I arbetet undersöks fritidspedagogernas och klasslärarnas syn på praktiska aktiviteter. Dessutom är samarbetet lärarna/fritidspedagogerna och deras syn i frågan också i fokus. I undersökningen används kvalitativa intervjuer som metod och observationer utifrån en praktisk övning med eleverna. Resultatet visar att de praktiska aktiviteterna är av stor betydelse för barnens utveckling och lärande.

Syftet med föreliggande examensarbete har varit att undersöka vilka orsakerna är till att elever på ett gymnasium i Halmstads kommun väljer att göra ett program omval till Fordonsprogrammet.
