Uppsatsen syfte är att identifiera och beskriva diskurser som omgärdar växelvis boende genom att analysera föräldrars tal om/konstruktioner av föräldraskap. Föräldrar vars barn bor växelvis hos de båda föräldrarna. Studien har följande frågeställningar:? Hur talar föräldrar med erfarenhet av växelvis boende om detta?? Hur konstruerar de i sina utsagor föräldraskap ?sitt eget och andras?? Hur könas detta tal?? Vilka diskurser kan urskiljas i föräldrarnas tal om föräldraskap och växelvis boende? ? Hur kan dessa förstås?? Hur samspelar de olika diskurserna med varandra?Studien baseras på kvalitativ metod och utgörs av semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio föräldrar med växelvis boende. De teoretiska perspektiven är postmodernism, socialkonstruktivism, konstruktioner av föräldraskap, konstruktioner av kön och kritisk diskursanalys.

The purpose of this thesis is to historically describe how Fédération Internationale deFootball Association (FIFA) interprets how the discourse of anti-racism has developed withintheir own organization throughout the years. In doing so, the thesis lands in a present timeperspective and then aims to identify the norms which FIFA, according to the organizationitself, stands for in regard to anti-racism within world football. That standard of behavior isthen put in contrast with the hidden ideological conceptions which, with the applying of apost-colonial perspective, can be found in the rhetoric used by FIFA in expressing themselvesabout their anti-racism stand.The methodology used in this thesis builds upon a qualitative text analysis approach inwhich solely primary sources available through the official website fifa.com are considered.The study finds that anti-racism is a relatively young concept within FIFA and that the communicatedideal standard of behavior circles around terms such as unity, diversity, solidarityand equality. Further on, FIFA clearly articulates how the universal power of football as suchcan unite people and that FIFA, as the administrator of this the world?s greatest sport, can setan example for the rest of the world to follow when it comes to notions of tolerance and solidarityin preventing racism in the future.In following the terminology provided by the post-colonial theorists Homi Bhabha andGyatri Spivak, and applying the concepts of fixity and essentialism on the rhetoric aroundanti-racism, the study discovers that FIFA, in sharp contrast to the articulated norms, in factexpress ideological conceptions of skin as a barrier of difference between people, and thatFIFA on good grounds can be accused of reproducing racist stereotypes rather than bridgingthem.The study concludes that its findings clearly demonstrates the increased need of consideringsports, and more specifically international sport organizations, as a basis for researchwithin the academic field of International Relations, and that a postcolonial perspective verymuch can provide alternative understandings of how these actors operate and what influencethey might have in the international system..

This study examines and analyzes the diverse and complex way of life that includes socioeconomical nomadism as the Irish Traveller community are availing themselves of on the island of Ireland. In a broader perspective the study of the Travellers is put in context to how modern society emerged, and what characterizes the contemporary western societies. This is to understand the way Travellers nomadic lifestyle has been constrained and how the interrelationship between the dominant society and the extended family group constituting Travellers social composition has affected their livelihoods. Their social role is considered from two identification points ? home and work.Nomadism as a phenomenon, its history, expression and possible motives are being described in this work.

”Fan fiction writing”, or the writing of stories based upon a popular entertainment franchise, has become a topic of academic discussion. Fan fiction writers have waked the ire of movie producers, since they often write fiction that is in direct contradiction to the movie’s plot or spirit. While most academic studies on fan fiction have concentrated on his confrontational aspect of the writers’ psyches, we have found that the writers actually have a much more nuanced approach to their work, and are not necessarily hostile towards the directors and producers. Even more surprising is the fact that the internet, beyond giving the writers a forum to post their writings, has potentially had a transformative impact on how the writers interact with each other and with the outside world. .

Introduction Every tenth patient in Sweden is affected by nosocomial infections. Among these, urinary tract infection (UTI) is the most frequently occurring within the hospital environment. Nosocomial infections lead to increasing costs for care, more suffering among the patients, increasing use of antibiotics, and longer treatment spells. The Academic hospital have engaged all wards in the so called VRISS-project (?nosocomial infections must be stopped?) in order to reduce the number of nosocomial infections.Aim In connection to the VRISS-project new routines for removal of uretrahl catheters are introduced at ward 70E2 at the Academic hospital.

Several studies have shown that students lack motivation to learn any language but English. Of particular concern is the young males? underachieving and disinterest in foreign languages. In the meantime, a number of international studies and the statistical data from Swedish national agencies of secondary and higher education (Skolverket and Högskoleverket) have indicated that Russian is one of the languages that are favoured by males. The primary goal of my case study was, therefore, to examine students? motivation to learn Russian and their attitudes towards language, community and Russian-speaking people.

This includes that God is leading them into many sufferings finished off with a martyr death as the triumph was very painful for its prisoners and mostly ended with an execution. But since A.D 300 such an interpretation has been questioned. Scholars react primarily to the cruelty of it and ask if that really was Paul?s meaning.

Spironolakton är en mineralkortikoidreceptorantagonist, som i RALES-studien (1999) har visat goda effekter på mortalitets- och morbiditetsreduktion hos hjärtsviktspatienter när den gavs som tillägg till ACE-hämmare. I denna uppsats presenteras en studie kring hur engelska ord i en för övrigt svensk text påverkar läsarens uppfattning av texten och dess författare. Två gymnasieklasser har fått läsa en text vardera, en helsvensk text med enbart svenska ord och en engelskinfluerad text som innehåller mer engelska lånord. Texterna är identiska förutom gällande just ordvalet. De har därefter fått svara på samma enkät som efterfrågade hur tillförlitlig, modern, intressant samt lätt- eller svårläst de har ansett att texten var. I enkäten ombads även eleverna att fylla i hur stort förtroende de kände för textförfattaren, hur gammal de trodde att hen var, samt om de trodde att hen var kvinna eller man.

När en människa utsatts för en traumatisk händelse, sätts en psykisk reaktion igång. När reaktionen inte mattats av kan det leda till att individen utvecklar Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Denna studie fokuserade på vilka faktorer som ökar risken för PTSD samt vilka faktorer som har betydelse för omhändertagandet. Metoden som användes i denna studie var en systematisk litteraturstudie. Tidigare forskning inom området har visat att ett lands mediers rapportering från konflikter tenderar att spegla nationens utrikes- och säkerhetspolitiska orientering, vilket i sådana fall innebär att sättet på vilket ett lands medier rapporterar från en konflikt kan påverka omvärldens uppfattning om landet i sin helhet.Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka om svensk medierapportering alltjämt speglar den svenska utrikes- och säkerhetspolitiska orienteringen, eller om den tenderar att uppvisa en mer självständig roll. Undersökningen sker genom en fallstudie av svensk nyhetsrapportering från en konflikt i Sveriges närområde i modern tid. Via metoden framinganalys jämförs Svenska Dagbladet och Dagens Nyheters rapportering från Krimkrisen 2014 med ett antal teman ur svensk utrikes- och säkerhetspolitisk orientering, i både historisk och modern tappning.Resultatet visar att nyhetsrapporteringen från den aktuella tidsperioden går i linje med den svenska utrikes- och säkerhetspolitiska orienteringen och att det finns tydliga inslag av såväl historiska drag såsom neutralitet och alliansfrihet, som av moderna drag avseende internationalism med betoning på multilateralt samarbete..
