En viktig faktor för att projekten istället ska lyckas är att slutanvändare är motiverade till att delta i processen och de bör motiveras redan i en förberedande fas av informationssystemutvecklingen. Ytterligare en faktor som är viktig är externkonsulten, som ofta är den person som leder arbetet med informationssystemutvecklingen.Det finns symboliska roller som kan kopplas till den externa konsulten, vilka kan påverka motivationen både positivt och negativt hos slutanvändarna. Resultatet av detta arbete är ett antal råd till externkonsulten om hur denne bör agera i en förberedande fas av informationssystemutveckling för att motverka de negativa effekterna av de symboliska rollerna och tillvarata de positiva..

This study is about assessment, in particular formative assessment also called assessment for learning. The purpose of this study is to investigate Swedish and South African primary school teachers? views and ideas about this didactic tool. The motives for this investigation are based on the fact that correct used formative assessment supports pupils? learning process and the fact that there are few researches made about this subject in Sweden.

Följande studie är en personalvetenskaplig uppsats som behandlar HR:s roll i aktiviteten chefsstöd. Syftet med undersökningen var att förstå HR:s roll i organisationen samt relatera rollen till personalledningsidealet Human Resource Management, HRM. Vidare syftade studien till att utreda vilka utvecklingsmöjligheter som kan ses för organisationens chefsstöd.Uppsatsens teori är uppdelad i de tre delarna utmärkande drag för HRM, HR:s roller samt relationen mellan HR och chefer. Training in outdoor education for teachers has contributed to outdoor education having become part of elementary schools´ activities.The purpose of this study is to find out to what extent a School of Nature is useful for three primary school teachers´ activities.

Leksaker har en stor och viktig del i barns uppväxt vilket gör att leksaksföretag har inflytande i hur barnen kan komma att se sig själva och sin omgivning. Vi har studerat två leksakskedjors reklamblad ur ett genusperspektiv för att se hur flickor och pojkar framställs samt hur genus framställs i leksakerna och deras marknadsföring. Vi har använt oss av semiotisk metod för att urskilja olika mönster i de bildspråk som finns i reklambladen. Det vi sett är att man gör skillnader mellan flickor och pojkar genom hur leksakerna presenteras och man låter traditionella roller styra. Flickor förväntas att ha rosa leksaker, ta hand om familjen och göra sig vacker och åtråvärd medan pojkar förväntas att inte ha rosa leksaker, gå in i viktiga och maktfulla roller samt vara starka och uppfinningsrika..

Companies that invest in e-learning have different expectations regarding the outcome of the investment. According to literature and articles it is common that companies see reduction of costs as the primary benefit with e-learning. Therefore we ask ourselves the question if companies have attained the expected benefit of the investment in e-learning and to what extent cost reduction have been a determining factor in the investments? The purpose of the thesis is to examine if companies that invest in e-learning have attained the expected benefits. We also want to examine what the reason for investing in e-learning is and if cost reduction is the primary reason for investing.

Syftet med vår uppsats är att ta reda på om fyra kvinnor i två mellanstora väst och sydsvenska städer upplever stress sett ur ett rollperspektiv i vårt senmoderna samhälle. Vi ville även veta vad som stressar dem i de olika rollerna, samt hur de balanserar de olika rollerna. Vi har intervjuat fyra kvinnor mitt i livet och sedan analyserat deras berättelser gentemot aktuell teori i ämnet kring rollstress. Våra funderingar har kretsat kring hur kvinnan kombinerar sina olika roller i vårt komplexa samhälle, med alla dess krav och möjligheter. Vi har kommit fram till att samtliga av våra informanter känner av stress i olika grad och att upplevelsen kan variera beroende på vilket socialt sammanhang man befinner sig i.

This study aims to examine the effect the evaluation system used by the Stockholm County Council, has on how the healthcare providers themselves conduct the evaluation regarding their own operations. This is done through a qualitative case study of the evaluation systems of the Stockholm County Council and of four primary healthcare producers concerning one primary healthcare contract. The evaluation systems were analysed using Merchant and Ver der Stede's (2007) framework for different types of control. In order to give a more detailed picture this framework was complemented with different types of performance measurement. The evaluation that the Stockholm County Council conducts was found to have little influence on the providers own evaluation with the exception of the quality indicators that are rewarded with a monetary bonus..

Syftet med studien är att studera eventuell gemenskap och ensamhet hos elever på två internatskolor i Sverige. Avsikten är också att analysera vilka roller som elever och personal intar som kan leda till gemenskap och ensamhet. Uppsatsen är en komparativ studie av två internatskolor. Den är även kvalitativ och bygger på 14 intervjuer gjorda med elever, husföräldrar, rektor och skolchef. Utifrån studien kan det konstateras att de intervjuade eleverna inte kände sig ensamma utan de ansåg att de levde i en god gemenskap.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects ofWork plan for study- and vocational guidance in Enköpings municipality 2008-2010 to see how it has affected the educators in the municipal primary schools. Questionnaires to teachers and interviews with principals have been made and it came out that the teachers are not very familiar with the plan. Of the few teachers who considered themselves to be familiar with the plan, the majority replied that they had benefited from the plan.The study´s analysis indicates that one of explanation for why so few educators are aware of and working according to the plan is partly in implementation efforts. Weaknesses are shown according to the equivalence of the implementation, but also the importance of the existence of an engaging and driven person, located at the primary schools, that continuously inspires and motivates the teachers to work with this plan. Educators also indicate that they already use study-and vocational guidance in their teaching..

Background: Various follow-up studies show that there are deficiencies in the care of patients affected by stroke. In order to provide good care according to the National Board of health and welfare and national guidelines for stroke care systematic quality audits need to be carried out.Purpose: To investigate if the local guidelines for stroke care in Örebro County are followed and to explore how people with stroke experience care and rehabilitation in hospital, primary care and community.Method: Primary health care records were reviewed using quality indicators in the local stroke guidelines. Samples of patients were obtained from the County´s three hospitals. Differences between men and women, younger and older, were analysed with chi-squared test. Eleven people were interviewed about their experiences of care, rehabilitation, support and participation.

A growing number of cities and municipalities in Sweden begin to work with city models in 3D. For the most part the models are used for visualizations of ongoing planning processes, but also for the analysis of noise, shadow studies and environmental disaster simulations.Gothenburg continues to develop the use of 3D maps in municipal operations and is demanding a way to create building elements (walls), which generates in 3D buildings, from roof constructions that are mapped from the primary map. A method has been investigated in the present study. The results are then presented as a 3D model of buildings, along with a terrain map that will facilitate the localization of the area. The created 3D buildings are then compared with roof-data from the primary map to see how well they harmonize with each other.
