AbstractThis essay has as its purpose to discuss the current legal regulation of the concept of humanitarian intervention. The inconsistencies in the debate over the legal status of this concept, and the legal uncertainty it brings to the acts of states and the lives of their nationals is a motivating factor for the writing of this essay. However, it has been clear from the outset that the concept of humanitarian intervention is intricately connected to political and moral ideas and values. Thus, the attitude taken towards this doctrine will be highly dependent on the perspectives of the state, government or single author representing it.Following this starting point, the aim of this essay is not to present a single answer as to whether humanitarian intervention is, or is not, legal, but to research, compare and analyze the different arguments put forward in this subject in international law today. Hopefully, this will provide the reader of this essay with some insight into the sources of international law of today and how the principles of state sovereignty, non-intervention, the prohibition of force and the protection of human rights relate to the concept of humanitarian intervention.A frank overview of the UN Charter does not support use of force except in the case of self-defence or without a Security Council mandate.

The purpose of this comparative study is to investigate how certified family therapeuts, with base professions psychologist and social counsellor respectively, construct boundaries through language. The study aims to demonstrate and analyse how the two professions present each other, through similarities and differences. For the purpose of definition and elucidation, the study comprises five main themes (see Appendix). The first theme is concerned with motives for choosing a professional career in family therapy. The second theme investigates conceptions of the professional role, while the third theme looks at professional Practise and the implications of family therapy work.

För närvarande råder en oenighet inom den akademiska världen beträffande begreppet kluster och hur detta skall definieras. Enligt rådande definition kan ett kluster vara såväl globalt, nationellt, regionalt som lokalt. För att få en djupare förståelse för begreppet, och då framförallt klusterbildning inom dagligvarubranschen har vi bedrivit en serie av semistrukturerade intervjuer där vi valt att intervjua personer med ledande befattning inom företag aktiva i denna bransch. Vi ämnade med denna undersökande rapport att se ifall kluster skapas slumpartat eller om dessa går att skapa artificiellt, och i sådant fall hur.Vi har genom vår teoretiska genomlysning funnit att ett kluster genomgår tre faser: startfasen, utvecklingsfasen och mognadsfasen. Förmågan för ett kluster att passera de olika faserna och slutligen nå mognadsfasen har sin grund i en sammansatt grupp av vitala faktorer.

Abstract In my work, I have tried to define and clarify the conception of sustainability seen from my perspective as a landscape architect. With a basis in literature studies, I have analysed and commented on different applications, contents and meanings of sustainability and endurance. This compilation is based on how a number of writers, researchers and authorities consider the importance of integrating ecological, social and economic aspects of sustainability in city planning. My perspective has mainly been founded on the anthologies and compilations from the 80´s and 90´s where Per G. Berg and Björn Malbert acted as editors.

Preciserad frågeställning: Hur ser eleverna på läsförståelse och på arbetet med Reciprok undervisning? Hur läser eleverna nya mer avancerade texter idag? Hur värderar och tänker eleverna kring sin egen läsförståelse idag? Hur upplever några undervisande pedagoger elevernas förmågor inom läsförståelse idag? Teoretisk ram: Denna studie vilar på Vygotskijs (2010) sociokulturella teorier som utgår ifrån det lilla barnets lust att lära som grundar sig på imitation och att människan lär och når sin proximala utvecklingszon i samspel med varandra.
