Allt fler yrkesgrupper efterfrågar kompetens i kognitiv beteendeterapi. Handledning i metoden ges idag även utanför det kliniska området. Trots detta saknas en modell för hur denna KBT orienterade handledning ska utformas. Teorigenomgången har visat att modeller och teorier om handledning har skapats utifrån praxis och perspektiven på handledning är många. Syftet med studien var att beskriva centrala aspekter i KBT orienterad grupphandledning.

Den här undersökningen behandlar lärarnas tolkning av begreppet historiemedvetande. Totalt är åtta olika lärare intervjuade; hälften av dem undervisar i år 4-6 och hälften i år 7-9. Samtliga lärare som intervjuats arbetar på olika skolor i Östhammars Kommun.Undersökningen visar att lärarnas uppfattning och tolkning av styrdokumenten påverkar deras planering av undervisningen. Den visar också att frånvaron av en korrekt och gemensam definition av ett begrepp som förekommer i styrdokumenten skapar osäkerhet kring innebörd, tillämpning och bedömning. Frånvaron av en definition medför också att en fruktbar tolkning av begreppet inte kan existera och att det därmed medför svårigheter för att bedöma elevernas relation till detta begrepp, samt fördomar om hur elevernas relation till historiemedvetandet ser ut..

Syftet bakom denna uppsats har varit att belysa och skapa en förståelse för en temporär dimension av landskapsarkitektur. Uppsatsen behandlar det temporära som ett gestaltningsbegrepp och undersöker hur det praktiskt skulle kunna tillämpas samt om det finns behov i staden av tillfälliga upplevelser. Arbetet baseras på en litteraturstudie och för att bekräfta denna utfördes även en lättare observation av en temporär installation. In Sweden has the temporary agency work industry settled in an explosive way since the deregulation of the unemployment agency monopole in 1993. The demand of civil right for the employer that is rented out confronts the entire labour law regulation with new challenges.The purpose with this paper is an investigation of the principle of equal treatment in The Swedish temporary agency work act and also to create a deeper understanding of the effects of labour and employment relationship. An investigation of relevant collective agreements will be done to highlight the difficulties the principal of equal treatment is exposed to. Further on is there a will to gain understanding for the wage concept and what possible can be included in the wage concept in relation to the principal of equal treatment in The temporary agency work directive. By using the dogmatic method, an approach to descriptive identifying relevant sources of law and clarify the legal situation in the area.In the conclusions it will be determined that the principle of equal treatment in The Swedish temporary agency work act have different effects depending on if the temporary agency or if the client corporation is tied to an collective agreement alternative if a collective agreement is completely missing.

Ephemerality is one of the most essential characteristics of fashion, since fashion by definition is existing in the present, in the fleeing moment. Also, fashion is closely related to art and there is currently no clear theoretical distinction made regarding the boundary between these two domains. In this essay I have explored the concept of transiency and the relationship between fashion and art in relation to fashion in general and to the collection Haute Papier, made by the fashion designer Bea Szenfeld, in specific. The Haute Papier collection is constructed almost entirely out of simple white paper sheets and of this reason it can be regarded as ephemeral. The material also positions the garments in a void between fashion and art, simultaneously existing in both domains and in none of them.

The focus of Broken Conventions is experimental cinema, that big body of film existing outside the limiting boundaries of the mainstream cinema industries. The goal is to provide a broad view of this abstract and hard-to-define area of film studies, by searching for an answer to the question; what is experimental cinema and can it be viewed as a genre of its own? In doing so, I will explore the theoretical discourse surrounding the topic, as well as provide case studies of several experimental films. I will also suggest a genre theory, as a way of determining whether or not experimental cinema can be seen as a genre, but more importantly to use it as a way of further examining the individual films and to deepen the understanding of this type of film. The topic at hand is however extremely subjective and there is no generally accepted definition, or term for that matter, concerning what experimental cinema really is.
