The purpose of this paper is to explore how masculinity and femininity are constructed in the magazine Veckorevyn, through a critical discourse analysis of 18 articles from six issues in 2011. This is done by using a variety of theories and previous research results, which is gender theory, the theory of late-modern society and media theory. The analysis shows that Veckorevyn depicts virility and feminine differently. Furthermore, pointing the results from the analysis that a change of manhood and womanhood takes place in the social practice. The selection of articles from the magazine also shows that Veckorevyn seems to promote gender equality. .

In this essay I have looked more closely at different means of grinding wood prior to the mass production and total dominance of the sandpaper in recent times as there is virtually no information to be found about this. I have also done a few replicas of how early sandpapers might have looked and as a part of creating these replicas I have also tested diffrent types of early glues. The conclusion of it all is that all the alternative grinding materials tested workd virtually as well as modern sandpaper, with some reservations. And the replicas, although rough, worked mostly well despite being constructed with simplicity in mind. This indicates that an artisan could easily construct sandpapers if he so wished..

Det har beskrivits hur upplevelserna av anknytningen till barnet kan variera beroende på mammans levnadshistoria. Med hjälp av anknytningsteorin förklarades anknytningsmönstrets betydelse för hur det sociala samspelet med omgivningen ser ut. Syftet med studien var att beskriva mammans upplevelser av att ej kunna knyta an till sitt nyfödda barn och problemområdet belystes med hjälp av självbiografier i en kvalitativ litteraturstudie. Resultatet redovisades under följande fyra kategorier: anknytningen blev inte som förväntat, prestationsångest och osäkerhet i mammarollen, känsla av att inte vara en bra mamma och ville inte vara med barnet. Slutsatsen blev att mammans upplevelser behöver lyftas fram och tydliggöras så att sjuksköterskan kan hjälpa igång och stödja mamman för att den livsviktiga anknytningen skall kunna slå rot..

Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga aktörers agerande på avreglerade marknader. Vi vill undersöka hur konkurrensen ter sig och om det finns likheter mellan olika avreglerade marknader. Detta gör vi genom att undersöka tre olika branscher, el, post och radio Arbetet är en blandning av kvantitativ och kvalitativ undersökning. Vi har använt oss en bred informationshämtning för att erhålla en bra grund för vårt analysarbete. Arbetet inleds med en induktiv ansats för att sedan fortsätta med en deduktiv ansats.

För att råda bot på dagens mörka trädgårdar har jag i och med detta arbete gjort en inspirationsstudie. Syftet med studien är att visa hur man kan använda sig av belysning i en trädgård och att inspirera läsaren genom att ge förslag på belysning i två olika trädgårdsmiljöer, en skogstomt samt en modern stadstomt. Study objects: Three different productions companies which the authors have chosen to be anonymous. Purpose: The purpose with this study is to examine why production companies choose to use 3D-animations in television commercials, and what different kind of aspects affects their decisions. Theoretical: The theoretical chapter reviews the history of 3D-animation andtelevision commercials and other fields that will be relevant laterin the analysis and discussion. Method: A case study has been made on three different companies, two of the companies are active in post-production and the other one is active in the consulting area. Data was collected through semistructured interviews with two of the companies.

Vårt syfte är även att försöka identifiera och beskriva eventuella mönster, som kan ses som generella inom området för webbkonfiguratorer. Metod: Som metod för insamling av empirisk data, har vi använt oss utav enkäter. Dessa har sänts ut via elektronisk post till de medverkande företagen. Vi har även genomfört ett test av de medverkande företagens webbkonfiguratorer.

I en delstudie till IDA-projektet har 185 kvinnor i 40-årsåldern skattat sin stress med PSS (Perceived Stress Scale) och genomfört fyra episodiska minnestest. Ett omvänt U-format samband med PSS som oberoende faktor och prestation i de olika minnestesterna som beroende faktor har prövats. Ett linjärt samband har sökts post hoc. Både explicit och implicit minnesprestation har mätts, liksom primär- och sekundärminnesprestation. Hög- och lågutbildade deltagare analyserades separat.
