Bakgrund: Allt fler prematura barn överlever. En trygg anknytning är positivt för barnets utveckling både fysiskt och socialt.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva anknytning mellan föräldrar och prematura barn samt sjuksköterskans betydelse vid anknytning. Syftet var även att granska kvalitén gällande datainsamlingsmetod i de valda artiklarna.Metod: En beskrivande litteraturstudie som är baserad på 14 artiklar, varav hälften var kvantitativa och hälften kvalitativa. Artiklarna är sökta och påträffade i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl. Analys av artiklarnas resultat ledde fram till fem rubriker.

Syftet med denna systematiska litteraturstudie var att beskriva patienters upplevelse av livskvalitet samt sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsåtgärder i samband med cytostatikabehandling vid cancersjukdom. För att besvara studiens syfte har sökning efter artiklar (n=17) genomförts i databaserna Blackwell Synergy samt Elin@Dalarna. Följande sökord har använts i olika kombinationer; cancer, patients, experience, nurse care, quality of life, scale, instrument, chemotherapy och care. Resultatet visade att cytostatikabehandlingen hade både positiv och negativ inverkan på patienternas livskvalitet. Livskvaliteten ökade då symtom lindrades.

Swedish and international research indicate that many measures made by social services, concerning children and adolescents who are taken from their homes to an institution, are interrupted Prematurely for different reasons. The word "breakdown" is used when a measure granted by the social service is broken before the projected time has passed. Research concerning how social service employees are influenced by measures being interrupted Prematurely is very limited. The aim of this qualitative study is to examine how social service employees in Malmö are influenced by the Premature interruption, "breakdown", of measures concerning children and adolescents who are taken from their homes to an institution. The theoretic basis for the study is Symbolic interactionism, especially the theory of Stefan Morén concerning conditions for change.The study is based on interviews with social employees, relevant material from research in this field and an examination of the theoretical basis.

Var tionde till femtonde barn som föds hamnar på neonatalvårdavdelningar. Barnen är sjuka och behöver specialistvård. När detta sker förändras föräldrarnas livsvärldar. Sjuksköterskor behöver därför få en ökad kunskap om pappornas förändrade livsvärldar, för att kunna lindra deras lidande. De behöver även få en ökad förståelse av att vårda hela familjen, för att även kunna se till pappornas vårdbehov.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva vilka metoder som användes på en neonatalavdelning för att främja amningen hos prematura barn. Arbetet är en systematisk litteraturstudie där 15 vetenskapliga artiklar användes. Litteratursökningen gjordes i databaserna Blackwell Synergy, CINAHL, Elin@dalarna, PubMed och Medline. Litteraturgenomgången visade att det fanns ett flertal metoder för att främja amning av prematura barn på neonatalavdelningen. Föräldrarna behöver få hjälp av personalen att skapa sociala band till sitt barn och med att förstå att det är dem som är av största betydelse för barnet.

Background:Patients with mental disabilities are more prone to somatic illnesses than the general public. According to the Social Board patients with mental disabilities receive poorer treatment than patients with only somatic diagnosis.Aim:The aim of the study was to describe nurses' experiences to identify, assess and manage somatic symptoms and problems within the psychiatric care.Method:The study is based on interviews with 12 nurses working in psychiatric outpatient and inpatient care.
