposed in their Profession, meaning that they feel there's a risk of a violent or threatening situation occurring in their work situation. All interviewees had experiences from some sort of threat or violence in a work related context and they attested that non-personal assaults, such as threats made through telephone, email and answering machines are more common than verbal assaults made in personal meetings. Being prepared and listening to ones intuition is a way of dealing with exposure when meeting with a client.

Uppsatsen utgår ifrån följande frågeställningar:Hur har grundskolan och grundskollärarens historiska utveckling vilken lett fram till dagens skola och lärare sett ut?Hur framställs dagens verksamma grundskolelärare inom forskning i fråga om den egna yrkesrollen och verksamheten i skolan?Vilken bild av lärarstudenter går att synliggöra i fråga om uppfattning, syn och attityder gentemot sitt kommande yrkesliv, lärarens roll och skolan?Vad motiverade dessa lärarstudenter att söka sig till lärarutbildningen och fortsätta densamma för att bli lärare i grundskolan?Vilka likheter, skillnader och eventuella samband går att synliggöra mellan de tre ovanstående bilderna?Studien visar att lärarna befinner sig i en starkt utsatt yrkesposition med en ifrågasatt Profession och ofta höga påfrestningar i arbetsvardagen. This is a study of proficiency development of major/lt colonel officers (level 2-3) within the Swedish armed forces. The study includes officers above the age of 45. The background of this study is a study from January 2000 (written by Björn Osswald). Osswald discovered that proficiency development decreased at the age of 45. Since the Profession as an officer today is a lifetime Profession, this is a result that the Swedish Armed Forces not can afford.

This study examines the closure of public libraries, and the nonprofit organizations takeover of them as a phenomenon. The aim is to understand why the nonprofit takeover is common and what the takeover symbolizes and if the discourse in media invokes the views on libraries and the Profession.Interviews were made with librarians, politicians and representatives of a nonprofit organization to study different sides of the phenomenon. Other empirical data were found in local and national newspapers and media-channels. I discovered that public libraries are highly valued by both politicians and the community. The study also showed that a library in a community makes people feel valued.
