Detta examensarbete handlade om i vilken grad förskollärare och barnskötare, aktiverar förskolebarnen när det kommer till fysisk aktivitet, även i vilken grad det fanns en tanke bakom och hur stor kunskap personalen på förskolan anser sig ha vid de fysiska aktiviteter som genomförs på förskolan. Vikten av fysisk aktivitet i förskolan belyses i detta arbete och relateras till olika typer av forskningsstudier, detta för att ge läsaren förståelse över hur mycket fysisk aktivitet gynnar inlärning och koncentrationsförmåga. Med hjälp av en kvantitativ enkätundersökning svarade 42 personer ur förskolepersonalen om deras erfarenheter gällande fysisk aktivitet. Resultatet redovisas bland annat med tabeller och diagram. Det som framkommer i studien är hur viktig förskolepersonalens roll och inställning är till de fysiska aktiviteterna är samt visas skillnaden mellan deras inställning till fysisk aktivitet inomhus respektive utomhus..

The study is qualitative in nature, in which a deeper understanding of the subject mergers and acquisitions wants to be achieved. The study uses an abductive approach and the data used was both from primary and secondary sources.Conclusion:     The result of the study shows that the integration process is influenced by several factors. The most important factors from the acquirer are to have a time schedule, clear communication and a person in charge of the integration process.

This Master?s thesis is one of two parts of a combined project called Sustainable development around the Lake Victoria, the purpose of which is to investigate the importance of local anchoring and active participation in the work towards sustainable development. The present study aims to investigate whether men and women are empowered by the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) process promoted in their villages by the VI Agroforestry Project Masaka/Rakai. The study is primarily based on interviews with farmers within the project area and brings up a local perspective on the concepts sustainable development, active participation and empowerment. The study shows that to improve the farmers? livelihood and to create a sustainable development in the community, the farmers have to be actively involved in, and in control of, the process.

During the work at Gateway Security AB in Motala I began examining available antenna models to get a wider perspective, this have given knowledge of their structure, and an understanding of their function. All my necessary fact is based on my observations and notes of these measurings. New antenna models, and available models were examined where measurements at different heights and different distances on the antenna were performed with the help of an oscilloscope and a measure probe, peak ? to - peak was brought on the signal. The measurements are presented in a line diagram.

This study, carried through interviews with six individual elderly persons, describes their stories in regards to how they experience growing old in Sweden as well as the connection between having a different ethnic background in the aging process. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to highlight important themes and issues, i.e. the shortcomings and the advantages of growing old in Sweden, which these persons experience in their everyday life. As many of them have not by their own choice chosen to grow old in Sweden, the importance of having a relationship with fellow countrymen, being able to communicate in their own native language as well as have a basic knowledge about the elderly care system are aspects these individuals emphasize to be of great importance. The result of this study, based on several theories that reflect over individuality and perspective ethnicity, indicates that aging is based on an individual primary process experience and that there are no rights and wrongs of how one should deal with/experience the growing old process.

The purpose of this thesis was to illuminate how festivals are building their brand. We aimed to investigate how festivals build their brand equity and how they use their web site as a brand-building tool. In order to understand the brand-building process within festivals, a case study was conducted based on interviews with three respondents from three different festivals. The study has shown that festivals are aware that the brand constitutes an important competitive advantage. They use both online and offline marketing tools in their brand building process.

Det undersökande arbetet i den här rapporten består av att ta reda på hur ett användarvänligt system utvecklas. Och utifrån detta har sedan en webbutik skapats Denna webbutik har man sedan utvärderat för att ta reda på om den är användarvänlig eller inte.Anledningen till att man valt att fördjupa sig och undersöka möjligheterna inom användarvänlighet var bland annat på grund av dess relevans i dagens system då det spelar en central roll i utfallet av, i det här fallet, om ett köp genomförs eller inte.För att ta reda på om webbutiken var användarvänlig eller inte bad man tolv personer att utföra ett testfall respektive utföra en uppgift genom ad-hoctestning.Förutom att sammanställa all data i ett diagram, jämförde man även män och kvinnors svar med varandra då testgruppen bestod av sex kvinnor och sex män, vilket gjorde jämförelsen mer intressant. Man kom bland annat fram till att kvinnorna reagerade mer positivt på webbutiken än männen, och att webbutiken uppfyller kraven för att anses vara användarvänlig.

This report is about helping Q-Med AB in Uppsala to start its implementation of uncertainty of measurements analyses in their manufacturing department. Prior to this, the company relied solely on personal experience or did not take this uncertainty into consideration at all during different kind of measurements, which means that some of the processes that the company previously believed were within specified acceptance limits, will actually fail when considering these sources of uncertainties.Q-Med AB needed some sort of instruction to help the company, in a systematic way, to investigate different types of disorders that are affecting all kinds of measurements. This instruction includes a short summary about measurements and uncertainty of measurements in general and a detailed procedure about how these uncertainties are going to be handled in their daily work.The goal was to be able to use this instruction to systematically locate, eliminate (when possible) and analyze all kinds of disorders when measuring. Q-Med is using a lot of different types of instruments when measuring different types of quantities, including temperature, mass, pressure and density. This instruction will hereafter be used for every instrument, regardless of quantity and type of instrument.The instruction is tested through 4 different kinds of measurements, for mass, temperature and humidity.

In 1994 the EU directive of packaging waste was adopted. The result was that all EU member states developed different systems to manage packaging waste and recycling. This paper examines the various systems and the factors that affect the level of recycling. This is done by a cross-sectional study between countries. The results of my study suggest that take-back system generates less recycling than other systems, the mandatory deposit system can affect the recycling in a positive way.
