SEXUAL VIOLENCE AMONG ADOLESCENTS A literature study about adolescents who harm themselves through sex and measures to prevent that form of sexual violence Abstract Adolescents can harm themselves through sex by taking sexual risks such as sexual exposure on the internet, having unprotected sex and put themselves in situations where the potential for sexual violence is great. This type of sexual risk-behavior can create negative consequences and result in physical and mental sexual abuse. The aim of this study is to raise knowledge about youth who harm themselves through sex and measures to prevent that form of sexual violence. To accomplice this we made a general literature study on national and international research. Our study shows that despite the negative consequences, adolescent?s sexual risk-taking continues.

Elective joint surgery increases for every year and the operations are associated with postoperative pain. Postoperative pain is a well known phenomenon and pain physiology and analgesics are well known by caregivers, but the significance of the interaction between patient and caregiver is not illuminated. There are still patients experiencing unnecessary postoperative pain. Among patients in elective surgery, 25% runs a risk for underestimated pain. The aim of the study was to describe patient?s experiences of nursing interaction in the context of postoperative pain during hospitalisation after going through knee- or hiparthropasty.

This essay is focused on the phenomena of self-injurious behavior of two young men. The purpose of the essay is to enlighten their experiences of their earlier self-injurious behavior, and to further enlighten which factors they believe have been contributed to the origin and the ending of the behavior. The research questions the essay raises are: Which factors has contributed to the origin of the self-injurious behavior? Which functions did the self-injurious behavior have for the young men? What made the two young men quit their self-injurious behavior? The essay is qualitative and do not imply to generalize the results and it is made from interviews with respondents and earlier research on self-injurious behavior. The results show that there are differences in the factors that origin of the self-injurious behavior between the respondents.

Patienter med kronisk obstruktiv lungsjukdom (KOL) upplever ofta oro relaterat till dyspné. Syftet med studien var att undersöka vilka icke-farmakologiska åtgärder som kan vidtas för att lindra patienters oro relaterat till dyspné vid KOL.  En litteraturstudie genomfördes där vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och sammanställdes. Resultatet visade att det finns ett flertal icke-farmakologiska åtgärder så som andningstekniker, fysisk träning, avledning, nutrition och kommunikation som sjuksköterskan kan undervisa och informera om för att lindra oro relaterad till dyspné. Åtgärderna bör vara individanpassade, eftersom varje patient är unik. Sjuksköterskan bör själv eller tillsammans med andra vårdinstanser försäkra sig om att patienten får den information och utbildning om sin sjukdom som krävs för att lindra patientens oro i möjligast mån.

Still, barriers in the form of high purchase costs, an anxiety for the limited battery capacity and the lack of standardisation are some of the problems that the market is struggling to solve.

Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva vilka effekter massage har hos cancerpatienter som lider av ångest. Metod: Examensarbetet utfördes som en litteraturöversikt med 16 vetenskapliga artiklar varav tre med kvalitativ ansats och tretton med kvantitativ ansats. Datainsamling gjordes i databaserna PubMed, CINAHL, Google Scholar och via manuell sökning. Huvudresultat: Resultatet presenterades i fem kategorier för att beskriva vilka effekter massage har hos cancerpatienter som lider av ångest. De fem kategorierna var; lindring av ångest, lindring av fysiska och psykiska symtom, ökad livskvalitet, ökad inre ro och ingen lindring av ångest.

Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa stickrädsla hosvuxna patienter. Vilka upplevelser dessa patienter har av sin stickrädsla och exemplifierahur sjuksköterskan kan förankra och tillämpa denna kunskap i praktiken. Arbetet harbaserats på vetenskapliga artiklar sökta och funna genom databaserna CINAHL,PubMed och PsykINFO.

Background: Good quality of communication has a significant role and is essential in the care, and there are many factors that have an impact on the communication between nurse and patient. It is important that the interaction and communication is directed to and focused on understanding in broad sense in order to make sure that the meeting between nurse and care taker will result in something positive. Through a greater understanding the cooperation between nurse and the patient will be facilitated, which will create opportunities for both sides to be part of and contribute to a meaningful rehabilitation.Purpose: The aim of the study is to describe how the elderly patient and the nurse experience the communication within the health care, however also to identify what factors that are essential for an optimal communication.2Method: In this study the method that has been chosen is metasynthesis. The metasynthesis method implies that qualitative studies, that illustrate elderly patients and nurses perceptions and experiences of communication within health care, have systematically been reviewed and compiled to a result.Result: The analysis of the study?s results in a composition that consist of the following three themes; the patients and the nurses perspective on how information should be conveyed, the role of the time aspect in communication and the impact of the attitude on communication.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur patienter som haft en hjärtinfarkt och/eller genomgått en kranskärlsoperation skattar sin oro och nedstämdhet före och efter ett års hjärtrehabilitering samt om det fanns skillnader mellan mäns och kvinnors skattningar.Enkäter innehållande patienters självskattning av oro och nedstämdhet före och efter hjärtrehabilitering, Hospital Anxiety and depression scale (HAD), samlades in från Hälsoinvest i Högbo. Författarna till denna studie valde att samla in enkäter från 1996- 2001.För att få delta i hjärtrehabiliteringen måste patienterna vara i arbetsför ålder och haft hjärtinfarkt och/eller genomgått kranskärlsoperation samt vara icke rökare. HAD- formuläret innehöll sju frågor rörande oro och sju frågor rörande nedstämdhet. Undersökningsgruppen bestod av 115 personer: 34 kvinnor och 81 män. Medelåldern på deltagarna var 52,4 år (range = 33-61 år).

Bakgrund:Beröring är en viktig del i omvårdnaden som sjuksköterskan tillämpar naturligt. Beröring har en lugnande funktion och taktil massage som metod kan därmed tillämpas i syfte att lugna patienter med ångestproblematik. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa hur personer med ångest upplever taktil massage som behandlingsmetod. Metod: En litteraturstudie med systematiskt tillvägagångssätt tillämpades. Studien baserades på elva vetenskapliga artiklar.

SammanfattningVid psykisk ohälsa är ångest ett centralt fenomen, uppskattningsvis drabbas ca 25% avbefolkningen någon gång under livet av ett ångestsyndrom. Förekomst av obehandladångestsjukdom innebär såväl ett personligt lidande och ett hot mot den allmänna folkhälsan ochsamhällsekonomin. Behandling av ångestsjukdomar består av farmakologiska och psykologiskametoder. Sjuksköterskan utgör en central roll i omvårdnaden av människor med ångestsjukdom.Relationen mellan vårdare och patienten utgör en betydelsefull del i vårdandet, och är enförutsättning för en fungerande vårdprocess. The patient gets dejected and the emotional devotion abates. Broken sleep, anxiety, pain, concentrations difficulties, fatigue and reduced appetite is some of the symptoms.

Kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom är en underdiagnostiserad sjukdom som drabbar allt fler individer. Sjukdomen förekommer främst bland rökare men även icke-rökare kan drabbas. De mest förekommande symtomen vid kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom är andfåddhet och andnöd. Symtomen påverkar varandra och kan ge upphov till en känsla av ångest hos patienterna. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa upplevelsen av att leva med kroniskt obstruktiv lungsjukdom med fokus på ångestsymtom.
