The purpose of this paper is to standardize and simplify the design work on a few specific types of storage brackets for balconies. The company Balco AB had the wish to simplify the design work in the Preparation of attachments to their balcony structures. This would be done by a calculation matrix that could be produced which then in turn could be used for each new project by the company. The design work behind the development of these fittings at each new project is costly both in terms of time devoted by each calculation but also the cost of the time. The purpose of this report is that in a systematic manner, a calculation matrix can be created that then the company instead may follow from each new project.In carrying out the project used HILTI calculation program, which was provided by the company HILTI.

This is a qualitative interview study about intellectually disabled parents and their children. I have conducted interviews with six professional staff who have some experience working with intellectually disabled persons. In my investigation I used vignettes and those I interviewed had to read the same story about Anders and Britta in Preparation for the interview. The six persons whom I interviewed were: a midwife at a mother care centre, a nurse at a child health centre, a social welfare officer at a rehabilitation centre, a "LSS administrator" at a local authority, and two social welfare secretaries. One of the two welfare secretaries works to assess the social situation of children and the other one works with fostercare.The conclusion that I have drawn is that the relationship between intellectually disabled parents and their children is very important.

The purpose of the study is to see how four teachers at a school look at the reception and approaching of newly arrived pupils.How do the interviewed teachers describe the school´s reception of newly arrived pupils? How do teachers in preparatory and regular class see at the selected school's reception and treatment of newly arrived pupils?To get answers to my purpose, I have done an ethnographic study called field study and I am using qualitative interviews, and one passive observation. To arrive at a result of my study, I have processed collected data from interviews and observations and coupled the collected material to the theories and previous research. I have in my study used both pedagogical and sociological theories.The results of my study show that it would be difficult for newly arrived students to be placed directly into the ordinary class, the results also show that newly arrived students receive a safe and stimulating start to their school and class Preparation. However, there are shortcomings and resistance of the trajectories leading to entry of the preparatory class of ordinary class, but when newly arrived students have started in an ordinary class, students receive a stimulating teaching.

Lawsonia intracellularis is an important pathogen in the intestine, causing diarrhea and retarded (or poor) growth in pigs. Diagnostics is based on sampling of small amounts of faeces. Several publicated scientific papers mention the use of faecal swabs as sampling material for diagnosis in experiments and in prevalence studies. Therefore the need of an evaluation of this sampling technique is urgent since, to our knowledge, this has not previously been done. Here reported work compare the use of rectal swabs for feacal sampling, with sampling and analysis of 0.1-0.2 gram of faeces. The studie included twelve herds with a case history of earlier or ongoing problems with diarrhoea where Lawsonia intracellularis could be suspected as the causative agent. A total of 120 growing pigs where examined.

This research project is about how the subjects` art and music has been described under the 20th century in the Swedish school until today. The purpose with this research project is to do a text analysis that describes these subjects now and the last century, to illustrate the differences between today and the last century. Hence the size of this subject I have chosen some random samples out of the 20th century until today. I started to take these random samples from the first lyric I found about these subjects, and continued with these random samples in other lyrics from the middle of the 20th century until the year 2006. I just took these random samples from what I had found because I did not found some lyrics from earlier period of the 20th century.

Background: Children frequently exhibit high levels of distress while undergoing routine blood sampling or injections. If the child is not treated with appropriate care, the feelings of distress may increase over time and result in needle-phobia. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe nurses´ possibilities to relieve distress in children undergoing needle sticks. Method: A systematic literature review was conducted through database search and screening of reference lists. Ten research articles with a quantitative approach were included, coded for quality and then analyzed.

Several studies indicate that Swedish men consume more meat than women, more frequently appear in advertisements for meat and more often than women handle the grilling of meat. Production of meat is one of the largest contributors to greenhouse-gas emissions and thereby poses a challenge for ecological sustainability. Several Swedish politicians and authorities have argued that reduced meat consumption is necessary to prevent continued global climate change. To understand and change consumption patterns we need to understand the consumer. This essay uses textual analysis to examine how Swedish men through text and images in three cookbooks use Preparation and consumption of meat to construct different masculinities.

The education in Sweden must be equivalent, according to Skollagen, 1 kap. 2§.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how teachers in the preschool class work with literacy. How do they justify the methods used to develop children's literacy abilities? I also wanted to know to what extent teachers enable multimodal approaches within written language practices. My study considers the impact teachers' professional identity has on working methods in the preschool class. I hope this essay will help teachers reflect on their learning approach. I gathered information by interviewing three preschool teachers and one compulsory school teacher for the early years working in three different preschool classes in three different schools.

ADHD är en vanligt förekommande diagnos hos barn. Ouppmärksamhet, impulsivitet och hyperaktivitet leder till att dessa barn skadar sig i större utsträckning än andra barn. Detta innebär att de oftare kommer i kontakt med sjukvården. Eftersom ADHD är ett dolt handikapp får de inte alltid anpassad information och rätt bemötande från sjukvårdspersonal.Syfte: Syftet med denna pilotstudie är att beskriva hur föräldrar till barn med ADHD upplevt den förberedande informationen inför sjukhusbesök/undersökning.Metod: En kvalitativ intervjustudie valdes enligt Kvale och Brinkmann (2009) med innehållsanalys enligt Graneheim och Lundman (2004).Resultat: Föräldrar vill ha mer information hemskickad för att kunna förbereda sitt barn inför ett sjukhusbesök. Det krävs mer planering och tid vid sjukhusbesök för barn med ADHD.

Purpose/Aim: To create a communication strategy for PADI Nordic with the intention of getting Swedish divers, who have been certified abroad, to Swedish dive centers.Material/Method: The study is based on a number of personal interviews conducted with a) divers who are active in Sweden, b) divers who are not active in Sweden and c) representatives from PADI and PADI affiliated dive centers.Main results: The main reason that people who have been certified abroad do not dive in Sweden is that they regard it as being too complicated, too cold, too expensive and with nothing interesting to see. These might partly be misconceptions that can be corrected through a communication strategic effort. The best way to change this perception is by two different forms of communication. One will go from PADI Nordic straight to the divers through an email. This will have the purpose of getting their attention, making diving sound interesting and raise their awareness in Preparation for the other part of the process.

Aim: The aim was to investigate the ambulance nurses experiences during a specific ambulance missions that led to usage of LUCAS ?.Method: Participating ambulance nurses were randomly assigned from a total sample group of 12 women and 39 men. Five women and five men participated. Qualitative interviews were conducted, where the Critical Incident Technique approach was used. Collected interviews were valued using qualitative content analysis.Result: Interview texts were divided into three domains, 10 subcategories could be identified which were sorted into three categories.
