The aim of this report is to give the reader insight into the development of theweb-based accounting application SuperBooky. Accounting is a complex task thatmany beginner entrepreneurs struggle with. The development of this application wastherefore focused on making accounting as convenient and as easy as possible. Theend product targets small enterprises and its functionality was designed with this inmind.To make sure that the application was designed in a user-friendly way, polls werecarried out among individuals with basic accounting knowledge. These polls werethen used as a basis when the application was under development, to ensure that itwas well-suited to the target audience.This project was carried out as a bachelor?s thesis for Chalmers University of Technologyand University of Gothenburg during Spring 2015.

Problemformulering: Hur viktig är känseln för en viss typ av produkt?Syftet för uppsatsen är att undersöka om, hur och varför känsel är viktig för just vinglas. Vi vill skapa en större förståelse för hur känseln kan påverkas med hjälp av övriga sinnen som syn och doft.Vi har använt oss utav en deduktiv ansats där vi testat hypoteser genom ett experiment. Resultaten som genererats från observationer, har framförallt sammanställts kvantitativt i SPSS men har även tills viss del skett kvalitativt.Utgångspunkten ligger i sinnesmarknadsföring som handlar om hur olika sinnen kan stimuleras för att skapa en ultimat sinnesupplevelse för kunden. Detta har sedan kombinerats med teorier om servicelandskap, kundens upplevelsevärld och konsumentbeteende.Våra resultat visar att känsel är avgörande vid köp av vinglas.

Konsumenter vill gärna tro att de fattar rationella beslut utifrån en produkts faktiska egenskaper. Det har däremot visat sig att konsumenter inte alltid är helt rationella utan ofta influeras av en produkts yttre stimuli, som exempelvis pris och varumärke. Vetskapen om hur yttre stimuli faktiskt påverkar konsumenters upplevda kvalitet beroende på produkt är ytterst vital och kan bistå marknadsförare med värdefull information i sitt dagliga arbete. Syftet med uppsatsen att undersöka till vilken grad yttre stimuli i form av pris, varumärke och tidigare konsumenters produktbetyg påverkar konsumentens upplevda kvalitet för en dagligvara respektive en sällanköpsvara. För att besvara syftet har fem hypoteser sammanställts utifrån vald teori.

Natural and environmental issues are everyday parts in preschool but when educators shall consciously work with sustainable development they tend to stop at recycling and what is necessary to be done for achieving the Grön Flagg-certification. I have been observing various preschools and noticed that sustainable development is flawed, often because of the teachers lack of interest, knowledge and in some cases both. Out of this grew an idea of making a project that could help the teachers see how the work with the subject in a fun and educational way can become a part of the preschools everyday routine. I made a tutorial booklet with basic facts and activities relating to sustainable development and the three questions in my report were how much knowledge and interest the teachers initially have, if the tutorial booklet could help the teachers to produce new knowledge and interest for the topic and if it turned out to be easier for them to provide educational activities within the subject. There were three departments that participated in my survey and the methodology of collecting data was an anonymous survey with the teachers' own comments in response.

In this paper I argue that the development of innovation ideas within the financial system of scientific research might have a counterpart within the financial system of the social sciences and the arts. The ideas of innovation share a common way to evaluate science in terms of how well it can contribute to economic growth. In the past two decades a similar development can be observed within Riksbankens Jubileumsfond (RJ), one of the largest external financiers of the social sciences and the arts in Sweden. The idea of evaluating research used by the innovation ideas has grown popular within RJ, only it seems they evaluate research in terms of how well it fits into an international research community rather than how much it can contribute to economic growth as is the case within the innovation ideas. By examining the different ways of financing research that RJ has used during the last 2 decades, this paper aims to introduce a new perspective in which it is possible to understand the development within this type research funding as a part of a bigger system of development..

Currently there is a controversial debate about that we must reduce our impact on the global warming; therefore both the Government and the local authorities have invested heavily in developing renewable energy in Sweden. The major development on the wind power market can be seen as a result of both the technological development and also on the decision that the Government took in 1996, which opened up the wind power market for private parties.This paper has aimed to examine the types of financial innovations that have arisen from the investments and financing of wind power on Gotland, and what these innovations can contribute to the future development of wind power.The problems that this thesis is based on is; what kind of financial innovations have occurred within investment and financing of wind power? How can these innovations contribute to the continued development of wind power on Gotland? The conclusion of this study shows that respondents and participants have defined a number of financial innovations that have emerged. Where some of the innovations only can be seen as incremental since they are based on continuous improvements, while others can be seen as radical as they are completely new for the context in which they operate. The study has also shown that Gotland has a great potential to produce more renewable electricity, but the development is dependent on the new power lines being built, in order to export electricity to the mainland..

Fetma och övervikt i samhället ökar trots en växande medvetenhet om hälsa. Introduktionen av lightprodukter har fått konsumenten att välja produkt efter fetthalt och därmed har de fått i sig en stor mängd socker som ofta tillsätts lightprodukter för att bibehålla den goda smaken. Dagens debatt om dolt socker i livsmedel har kommit att uppmärksamma konsumenten om faran med ett ökat sockerintag. Med de många hälsolarm som idag utfärdas kan det vara svårt för konsumenten att ta åt sig innebörden av alla. Dock verkar sockerdebatten ha fått fäste i konsumentens medvetande.

Pharmaceuticals are environmental pollutants that are a major threat to aquatic ecosystems and very little is known about their ecological consequences. In this study growth, survival and behaviour (sociability, activity and boldness) of perch fry (Perca fluviatilis) were examined in order to study the possible effects of exposure to a benzodiazepine anxiolytic drug, Oxazepam, during embryonic development. The study tested following hypotheses: (1) perch growth is affected positively by exposure during embryonic development; (2) early perch survival is affected positively by exposure during embryonic development; and (3) boldness and activity increases while sociability decreases in perch fry exposed during embryonic development. Embryos of naturally spawned perch were exposed to water with two different concentrations of Oxazepam. The embryos were exposed during different parts (24-hour periods) of the embryonic development, because embryos may be more vulnerable at certain times during embryonic development and/or because the exposure at different times can produce different effects.

Emmaboda glas grundades år 1919 och med att tillverka planglas. Idag är de helägda av Saint-Gobain och tillverkar inte längre glas från grunden utan bearbetar enbart planglas. Målet med arbetet är att kartlägga energiåtgången per producerad kvadratmeter glas baserat på vilka processer de genomgår. De största energiförbrukarna på Emmaboda glas är tre eluppvärmda ugnar och det blir utgångspunkten för hur glaset ska kategoriseras.Glaset kategoriseras i tre grupper och energiförbrukningen per grupp beräknas med minsta kvadratmetoden. Det finns en stor mängd mätdata i form av elförbrukning och producerad mängd glas att tillgå och den analyseras för att sedan härledas till önskad produkt.

The concept constitute of a toolbox with a lot of quality tools that are divided into phases in a development model.

A flat organisation makes a horizontal career development possible, which means that it is more important to develop an individual?s knowledge base than to gain a higher title. This leads to a personal development, which motivates expats to stay. Since the responsibility of the career development mostly lies on expats themselves, companies should create conditions that make individual, internal job search possible. Like in IKEA:s case, it can be done through a strong and prestige less company culture, that penetrates the whole company.

Som mitt examensarbete har jag utvecklat en produkt kallad företagspresentationer på http://www.metrojobb.se/ en svensk hemsida för jobbrekrytering, ägd av MetroNordicSwedenAB. En företagspresentation är en plats där företag kan presentera sig och sina jobbannonser för framtida arbetstagare. Målsättningen med examensarbetet har varit att produkten ska sättas i skarpt läge när de är färdigutvecklad.Examensarbetet var planerat till tio veckor,varav sammanlagt fyra veckor skulle ägnas åtr apportskrivning och resterande veckor åt utveckling.Utvecklingstiden har använts till studier av de befintliga webbapplikationen samt produktutveckling i samråd med Metros produktutvecklare.Utvecklingsarbetet har inkluderat utveckling inom alla lager även modern webbapplikation ?från en ytlig utveckling, medHTML, JavaScript och CSS, till en djupare,med sökmotorindexering och relationsdatabasdesign.Arbetet har fortskridit enligt plan och har resulterat i en färdig produkt som motsvarar Metros kravspecifikationer. För framtiden finns det en mängd möjligheter för produkten.

According to the Swedish preschool policy documents all children should have the same opportunities to develop their early language skills regardless of their social background. The purpose of this study is to investigate how preschool teachers work with children's early literacy and language development with focus on reading aloud. The reason is to investigate how the preschool teachers work to create an environment that stimulates children's literacy and language development. Another intention is to study how often reading aloud occurs in the children's home environment and what the preschool teachers thoughts are about that. The study is based on interviews with four preschool teachers and surveys that were answered by parents.
