Vi har försökt att genomföra en e-postintervju med Pro Mujer men eftersom vi inte har fått svar från organisationen består vår empiri av texter från Pro Mujers hemsida som vi har analyserat genom innehållsanalys. Litteraturgenomgång har vi använt för att analysera texter och teorier om både mikrofinans och empowerment. I vår analys har vi framlagt ett kritiskt perspektiv av Pro Mujers representation av sitt arbete och sina kvinnliga låntagare genom patriarkatteori, svart feminism och Tredje världen feminism.Huvudresultat:Pro Mujer arbetar med mikrofinans och har fokus på kvinnor.

The interest for food and cooking has probably never engaged the people of Sweden as much as it does today. Especially cookbooks are selling better than ever which has been a quite constant trend since the mid 90's. This study explores the connection between visual communication in Swedish cookbooks and the post-modern values which have influenced the market climate and the visual culture. I have used a theoretical framework as reference consisting of theories of semiotics, visual rhetoric, marketing communications and postmodernism. I have been studying six cookbooks, three from the late 00's and three from the early 90's, from the two separate angles of their graphic design and photographic material.

The aim of this essay is to examine what happens when Veronica Roths Divergent-trilogy is read with a lutheran theological pre-understanding. Using reader-response theory and lutheran theology written for and in a post-modern context, three lutheran figures of thought are presented as one way of understanding the trilogy. The conclusion is that it is possible to reveal lutheran ideas concerning justification, guilt, forgiveness, mercy and self-sacrificing love in the Divergent-story. .

Bakgrund och problem:Belöningssystem alltid varit ett styrverktyg där ledning med dess hjälp försökt att bidra till att medarbetare blir motiverade till att öka sin produktivitet och på så sätt bidra till organisationens lönsamhet. Men att försöka förstå de icke-ekonomiska effekterna av olika belöningssystem har bidragit till att försöka skapa en ökad förståelse för organisatorisk rättvisa. Vad gäller monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem så är det viktigt att förstå att rättvisefrågor utgör en viktig del av de olika anställningsförhållandena i organisationen. Utan denna förståelse kan det uppstå ogynnsamma situationer. Detta har lett oss till uppsatsens problemformulering: Vad har upplevd rättvisa för påverkan på attityder kring monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem?? Vad kan monetära ersättningar få för upplevda beteendemässiga konsekvenser?Syfte:Rapportens huvudsakliga syfte är att beskriva och förklara attityder kring monetära ersättningar i ett belöningssystem.

En jämforelse mellan två olika typer av arbeten inom datorgrafik varav det ena är utfört på en mindre firma i Sverige som producerar spel för casinomarknaden medan det andra arbetet var utfört på ett stort postproduktionsföretag beläget i centrala London. Syftet med studien är att kartlägga kvinnors föreställningar om sin egen och andra kvinnors sexualitet. Förhållningssättet till kvinnors sexualitet i Sverige har förändrats genom åren.

Syftet med vår uppsats är att utifrån svenska mindre aktiebolags, revisorers och expertorgans perspektiv redogöra för om förslagen i propositionen ?Förenklade redovisningsregler m.m.? och BFNs ?Allmänna råd för K2 - mindre aktiebolag? överensstämmer med vad de anser behöver förenklas. Syftet är också att redogöra för vilken funktion redovisningen har för de mindre aktiebolagen och vilka konsekvenser de föreslagna förenklingarna och förändringarna kan medföra. The purpose of this essay is to examine the United Nation?s work and structure to find possible factors that can explain why some peacekeeping operations have achieved to mainstream a gender perspective, when others have not. This study is based on two cases; the peacekeeping operation in Namibia and the peacekeeping operation in Kosovo.The theory I have chosen to apply is feminism, a theory that allows an alternative explanation to this phenomenon. The conclusion is that there are three decisive factors: The leadership and its will to recruit female personnel to decision-making positions, the number of female employees and whether the peacekeeping operation cooperates with local women-organisations or not. By analysing Still the water (2014), Radiance (2017) and True Mothers (2020) by Naomi Kawase this essay will look at her work to see how she portrays the experience of being a woman in relation to her community. Looking into her way of using the camera by applying the theory of haptic visuality allows the spectator to identify themselves in a bodily relationship with the image. By using the camera to closely frame objects of importance for the characters, Kawase leads the spectator to understand the world of the film and enables a more profound understanding of their experience. For the community to be of importance for the women it must be founded in the feeling of security and a confirmation of their feelings. Edward Said's book Orientalism (1978) is the most important reference point in the post-colonial theory and describes how the West is dominant over the Orient. There is a clear distinction between "us" and "the other" and the purpose of this study is that, from a postcolonial perspective, focusing on Said's theoretical concepts "the other" and "discourse", examining how two foreign-born people with ethnic backgrounds living in the same place, are looking at themselves, at other foreign-born and native Swedes. My questions to answer this are; ?what are the concepts of "the other" and "discourse" and is it possible to use these concepts to examine how foreign-born people are looking at themselves, at other foreign-born and native Swedes in a specific location??, ?who is "the other" in a place where there are almost as many native Swedes as foreign-born??, and ?how do these two foreign-born people with ethnic backgrounds perceive Norrliden as a place and what effect has that place had on their identity?? I have used a post-colonial philosophical ground and a qualitative approach, focusing on two different interviews with two men, living in Norrliden. In Norrliden almost 50% of the inhabitants are foreign-born were both of the interview-persons are feeling safe and secure.

The intention is to focus on the implementation of the tablet in preschools and how the intentions around the introduction of the tablet take shape in different preschools. The method is semi structured interviews where the respondents consist of 3 preschool directors and 6 teachers where the preschool directors work. This is a relevant subject to illustrate, as the tablet has become a tool in preschool where it seems to be different opinions about how it should be used. This study aims to understand how the implementation can take form in different preschools, what kind of similarities and differences we can see with the intentions of the tablet and if there is need of clarification on the workings of the tablets in preschools. The results show that the intentions around the introduction of the tablet in preschool look different in the preschools, and the implementation of this new technology starts in a small scale with help of photographing and videotaping.

Till min uppsats valde jag att koncentrera mig på två verk, Post Office och Factotum, av författaren Charles Bukowski (1920-1994). Kvotering i olika former har blivit en trend inom forskning såväl som effektiv metod för att snabbt öka den kvinnliga representationen, och är något som diskuterats flitigt i svensk media under år 2013. Syftet för denna kandidatuppsats är att utifrån teorier om feminism, genus och makt analysera kvoteringsdiskursen i Sverige. Genom en kvalitativ textanalys undersöks de motstridigheter som finns i mediedebatten kring kvotering och om det finns stöd för lagstiftning eller inte. Resultaten visar att kvotering fortfarande är en omstridd fråga i Sverige eftersom att debatten är stagnerad, de ideologiska grunderna och jämställdhetsperspektiven skiljer sig åt. En ytterligare bidragande faktor är den reproduktion av genusordningen som både motståndare och förespråkare bidrar till.

At Flight and Systems test Saab AB, a post-processing software is used to process GPS data. A new software by the name GrafNav has been purchased and the purpose of this master thesis therefore became, partly to make a judgment regarding GrafNav?s ability to estimate position, velocity and accuracy, partly to if needed improve the estimate and finally find one or several methods to estimate the position and velocity accuracy. The judgment of GrafNav was performed partly by a comparison to the former post-processing software (PNAV) and partly by a comparison to the airplane?s inertial navigation system (INS).
