The volatile prices of grain increase the price risk within the business, which in turn affects the profitability of the business. The fluctuating prices together with the increased price risk within the farm business have opened up the market for hedging instruments. In this master thesis project, the aim is to identify the underlying end-values of 30 Swedish farmers? related to their choice of using hedging and the product; forward contract.

The purpose of this case study was to gain an understanding of how companieslike our case study object Memoto who developed a physical product which gets added-value fromdigital product-related services looks upon product-centered communities as a way of buildingcustomer relationships. How Memoto looks upon incentives for participation in product-centeredcommunities was also examined.Our research indicated that firms in the start-up phase (which Memoto was when this study wasconducted) initially want to have more control over the process of innovation and hence have directcontact with end-customers. People with positive affect seem to have great advantages in life. Goal achievement, the main cause of well-being for all organisms, seem to be a typical trait of these people. The purpose of this study was to examine (i) what influences positive affect, (ii) the relation between positive affect and goal achievement, and (iii) characteristics of individuals with positive and negative affect. Five individuals with self-rated positive affect and two with negative were interviewed. The responses were classified in fifteen themes.

The object for this study is a company developing and manufacturing vehicles for heavy transportation. The company distributes their products on a global market. Therefore the company is required to have efficient internal production development processes in order to successfully beat the competition. The purpose of this master thesis is to study how this particular company intends to implement their standardized theoretical product development process within their organization and how well it is done. We intend to identify and specify if the process has any unexploited capacity.

During the last 15 years the Swedish media market has developed a great deal, thanks to the rise of new media. Literature, articles and investigations have contributed to producing the chapter of background of this essay. By doing the qualitative interview with research representatives of six local newspapers the aimis to answer the following questions: Who were your competitors 15 years ago? Who are your competitiors today? In what way has the increased competition changed your way of working at the division of advertisement and how do you consider the the increase of mediachannels having affected the customer? How do you see the future? The main results show that all six representatives agree on the fact that the competition has increased during the last 15 years.

Syftet med studien är att utifrån arbetstagarens subjektiva upplevelser undersöka hurarbetstid påverkar välbefinnande och stress.Studien genomfördes med en kvantitativ ansats. En enkät besvarades av 47respondenter på fyra arbetsplatser, varav två arbetar med sextimmars arbetsdag ochtvå arbetar med åttatimmars arbetsdag. Resultatet presenteras huvudsakligen medhjälp av frekvensfördelningar, men även medelvärde används.För att analysera resultatet användes tidigare forskning om work-life conflict, stressoch arbetsbelastning. Även role strain theory användes för att belysa den rollkonfliktsom uppstår då arbetslivet ska kombineras med privatlivet.Resultatet visar att personalen som arbetar sextimmarsdagar i större utsträckningaldrig har problem att kombinera arbete med fritid. Personalen som arbetaråttatimmarsdagar upplever de flesta stressymptom mer frekvent än personalen somarbetar sextimmarsdagar, förutom gällande sömn samt värk i rygg och nacke.Resultatet visar inga tecken på att personalens arbetsbelastning höjs med enarbetstidsförkortning.Studiens slutsats blir således att personalen som arbetar sextimmarsdagar tenderar attha bättre balans mellan arbete och fritid, samt skatta sin hälsa högre än personalensom arbetar åttatimmarsdagar..

The purpose of this essay was to investigate the view of what kind of role the personal assistant has in disabled people´s life and sexlife and how conceptions of a "normal" life and "to live like others" can be identified related to this. My research questions was: What does the expression "to live like others" mean to the organisations? What is the view in the organisations of the personal assistant´s role in the client´s life? What is the view in the organisations of the personal assistant´s role in the client´s sexlife? What is the view in the organisations of disabled people´s rights to get assisted help with sex? I chose to do semistructured interviews with different organisations related to disability and assistance and I analysed the interviews with theoretical aspects of social constructivism, the principle of normalization and the theory of SRV (Social Role Valorization), autonomy, individualism and models of action. My main conclusion were that the views of disabled people´s sexuality and the personal assistant´s role in disabled people´s sexlife were widely separate. However, almost all of the organisations were pointing out the autonomy of the individual and the importance of setting the limits.
