Johan A. Warden tog fram sin modell om motståndaren som ett system för att genom denna hitta dess svagheter. Modellen visade sig vara mycket användbar inom mellanstatliga konflikter och var mycket effektiv vid planerandet och genomförandet av USA:s offensiv mot Irak under inledningen av Gulfkriget. Men kopplat mot irreguljära konflikter har Wardens modell stött på mycket kritik då den anses spelat ut sin roll och därför inte längre kan anses applicerbar vid planerandet av luftoperationer inom denna typ av krigföring. Denna uppsats skall se om det är precisionsvapen och användandet av dessa som räddar kvar Warden inom planeringen av luftoperationer inom irreguljär krigföring..

The aim of the study was to understand how the family home secretary reasons and thinks and how they express themselves in their actions towards the family home?s biological children. The method used is qualitative semi-structured interviews, involving six family home secretaries from four different municipalities. The results were analyzed with the help of two theories ? the theory of grassroots bureaucracy and the sociology of childhood theory.

This study aims to highlight and analyze eight secondary teachers' views and thoughts on mathematics. Hopefully this study will provide a deeper understanding of how teachers think and reason about their subject and how this affects their teaching. The study was conducted using a qualitative interview method, based on interviews with eight middle school teachers who teach in school mathematics for grades 6 - 9. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed and analyzed. After the interview analysis one can conclude that the teachers? thoughts concern three main themes: the importance of mathematics, children?s lack of basic knowledge and the teachers? lack of time.In discussion and analysis the teachers conceptions of the own subject is being analyzed, and that is the foundation of this study.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att genom en fallstudie beskriva och utvärdera informationproducenternas syn på arbetet med en extremt kort bokslutsprocess, One-Day- Closing, i ett telekomföretag, och diskutera förslag till förändring. Undersökningens metod grundar sig i en kvalitativ fallstudie i vilken personliga intervjuer med 22 stycken controllers på Sony Ericsson genomförs. Den teoretiska referensramen som presenteras syftar till att visa på de drivkrafter som finns bakom trenden med allt kortare bokslutsprocesser. Med utgångspunkt i det insamlade materialet och teorin görs en beskrivning av arbetsprocessen och en utvärdering av den befintliga tidsplanen. Utifrån de uppfattningar som framkommer från de personliga intervjuerna diskuteras olika förslag till förändring.

Today it is more and more common for schools to provide teachers as well as students with laptops. Projects like this are worldwide called "One-to-one", one laptop per child. This paper conveys thoughts and ideas from a number of teachers in a medium-sized Swedish municipality in which all high school students and teachers, since a couple of years, have their own laptops. The aim of this paper is to clarify how the teachers? situation has been affected by the implementations of the laptops.

Detta arbete har jag skrivit i samarbete  med företaget Färdig Betong(FB) som tillverkar plattbärlag, dvs förtillverkade betongelement till bjälklag i hus. Till största del handlar arbetet om mängd och tid dvs. om och när fabrikerna kan leverera.   Jag tittade även på lagrets inverkan på produktionen. Det visade sig att obalans i lagret hade  oönskade effekter, såsom brist på ritningar vid för stort lager och riskerad leveranssäkerhet vid för litet lager .  Jag försökte hitta en formel som tog hänsyn till både aktuell produktion och lagret vid ett beslut om order. Efter olika försök så kom jag fram till en formel som uppfyllde de olika kriterierna.

Thanka är en tibetansk konsttradition som består av religiösa bilder föreställande en rad gudar och heliga personer ur den buddhistiska tron. Motiven är starkt symbolistiska och strängt traditionsbetingade. Detta arbete beskriver denna företeelse i tre delar där den första är hämtad ur litteratur, jag redogör här för uppkomsten, motiven, tekniken, de religiösa aspekterna och dagens plats. Den andra parten består av intervjuer och den tredje delen sammanfattar processen i den tavlan jag själv målat. Slutsatsen blir att denna konst är mycket komplex och tidskrävande, samt att den i sin lugna precision kontrasterar till den västerländska stressen.

The objective of this literature study was to describe the nurse?s preventive actions to prevent diabetes type 2 among children and adolescents in school age. It emerged from the analysis that the nurse is working according to three pillars; screening, lifestyle changes and counselling/education. This result showed that what often increase difficulties when working with screening are: undefined guidelines, lack of time and resources. Overweight/obesity is one of many indicators to develop diabetes type 2, therefore it is important that both BMI and waist are measured.

The aim of this study is to examine the opinion of teachers as to the situation of young people suffering from Aspergers syndrome in the Sixth Form(gymnasium. In order to find this out I have chosen to interview four teachers with work experience of Aspergers in three different gymnasium in middle Sweden. They were confronted with the following questions: What resources are available for these pupils in the gymnasium? How do they experience that the school situation functions and how would they as teachers like the school situation to function for these young people at school?The result shows that special teachers have an extremely important function to fulfil. Those interviewed felt that there are sufficient resources available, for example guidance and further education for techers as well as both support and means for helping the young people.However, every teacher does not understand this handicap.

If not purified leachate from landfills would cause damages on the environment. At most landfills in Sweden local treatment of leachate is achieved, at the rest the leachate is transported to sewertreatment. While no comprehensive legal provisions for discharge exist in Sweden there is a difference in discharges between the installations for landfill. If no comprehensive legal provisions is produced guidance must improve.Treatment of leachate and self monitoring system at fifteen installations in Sweden has been studied and compared. A study of literature about different treatment solutions has also been performed.

The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.

De båda ämnena språkpsykologi och språkvetenskap behandlas gemensamt i den här uppsatsen.Den gren som valts ut för att undersöka de språkpsykologiska och språkvetenskapliga ämnena är språkfel som går att se i vardagliga texter. Språkfel i skrivna texter kan vara allt från särskrivningar, meningsbyggnadsfel till felstavningar och slarvfel. Det är dessutom inte alltid, lätt men ibland för lätt, att se språkfel i olika texter. Hursomhelst är det ett vanligt fenomen i såväl tidningar, översättningar, uppsatser som skönlitterära verk. Vissa fel är lättare att se för vissa personer än andra.

Furthermore complements to toothbrushing are treated, the options and their effects.

This paper describes the development of direct and indirect service at the former Gothen­burg city library. This was during this period of time not the public library of the town, but a scientific library mostly serving the college, although also open to the public. Furthermore the services offered in Gothenburg are compared with those of the two old Swedish university libraries in Uppsala and Lund. The investigated direct serviceforms are "making material available", "guidance", and "localities". The indirect service areas are "the catalogue" and "the personnel and their competence".The conclusion is that the differences weren't that big and that Gothenburg city library was a modern library providing about the same services as you could find in Uppsala and Lund.
