Denna uppsats behandlar rätten till heltid. En historisk återblick görs både nationellt och lokalt i Hudiksvalls kommun. Sedan analyseras begreppet rätten till heltid och byts ut med formuleringen rätten till önskad sysselsättningsgrad. Intressenterna identifieras och deras olika roller diskuteras. Därefter lyfts ett antal motargument fram för att systematiskt väderläggas.

I detta examensarbete har jag strävat efter att lyfta fram assistenterna som yrkesgrupp i skolan. Detta genom att försöka klargöra vilken roll assistenterna spelar i klassrummet, samt vad som vore önskvärt för en framtida utveckling av den rollen i positiv riktning. Arbetet består av en litteraturgenomgång, en teoretisk referensram samt en resultatredovisning. Utifrån den empiriska undersökningen i detta arbete har jag funnit att assistenterna gestaltar en rad olika roller i klassrummet. Intervjuerna visade att tid är det som skulle behövas för att vidareutveckla rollen som asistent i klassrummet.

To complete an overweight treatment program is associated with better weight loss. Previous studies have in principle focused on drop-out from the entire program, not individual parts of a program. Factors previously shown to influence the patients´ weight loss results are: frequency of individual meetings with a professional, the lack of social support from family or friends, the lack of motivation and in a few studies vacations. In several studies the drop-out patients have stated that their reasons for drop-out were dissatisfaction with the staff and the program design. Drop-out has also been shown to be connected with difficulties in adherence to the diet.

This thesis investigates the possibilities offered to a working landscape architect by anincreased and altered use of digital 3D environments. A basic assumption is that increased useof digital three-dimensional environments promotes the creative processes and presentationoptions of landscape architects.The thesis is based on literature studies and communication with working landscapearchitects, and includes an investigation of the visualization methods available in the Blender3D modelling software. The thesis provides a thorough survey of what it means to model inthree dimensions, as well as of what modelling methods are feasible for a landscape architectto use. As landscape architects, we work with human and unique processes, and thus it isdifficult to develop standardized and automatic software for our profession. One possiblesolution is to turn to open source development, where software and models are shared andanyone can contribute.

Den här undersökningen handlar om managementkonsulter och deras yrkesroll. Undersökningen bygger på empiri insamlad på ett managementkonsultföretag i Sverige. Empirin består av samtalsbaserade intervjuer med managementkonsulter samt en intervju med en representant för en av de organisationer som anlitat konsultföretaget. Syftet med undersökningen är att undersöka under vilka förutsättningar konsulterna utför sitt arbete tillsammans med de grupper de utbildar. För att besvara denna fråga har jag tagit hjälp av teorier rörande, Koncept & översättning, rollteori och interaktionsritualer.

The aim of this studie is to describe, analyse and understand the benefits and disadvantages with using digital tools in education. In my qualitative method three primary school teachers were interviewed about how digital tools should be used in educational purposes, also what benefits/disadvantages they could see with the investment of digital tools in their school. I also did observations in two classrooms and interviewed a school politican to get a wider perspective. The collected information identifies that some benefits of using digital tools is the contribution to a more equivalent education, more opportunites for cooperations and that fewer pupils have to struggle with their fine motor skills when producing a text. Some of the disadvantages with using the tools is that they breaks sometimes, it´s easy to get dependent and if something happens (like power outage) it´s unusual that schools have a good an action plan.

As a consumer, you can use cards for payment more or less everywhere you go, however, it is not certain that the card can be used for all purchases. When a customer pays with card there arises a card transaction fee charged to the merchant. This is a big problem for businesses where transactions with small amounts are a large portion of sales. An observation at the beginning of this study showed that seemingly similar merchants have chosen to solve this problem in different ways. Some merchant?s refuses card purchases below a certain amount, while others accept card with any purchase.

Ovako i Hofors har länge arbetat för att sänka kromlakningen från ljusbågsugnsslaggen för att kunna fortsätta att använda slaggen som ballast i asfalt. Stora framsteg skedde då en del av kalken i slaggbildartillsatsen byttes ut mot dolomit. För ytterligare sänkning av kromlakningen testas i detta examensarbete att öka halten järnoxid. Slagg består av flera olika faser varav endast vissa innehåller krom. Järnoxid antas stabilisera en av de krominnehållande faserna och kan även hjälpa till att förhindra att en annan krominnehållande fas bildas.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka hur man i statens offentliga utredningar konstruerar begreppen inflytande och värdigt liv hos äldre samt vilken mening begreppen ges. Undersökningen görs genom en diskursanalys av statliga utredningar. Huvudresultatet från analysen är att inflytande för äldre i samhället gått från en kollektiv innebörd till en mer individuell betydelse samt att det formuleras problem kring detta, samt att man i en del av de statliga utredningarna tenderar att se den äldre som något skiljt från samhället och att man försöker tillskriva äldre nya roller..

The primary intention of this paper was to visually compare film trailers without considering semantic information, through use of a self-developed Matlab program, resembling that of human perception. Circa 150 people participated in an online survey where they were shown two film trailers and asked to rate their visual similarities. The result from the program was weighted against the survey results in such a way that the weights corresponded to a 75% accuracy between the program?s and the participant?s (for participants with prior experience in the field of photography and/or film) comparisons.How accurate can we compare still images from film trailers, and find similar trailers for the human viewer, by analyzing saturation, color tone, contrast and lightness with a self-developed Matlab program..

The results and the analysis of this essay are based on an empirical study of women groups in Babati District in Tanzania from 2005. The study has shown that the reason for women in Babati to organize themselves is to overcome traditional and structural obstacles that restrict women?s economical integration. Through the creation of social networks and a common source of income within the group, women are trying to strengthen their position within the household and in society. The significance of empowerment on an individual level is the sense of abilities in everyday life and the feeling of increased options.Social mobilization means that individuals come together and with united strengths and according to a common interest are trying to fulfil articulated goals.

A thesis directed towards Innovationsslussen in Gothenburg about securing, improving and simplifying sitting on the toilet for patients with sitting difficulties. The primary target group for the project is patients who have had a stroke and as a consequence from that suffers from various kind of bodily paralysis.An overall goal was to design an aid that was comprehensive enough that the patient could manage sitting securely on the toilet without have a nurse giving physical support during defecation.Five conceptual proposals were developed and evaluated in consultation with Innovationsslussen and one was selected to be further developed.The result was an integrated support at the toilet that facilitates a good sitting posture which minimizes the risk of falling and provides comfortable support when leaning to the side. The product is divided in two with both a redesigned carryingsystem and a new type of support surface adapted for the purpose..

My purpose in this paper is to study teachers' work in reading and writing in primary school and special school. I want to find out if they use the same methods, strategies and materials to help students learn to read and write. I will find out the answer to my purpose by performing two qualitative observation and two qualitative interviews. Lundberg (2010) is the researcher I relate to during my study. Through observation, I see how teachers work with students in the classroom during a lesson in the Swedish language. During the interviews, I received answers to how teachers work with language, the materials, methods and strategies they use. I found out that teachers use specific strategies when they help their students. They use a work material that is tailored to curriculum in Swedish language and it is based on the phonics method. .

The purpose of this thesis was to study local bank offices work with customer satisfaction. A case study concerning two local bank offices was made, the cases were based on interviews with the managers at the bank offices. The research questions that we wanted this thesis to answer was how local bank offices create customer satisfaction among small business customers, and how local bank offices assess customer satisfaction among small business customers. The study showed that local bank offices find customer satisfaction among small business customers important and use complaints as the primary source in the process of creating customer satisfaction..

This Master?s Thesis work was performed at the Studio Engineer department at Volvo CarsDesign Centre in Gothenburg, Sweden. The assignment has been to create a new idea of an airvent where the news value mainly was focused at functionality but also with great attention onvisual appearance.The work has been totally independent and not been aimed to any specific car model. Theindependency initially made that the visual appearance primary wasn?t limited in any way dueto surrounding components.
