Since the war ended in Bosnia and Herzegovina in1995 the country's economic and political crisies has grown dramatically. As in so many other Post-communist states the corruption has become a large problem for the whole society. The ethnic entities in which Bosnia is divided makes it possible for the national parties to operate and rule the same political propaganda that was the result of the war in the first place. However the international forces like the EU and the USA have made this kind of no non-centralised governmentship possible through the Dayton peace agreement, according to many experts this has to change in the constitution by any means possible if Bosnia will have a future. By the thesis of Professor Susan Rose-Ackerman the theoretical analysing tool should be followed for the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

SAMMANFATTNING Turismen är den största folkvandringen i modern tid. Under år 2008 reste 922 miljoner turister, denna siffra beräknas stiga till 1,6 miljarder år 2020. I många år har turismindustrin blivit utmanad av media och myndigheter att ge ett snabbt socialt ansvar, till följd av öppna gränser och arbetskraftens migration. Två speciellt besvärliga fenomen är, människohandel och barnsexturism. Denna problematik är vanlig i Thailand, ett land med rykte om att vara en sexdestination. Thailand är idag en stor turistdestination med ungefär 14 500 000 miljoner turister varje år.

Besides this, corporal punishment is legal in all the states of USA. This essay is aimed at researching how these three factors affect one another in the American context and what consequences may come out of it. By the use of reports from NGO's and UN treaties together with various theories about the subject in question, I have looked into the juridical climate for today's young Americans.The conclusion of the essay shows that there is a tendency in the United States to control violence with violence, from a local level and further to a state level. Rapportens inledning försöker sammanfatta vad år 2000 problemet är, vad man kan göra åt det och vilka effekter som kan uppkomma.Examensarbetet försöker besvara fyra övergripande frågeställningar:· Har Skaraborgs företag fått upp ögonen för år 2000 problemet?· Är det ett problem ?· Hur stora är företagens problem?· Vad gör dessa företag åt problemen?För att besvara dessa frågeställningar har en enkätundersökning utförts. Denna undersökning innefattade små, medelstora och stora företag samt offentlig sektor. Undersökningen visade att de flesta verksamheterna tagit problemet på allvar.

This is a study about how different digital instruments can be used in education for pupils with autism and intellectual disability. The questions formulated to research this chosen area was: ?What does teachers think about digital instruments and interactive teaching materials when it comes to benefits and disadvantages in the classroom?, ?In what ways is digital instruments used as teaching materials in the specific school context? and ?From a perspective of teaching and learning, what kind of problems and opportunities can be gained from using digital instruments and teaching materials?. To gather this information interviews was done with three specialist pedagogues working with the chosen group of pupils at three different schools. The material shows that the specialist pedagogues have positive attitudes towards working with digital instruments in this specific group of students..

The aim of this paper is to analyse how subject, gender and sexuality is constructed in the book Dårfinkar & dönickar (1984), by Ulf Stark. In relation to this I have also analysed how the main character, Simone, develops from being a child into becoming a teenager.Queertheory is the theoretical basis of this paper. Queer theory questions heteronormativity and aims to dissolve conceptions and notions that function in an excluding and limiting way. Queer theory also questions conceptions that seem obvious and/or natural, for example ?woman?/?man? and ?homo-/heterosexuality?.I have chosen to focus the analysis on a number key events in the book and they are categorised according to Tiina Rosenberg`s three dramaturgic concepts: transformation, unveiling and restoration.

This study is about how to develop younger teens problem solving ability and their social competence. The study carried through by using a qualitative method, two observations and ten interviews. The observations where preparatory for the structured interviews. The respondents where pupils in a class were it is an ongoing project which purpose is to develop childrens problem solving ability and social skills with cognitive training and an empowerment based reasoning model that is called rahyab. Rahyab is a Persian word and it means path- finding.

This thesis has focused on the construction of homosexual parenthood in Swedish law and preparatory work. The purpose was to describe the norms about legal parenthood and examine if and how homosexual parenthood was included in the normative parenthood. The study was jurisprudential and based on methods such as sociology with a juridical focus and critical discourse analysis of the juridical texts. The theoretical framework was the critical discourse analysis as well as a queer perspective, both influenced by social constructionism and a poststructional theory. The conclusion of the study is that parenthood is described from what is presumably best for the child, which is two parents of different sexes and biological origin.

Att en dator hänger sig, inte gör som man vill eller bara är obegriplig är inget nytt fenomen. Dock är detta en del av vardagen på diariet i Regionens Hus i Mariestad, där de tre registratorernas arbetsprocesser innehåller ett antal problem som bland annat är datorrelaterade. Rapporten beskriver arbetet på diariet, de problem som finns, vem som äger problemen, och innehåller också en diskussion runt de befintliga problemen. Rapporten tar upp allt från postöppning till sökfel i programmet Diabas och mycket annat som ingår i arbetet som registrator. De problem som finns i arbetet på diariet har hopat sig över registratorerna som känner att det inte finns någon självklar part som de kan vända sig till för att få hjälp.

Utifrån detta har två frågeställningar utvecklats:I vilken utsträckning är finansanalytiker medvetna om de problem som finns med aktie och företagsvärderingar och hur hanteras det rent praktiskt?Syfte: Att undersöka finansanalytikers perspektiv på företagsvärdering särskilt för onoterade bolag.Metod: Kvalitativa intervjuer med näringsliv, med frågor som formulerats efter tidigare forskning.Slutsats: Inom branschen finns ett medhåll om de flesta problem som har uppmärksammats i denna uppsats, men de har även en rad egen kritik. Många av dem var helt oeniga kring vissa punkter som forskare inom området har uppmärksammat.

The need of knowledge revolving first-time father experiences, feelings and thoughts is extensive and insight and knowledge about his emotional life in conjunction with being a dad is equally important. The purpose with this study is to investigate how men, that recently became a first-time father, manages and experience the first time with his child. We used a narrative method and interviewed seven fathers as we conducted our qualitative interview study. All the fathers went through life changes. No one talked about sacrifices, but noted rather that their lives were to become different.

Examensarbetet omfattar dels en teoretisk del, en litteraturstudie som sammanfattar andras erfarenheter av problem vid procenträkning, dels en egen undersökning. Diagnosen kompletterades med elevintervjuer. Resultatet av diagnosen visade att eleverna hade problem med begreppsförståelse i procenträkning och att de i hög grad endast klarade av enkla uppgifter i diagnosen genom att räkna helt mekaniskt med kända algoritmer..

The purpose of this thesis was to determine what materials should be used when creating a stimulating garden for intellectually handicapped people and whether there are materials that are better than others to use in this kind of environment. How the materials preferably can be used and how the environment should be designed to satisfy the need of each individual will also be discussed. Seriously intellectually handicapped people have the same level of intelligence as a normal 0-2 year old child. It is important to point out that these individuals can not be compared to a normal child in other aspects than the level of abstract thinking and perception of reality. As the grown up intellectually handicapped people have remained a lot longer on this stage of intelligence they have got more experience. (Kylén 1981) It is important with a lot of different experiences for the brain to develop normally, which implies the use of many different materials to achieve the best stimulation (Kylén 1981).

För varje år som går använder vi oss mer och mer av elektroniska kommunikationsmetoder såsom email och chatt. På senare år har forskning visat att det finns problem förknippade med bland annat email inom organisationer som leder till stress och minskad produktivitet på arbetsplatsen. Denna studie undersöker hur dessa problem skulle kunna minskas med kommunikationspolicys och designstöd för dessa. Studien fann att dessa problem existerar inom 4 organisationer som intervjuades och dessvärre att kommunikationspolicys inte är något utbrett som finns för att tackla problemen. Efter att ha undersökt vilka saker som skulle kunna ingå i en kommunikationspolicy togs designförslag fram för att minska några av dessa problem och leda till en mindre stressad användarupplevelse.
