Passivhus är en teknik som växte fram under 90- talet och som pressenteras som ett miljövänligare och effektivare alternativ till modern regelverksbebyggelse. Men är det egentligen så? I den här uppsatsen används teorin om ekologiska fotavtryck för att presentera, resonera kring och jämföra de båda byggteknikerna. Background: The Waldorf school was founded by Rudolf Steiner during the early nineties in Austria. The pedagogy is established in the antrophosofical sight of humanity, which contains focus on three watchwords when it comes to teaching. These are the will, the feeling and the thought. Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate how teachers in three Waldorf schools are working during to the curriculum and to bring out the differences and the similarities with the municipal school. This essay is focusing on four themes and theories; artistic learning processes, gender, multimedia and environment.Method: In order to investigate this kind of teaching I choose interviewing as a method, specifically semi structured interviews. Four teachers at three different schools in Stockholm county was interviewed.

Denna uppsats intresserar sig för den tidigmoderna människans interaktion och kommunikation med centralmakten. Utgångspunkten är att lokalsamhällets föreställningar om centralmakten skapades i lokala möten med denna. Ett sådant möte var den indelta krigsmaktens marscher i frihetstidens Sverige. Denna uppsats syftar till att analysera dessa marscher såsom kommunikativa och ideologiladdade ritualer där marschens estetik, disciplin och symbolik gjorde centralmakten konkret och greppbar för lokalsamhällets människor.Jag argumenterar för att marschen bör förstås som en kommunikativ arena där centralmakten och lokalsamhället interagerade inom ramen för ett föreställt samhällskontrakt. Denna symboliska interaktion visade på att centralmakten och lokalsamhället delade många föreställningar och hade mycket att vinna på ömsesidighet och förhandling.

After the last election Sweden has got a government that claims to be feminist. This thesis discusses whether the change of labels has also brought along policy formulated in a feminist way, arguing that the way policy is expressed affects how people see a certain problem. Three policy proposals are analysed, and in only one case the government seems to have been influenced by feminist ideas. The other proposals partly support claims made by new institutionalism that norms and routines in an organisation work to resist policy change, but also shows that feminist ideas are resisted more actively. The fact that so called policy entrepreneurs was present in the policy process at a certain period in time, probably counts for one explanation to the exceptional policy.

Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur unga män i åldern 16-25 år ser på manlighet ochkvinnlighet. Vår studie bygger på en kvantitativ metod i form aven enkät som metod vilkengranskar en eventuell koppling mellan de populärkulturella tidskrifterna Moore/Slitz, Rocky,övriga serietidningar och Sonic samt övriga specialtidskrifter och unga mäns syn. Enkäternahar delats ut till tre skolor i södra Halland. Utfallet av studien visar på unga mänsschablonmässiga och stereotypa könsbild samt en tydlig koppling mellan läsning av valdtidskrift och synen på manligt och kvinnligt. Undersökningen visar även på ett sambandmellan unga mäns könssyn och samhällets socialiseringsprocess.

AbstractIn this essay I examine the exegetical problems concerning the interpretation of the metaphor ???????????????? in 2 Corinthians 2:14.The regular idea of the metaphor is that the apostle Paul is using the picture of a Roman triumph to describe the apostle?s and his co-worker?s service for God. This includes that God is leading them into many sufferings finished off with a martyr death as the triumph was very painful for its prisoners and mostly ended with an execution. But since A.D 300 such an interpretation has been questioned. Scholars react primarily to the cruelty of it and ask if that really was Paul?s meaning.

Interior window shutters can be found in historical buildings, but they are an uncommon occurrence in modern buildings. In modern contemporary construction, large glass panels are often the ideal because of increased light inflow and for architectural purposes. However, this can generate several negative effects, such as increased energy loss, lack of privacy and high sunlight penetration. Problems that window shutters could have accommodated historically. This thesis identifies a lack of knowledge about interior window shutters in the Swedish building stock.

Under mina år i skådespelaryrket har jag utvecklat ett allt starkare intresse för dramat mellan raderna i ett teatermanus. Jag vill få syn på hur och vad jag gör när jag arbetar och samarbetar. Min bakgrund som naturvetare har påverkat mitt sätt att se på världen: även konstnärligt är jag starkt inspirerad av ett naturvetenskapligt perspektiv .Jag har formulerat en skådespelarmetod som jag kallar självarkeologi och redogör för dess beståndsdelar genom att låna dramaturgin hos en teaterhändelse: ett läsdrama. Rollkaraktärerna representeras av de grundvalar på vilka strategin vilar. Mina personliga drivkrafter och erfarenheter som tillsammans lett fram till behovet av en metod representerar pjäsens grundkonflikt.

In this paper I have studied how feminist parents talk to their children about body and sexuality and with which intentions they speak the way they do. The aim of the study was to locate strategies applied to give children positive relations to their bodies and their sexuality. My data are constituted by answers from a questionnaire sent out to an e-mail list for feminist parents. The answers have been compiled and analyzed, mainly qualitatively by the use of discourse analysis, with support of poststructuralist theories about language, gender and heteronormativity, as well as theories about children?s sexuality.

In this essay I have aimed to examine how the theology of Paul Tillich relate to modern views of reality, both the way it was expressed in his contemporary time and the way I see it today. Reality I have defined as an entirety of the physic- and metaphysic reality. A so called panentism where God is reality and the world is a part of this reality.With Tillichs Systematic Theology as my principal material, I have first made a brief presentation of his theology, of its construction and main concepts. Then I have chosen to further examine the way he describes being, reason and revelation to see how this particular concepts of Tillich agree with my definition of reality. In this I have consulted the books Tillich in Dialogue by Mackenzie-Brown and Natural Theology Versus Theology of Nature, a book edited after the forth international Tillich symposium 1992, which had "Tillichs thinking as impetus for a discourse among theology, philosophy and natural sciences" as a theme.I have tried to point out the possibilities opened up by the ontology and epistemology of Tillich for the dialogue between theology and natural sciences.

Uppsatsen syfte är att identifiera och beskriva diskurser som omgärdar växelvis boende genom att analysera föräldrars tal om/konstruktioner av föräldraskap. Föräldrar vars barn bor växelvis hos de båda föräldrarna. Studien har följande frågeställningar:? Hur talar föräldrar med erfarenhet av växelvis boende om detta?? Hur konstruerar de i sina utsagor föräldraskap ?sitt eget och andras?? Hur könas detta tal?? Vilka diskurser kan urskiljas i föräldrarnas tal om föräldraskap och växelvis boende? ? Hur kan dessa förstås?? Hur samspelar de olika diskurserna med varandra?Studien baseras på kvalitativ metod och utgörs av semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio föräldrar med växelvis boende. De teoretiska perspektiven är postmodernism, socialkonstruktivism, konstruktioner av föräldraskap, konstruktioner av kön och kritisk diskursanalys.

This study investigates how Arabic-speaking students in Sweden use syntax and prepositions in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), and how their writing is influenced by Swedish grammar and Arabic dialects. The focus is on identifying systematic patterns of cross-linguistic influence and variation between different groups of learners. The data consists of written translations by 30 students in grades 7?9 who receive mother tongue instruction in Arabic. All students translated the same Swedish source text into MSA, and the translations were analysed with attention to syntactic structures and the use of prepositions. The theoretical framework draws on transfer theory, interlanguage theory, and the interdependence hypothesis, complemented by perspectives on multilingualism and diglossia. These frameworks make it possible to capture both external influences from Swedish and Arabic dialects, as well as internal processes of second language development.

Are different ways of life possible in a world that increasingly becomes "Westernized" or globalized? This study examines and analyzes the diverse and complex way of life that includes socioeconomical nomadism as the Irish Traveller community are availing themselves of on the island of Ireland. In a broader perspective the study of the Travellers is put in context to how modern society emerged, and what characterizes the contemporary western societies. This is to understand the way Travellers nomadic lifestyle has been constrained and how the interrelationship between the dominant society and the extended family group constituting Travellers social composition has affected their livelihoods. Their social role is considered from two identification points ? home and work.Nomadism as a phenomenon, its history, expression and possible motives are being described in this work.
