In a historical view, house prices have developed at the same rate as inflation. In the end of the 20th century the prices on the housing market started to differ from the inflation rate, and today the deviation is strong and the real price increase has been very strong.The financial crisis in 2008, which was a result of a subprime mortgage crisis on the American real estate market, has made several agents on the housing market in Sweden question today?s prices. Robert Schiller, an American economist who predicted the mortgage crisis in 2008, claimed during the Nobel Prize ceremony 2013, that Sweden shows signs of a financial bubble ? "I think that people here in Sweden have an illusion that increasing prices is a lasting trend, but that is more suggestive of a bubble".

The cellular market is today suffering from great customer dissatisfaction. Simultaneously, the services offered by the different cellular providers are very homogenous, causing strict competition where various price strategies have been the main mean of battle. From a business perspective, implementing pricing strategies, to keep up with increased network investments, is a short term solution.In a market characterized by lacking customer satisfaction and harsh competition, research has shown the importance of highlighting customer relations in marketing. This type of marketing, which one could refer to as relationship marketing, is considered an efficient, economic, and strategic method of showing the importance of customer loyalty. To get insight in the relationship between the customers and the cellular providers, as well as to show the importance of relationship marketing, this study has used qualitative interviews to find what develops strong customer loyalty.The results showed that increased customer loyalty is achieved when an emotional bond is created.

Abstract This study aims with a pragmatic approach to investigate the learning about how to solve simple equations, and what the teacher can do to help the student. Four questions asked are: (i) How and why will learning take place? (ii) What will complicate learning? (iii) How to support and facilitate learning? (iv) Is it possible to identify an influence between identity and learning? To answer these questions a qualitative study in elementary school is done. The results of the investigation are compared with previous research, and an interview with the teacher is presented. The recorded lessons are analyzed with PEA (practical epistemology analysis), and letters from the students with the Ecological Systems Theory of Bronfenbrenner.
Early immune responses to an adjuvant (AbISCO-100) tested in porcine peripheral blood mononuclear cell
Immune stimulating complex (iscom) matrix is a formulation that is used as anadjuvant within research. The capability of the iscom matrix to elicit an immuneresponse when not present together with an antigen has not been extensivelyinvestigated. One way to evaluate the status of the immune system is to measure theamount of cytokines that usually are produced by various cell types during an immuneresponse. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the early immune responses inporcine peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) after stimulation in vitro with theiscom matrix, AbISCO®-100. The immune response was evaluated by measuring themRNA expression for various cytokines, a chemokine receptor (CXCR4) andregulator of G-protein signaling (RGS16) in porcine PBMC after stimulation withAbISCO®-100 or other inducers like a lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and a CpGoligodeoxynucleotide (ODN 2216) used as controls.

AbstractThe aim of the study was to describe district nurses experiences meeting intimate of cancer patients in home care. The study had a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of ten district nurses employed in primary health care, working in emergency duty in a district in the Middle of Sweden. The results are presented from the two categories; to communicate and being competent, which was formulated to one theme. The theme ?Being safe in one´s professional role, being aware of possibilities and difficulties when encountering intimates in home care?.

Småbolagseffekten och investeringsstrategier i småbolagsaktier på Nasdaq OMX Stockholm
Bakgrund:Småbolagseffekten påvisades först av Banz (1981) och Reinganum (1981) som kom fram tillatt småbolag genererade högre avkastning än stora bolag under samma period. Effekten syntes även stabil över tiden vilket ej är förenligt med Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) och den effektiva marknadshypotesen (EMH).Syfte:Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om det finns någon påvisbar småbolagseffekt påNasdaq OMX Stockholm och huruvida den i så fall har varit konstant under studieperioden. Vidare syftar studien till att undersöka huruvida relativvärdering av småbolagsaktier framgångsrikt kan användas för att generera överavkastning.Metod:Studien baseras på en kvantitativ metodansats med ett deduktivt angreppssätt. Behövd datasamlas in och sammanställs för att sedan användas för att skapa portföljer som studeras och analyseras baserat på prestation.Slutsats:Studien har ej kunnat påvisa en småbolagseffekt under hela studieperioden. Underhögkonjunktur har dock en småbolagseffekt kunnat påvisas. Vidare har studien kunnat visa att relativvärdering av småbolagsaktier genererar både absolut och riskjusterad överavkastning jämfört med studiens småbolagsportfölj och marknadsindex (AFGX).

From underwater boat to submarine ? The development of the Swedish submarine service 1945-1960 The scope of this essay is the development of the Swedish submarine service during the period 1945-1960. The aim is to answer the following questions:- What kind of new technology did Sweden acquire when salvaging the German type XXI submarine off Gothenburg at the end of World War II?- In what respect did this technology differ from that of the Royal Swedish Navy and did it subsequently contribute to the tactical and operational development?- What tactical and operational development was accomplished between 1945-1960?The timeframe, 1945-1960, was chosen since this is when the analysis of the salvaged type XXI submarine and related effects was conducted. Furthermore, it is also during this time that the Swedish submarine service is beginning to evolve as a result of the new knowledge mentioned above and the experiences made by both the allies and the Germans during World War II.The theoretical framework primarily refers to the theories on naval warfare by Sir Julian Corbett.
Ubåtsjaktförmågans utveckling under 1980-talet : ett resultat av yttre hot eller interna intressen?
Uppsatsen syftar till att förklara drivkrafterna bakom utvecklingen av den svenska ubåtsjaktförmågan under 1980-talet. Detta sker genom att utvecklingen studeras ur två olika perspektiv med avsikt att utröna vilket av dem som har bäst förklaringskraft. Perspektiven underbyggs av varsin statsvetenskaplig förklaringsmodell, som båda är hämtade från Graham Allisons Essence of Decision. Modellerna benämns i detta arbete det rationella aktörsperspektivet respektive det interna maktkampsperspektivet. Till vart och ett av perspektiven lämnar Allison ett antal rekommenderade frågeställningar och med hjälp av dessa utvecklas två analytiska nät.

Managing of the aforementioned requires a balance between the organizations resources (such as the capability of distribution and production) and the market demand. According to Gardner (1990), an estimation of future demand is a necessity for maintaining the balance. An instrument that is used frequently to estimate future demand is demand forecasting. The demand forecasting practice has been thoroughly studied and a plethora of academic contributions exist on the topic.

We both come from a small town but are not afraid of the idea of moving to a larger city as newly qualified estate agents. We ask ourselves, which are the determining factors in the choice of a estate agent in a large city as opposed to a small town? Can we see any differences? The purpose with this essay is to give us added knowledge about which factors private persons consider to be important in their choice of an estate agent when selling a house.The body of information is based on two parallel surveys, one in Hudiksvall and one in Stockholm, together with interviews of people in this line of business.

Underprissättning : En studie av nyintroducerade aktier på Stockholmsbörsen under 2001-2006
Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det förkommer underprissättning och om den består de första fem månaderna samt finna sannolikheten för en positiv utveckling efter börsintroduktionen. Eftersom vi har studerat kursförändringar efter börsintroduktioner har vi valt att använda en kvantitativ metodansats i form av en eventstudie. Teorierna behandlar främst förklaringar till varför en underprissättning sker samt hur publicitet och informations asymmetri påverkar prissättningen. Teorier som berörs är bland annat ?Winners Curse?, ?Cascade theory? och ?Signalling theory?.Våra empiriska data kommer främst från bolagens prospekt samt kursinformation från Affärsvärlden och Stockholmsbörsen.
Strategier för bostadsbyggande i C--?områden
Bostadsbristen för studenter, särskilt i större städer, har under en längre tid varit ett frekvent diskuterat ämne i Sverige. Stockholm har ett brett och starkt utbud av högre utbildning och regionen expanderar kontinuerligt. Regionen har idag cirka 80,000 studenter som slåss om färre än 13 000 studentbostäder. Detta medför en risk att studenter väljer bort Stockholm som studentstad.Denna studie syftar till att undersöka möjligheterna för studentbostadsmarknaden att utvecklas. Med ett kvalitativt tillvägagångsätt via intervjuer med fastighetsutvecklare och lärosäten identifierades fem problemområden som ligger till grund för detta examensarbete.
