Syftet med studien var att studera hur förskolan och förskoleklassen arbetar med överlämning av barninformation. Frågor som ställdes var hur förskollärare i förskolan förbereder och hanterar den information som lämnas vidare till personalen i förskoleklassen och hur förskoleklassens personal uppmärksammar den information som tillägnas dem. Fokus har legat på barn i behov av särskilt stöd. I bakgrunden bearbetades forskningslitteratur. Fem kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes i både Norrbottens och Värmlands län i syfte att bredda den geografiska aspekten.

The aims were to investigate the public awareness of aphasia in a Swedish sample and examine if knowledge of aphasia relates to gender, education or age. Participant?s sources of knowledge of aphasia were examined. A total of 153 individuals, aged 18-90, were surveyed. Participants were categorized into three groups; heard of, knowledge of and not heard of aphasia.

As a part in meeting the raised requirements this study investigates if it is possible for a automatised text analysis system to distinguish certain groups and categories of words in a text, and more specifically investigate if it is possible to distinguish words with a high information value from words with a low information value. This is important to enable optimizations of systems for global surveillance and information retrieval. The study is carried out using word spaces, which are often used in text analysis to model language. The distributional character of certain categories of words is examined by studying the intrinsic dimensionality of the space, locally around different words.

Författarna samlade in data genom att delta vid 60 inläggningar av perifer venkateter vilka genomfördes av femton olika sjuksköterskor. Insamlingen ägde rum på en dagkirurgiavdelning. Man observerade ett antal områden, resultatet på dessa kunde bli ja eller nej, där ja var det resultat man eftersökte. Today (May 2009) Hägglunds is using CAN for data transmission in their systems. CAN is getting obsolete and has difficulties in coping with the increasing flow of communication. A recommendation for stand treatment of lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta) is, in a scientific point of view, lacking when it comes to harvesting for biomass energy. Within the next decades it is expected that 280 000 hectares of lodgepole pine will have reached thinning age on the domains of Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA). Due to this the interest has grown rapidly for studying the possibilities of harvesting biofuel assortments already in the first thinning. In this study the distribution of the biomass within lodgepole pine trees has been studied and taken into account for estimating the proportions of harvested assortments when using different methods of thinning. The methods studied were conventional biofuel-harvesting (with delimbed branches gathered separately from the round wood) and thinning with cutting of round wood and long tops (incl.

The relatively poor economy in European dairy farming might be improved from efficient feeding systems and dietary management. Increasing herd sizes and transition to loose housing systems in Sweden, increases the possibilities for other feeding systems than separate feeding that is the traditional feeding system in Sweden. Other possible feeding systems are partial mixed ration (PMR) and total mixed ration (TMR), where the TMR system sometimes is associated with overfeeding and thereby increased environmental impact and high feed cost. Att drabbas av en hjärtinfarkt kan upplevas som en traumatisk händelse, informationen personer får efter en hjärtinfarkt är därför av stor vikt. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva hur personer upplevde informationen vid en hjärtinfarkt, under sjukhusvistelsen i den akuta fasen samt under rehabiliteringen. Nio vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys vilket resulterade i fyra kategorier: Att sakna individuellt anpassad information, Att inte kunna förstå all information, Att få olika besked från personalen samt Att känna sig välinformerad och delaktig.Resultatet visar att informationen personer får efter en genomgången hjärtinfarkt är mera av det allmänna slaget. Personerna ville ha individanpassad information och det var viktigt att få känna delaktighet. En slutsats som dras är vikten av att informationen ges på ett bra sätt.
