Bakgrund och problem:Belöningssystem alltid varit ett styrverktyg där ledning med dess hjälp försökt att bidra till att medarbetare blir motiverade till att öka sin produktivitet och på så sätt bidra till organisationens lönsamhet. Men att försöka förstå de icke-ekonomiska effekterna av olika belöningssystem har bidragit till att försöka skapa en ökad förståelse för organisatorisk rättvisa. Vad gäller monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem så är det viktigt att förstå att rättvisefrågor utgör en viktig del av de olika anställningsförhållandena i organisationen. Utan denna förståelse kan det uppstå ogynnsamma situationer. Detta har lett oss till uppsatsens problemformulering: Vad har upplevd rättvisa för påverkan på attityder kring monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem?? Vad kan monetära ersättningar få för upplevda beteendemässiga konsekvenser?Syfte:Rapportens huvudsakliga syfte är att beskriva och förklara attityder kring monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem.

Music not only fun but also necessary. This paper investigates how young people describe their relationship to music. The young people - students - in this study are coming from two different districts of Malmö: One with a population with mainly ethnical Swedish background and the other with a multicultural population. The research question is how we can describe young people's relationship to music on the one hand from the social theories which are presented and on the other hand from own experience as a music teacher. Group interviews are used to get the young people's own descriptions.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the United Nation?s work and structure to find possible factors that can explain why some peacekeeping operations have achieved to mainstream a gender perspective, when others have not. This study is based on two cases; the peacekeeping operation in Namibia and the peacekeeping operation in Kosovo.The theory I have chosen to apply is feminism, a theory that allows an alternative explanation to this phenomenon. The conclusion is that there are three decisive factors: The leadership and its will to recruit female personnel to decision-making positions, the number of female employees and whether the peacekeeping operation cooperates with local women-organisations or not. The purpose of this study is to find out how clergymen in the Church of Sweden understand their role as pastoral caregivers, in a context of a society that has changed quite a lot during the past decades. The study is based on interviews with four clergymen, two men and two women in the ages of 40-65 with experiences from congregations of different social and geographical kind. The interviews are analyzed in themes. When analyzing the interviews identity and role theory is used as a tool, but also the idea of a postmodern society and metaphors for the different kind of roles a pastoral caregiver can take during counseling.The clergymen meet a broad range of people in counseling, both those who regularly attend church activities and those who are complete strangers. They are all focusing on the needs of the confident.

By analysing Still the water (2014), Radiance (2017) and True Mothers (2020) by Naomi Kawase this essay will look at her work to see how she portrays the experience of being a woman in relation to her community. Looking into her way of using the camera by applying the theory of haptic visuality allows the spectator to identify themselves in a bodily relationship with the image. By using the camera to closely frame objects of importance for the characters, Kawase leads the spectator to understand the world of the film and enables a more profound understanding of their experience. For the community to be of importance for the women it must be founded in the feeling of security and a confirmation of their feelings. The intention is to focus on the implementation of the tablet in preschools and how the intentions around the introduction of the tablet take shape in different preschools. The method is semi structured interviews where the respondents consist of 3 preschool directors and 6 teachers where the preschool directors work. This is a relevant subject to illustrate, as the tablet has become a tool in preschool where it seems to be different opinions about how it should be used. This study aims to understand how the implementation can take form in different preschools, what kind of similarities and differences we can see with the intentions of the tablet and if there is need of clarification on the workings of the tablets in preschools. The results show that the intentions around the introduction of the tablet in preschool look different in the preschools, and the implementation of this new technology starts in a small scale with help of photographing and videotaping.

Kvotering i olika former har blivit en trend inom forskning såväl som effektiv metod för att snabbt öka den kvinnliga representationen, och är något som diskuterats flitigt i svensk media under år 2013. Syftet för denna kandidatuppsats är att utifrån teorier om feminism, genus och makt analysera kvoteringsdiskursen i Sverige. Genom en kvalitativ textanalys undersöks de motstridigheter som finns i mediedebatten kring kvotering och om det finns stöd för lagstiftning eller inte. Resultaten visar att kvotering fortfarande är en omstridd fråga i Sverige eftersom att debatten är stagnerad, de ideologiska grunderna och jämställdhetsperspektiven skiljer sig åt. En ytterligare bidragande faktor är den reproduktion av genusordningen som både motståndare och förespråkare bidrar till.

Samspelets betydelse mellan pedagog och barn är något som framhävs som viktigt inom förskolan. Det finns ett antal metoder och förhållningssätt i förskolan som anses gynna detta samspel. Vår studie startade med en nyfikenhet om programmet Vägledande samspel. Programmet Vägledande samspel har initierats av stiftelsen ICDP. Vi har uppmärksammat att många pedagoger i förskolan blir vidareutbildade i programmet och vi ville undersöka pedagogers uppfattningar om Vägledande samspel.

The background to this thesis is that we know very little about lesbian and bisexual women's sexual health in Sweden, particularly in relation to sexually transmitted infections (STI) and their transmissions. An internet-based questionnaire with self-selected participants targeted to the group WSW (Women who have Sex with Women) has been implemented. An international survey on the subject shows that the WSW has sexually transmitted infections. This is also in line with the results in this study. The most common sexually transmitted infection in the survey is chlamydia which 12.3 percent have had.

The purpose of this study is to show what melancholy and irony in my poems express and what techniques that are used to accomplish these effects. Many theorists, among them Sigmund Freud and Julia Kristeva, characterize melancholy as an experience of loss, and therefore one of my questions is what kind of losses appear in my poetry. In search for an answer I analyze the texts from both a psychoanalytic and a sociological point of view. In the latter perspective I discuss the postmodern society using concepts from contemporary thinkers like Zygmunt Bauman, Fredric Jameson and Jean Baudrillard. Finally, I also examine if melancholy has an influence on the form of the poems.

Det här är ett examensarbete som utgår ifrån Anna Petrus (1886-1949). Syftet är att ta fram en artefakt som utgår ifrån Anna Petrus konstnärskap och mest kända motiv "lejonet." Mitt mål är att ta fram en artefakt som jag, hon och hennes gamla arbetsgivare Svenskt Tenn står bakom. Artefakten ska tydligt kunna härledas till Anna Petrus konstnärskap och samtidigt vara nutida och inom ramarna för produktdesign.Examensarbetet har vuxit fram som ett resultat av min uppsats. Min uppsats har vuxit fram som ett resultat av min önskan om en djupare förståelse för Anna Petrus och hennes konstnärskap. Och min önskan om en djupare förståelse för Anna Petrus har vuxit fram som en metod för mig att kunna ta fram en artefakt som jag upplever att Anna Petrus står bakom.Introspektion, informella intervjuer/besök, skisser och litteraturstudier har legat till grund för arbetet som har en postmodern grund och där mitt förhållningssätt är introspektionistiskt-hermeneutiskt.I projektet har Anna Petrus och jag själv flätats samman, PETRUS har konstruerats.

Prostitution har varit ett ständigt aktuellt ämne sedan sexköpslagen kom 1999. Vi har velat undersöka vad diskursen fri vilja inom prostitutionsdebatten innebär. Vi har valt ut teman för att kunna analysera hur diskursen fri vilja framkommer i debatten. Vårt syfte är att undersöka vad som inryms i diskursen fri vilja och vilka feministiska ståndpunkter som ger diskursen dess olika innebörder. Vi har genomfört en diskursanalys på tre böcker, utvalda för att representera de olika poler vi anser oss se i debatten.
