Strandskyddslagstiftningen styr till stor del fastighetsbildningen inom strandskyddsområden. Lantmäterimyndigheten ska bland annat bedöma om strandskyddssyftena motverkas vid en fastighetsbildning inom strandskydd. I denna bedömning kan de samråda med kommunen.Denna studies syfte är att beskriva strandskyddslagarna och fastighetsbildning inom strandskyddsområden. Den ska även undersöka lantmäterimyndigheters samrådsrutiner gällande detta område för att komma fram till vilka rutiner som verkar lämpligast.Litteraturstudien inriktade sig först på vetenskapliga artiklar om allemansrätt och därefter på lagtexter, propositioner och andra vägledande texter om strandskydd. För att ta reda på hur olika lantmäterikontor samråder med kommunerna tillfrågades kontor om deras rutiner genom intervjuer per telefon samt via e-post.Litteraturstudien visade att strandskyddslagarna bland annat anger var strandskydd gäller, förbjudna åtgärder inom strandskyddsområden med vissa undantag, att skyddet ibland kan upphävas samt att länsstyrelsen får ge dispens från strandskyddet i vissa fall och kommunen i de övriga.

We started out the study with a preconception of culture as something that creates difference between groups of people, which had been verified by our prior research. We also had a sense of culture as a polysemous term. Our assumption is also that there is an opinion within social work practice that Swedish social workers are faced with a cultural barrier when encountering immigrant clients.In this study our aim is to examine constructions of the terms cultural competence and culture. Constructions of the terms ethnicity and ethnic diversity are also observed, although the main reason for this is to show what relation these terms have to the terms cultural competence and culture, and how they may give each other meaning, according to the theory of social construction. In addition to constructions, we also aim to bring out discourses around the terms, upon which we will create a discussion about power and dominance informed by post-colonial theory and critical discourse analysis (CDA).

We compare Matte Painting with a theatrical backdrop, a background that closely or viewed from the wrong angle can break the illusion that it is a real world environment. We will investigate and present how to build a digitally created Matte Painting that enables not having to travel across the country for the ideal film location, but can shoot the scene in a studio environment. We analyze existing film scenes that have made use of Matte Painting, making comparisons between different uses for Matte painting and discuss a conclusion that answers our main question: "How has the evolution of the film technology, Matte Painting, looked like and how you can apply a digital matte paint in post production to enhance the overall experience of a movie scene?".

The aim of this essay is to examine what happens when Veronica Roths Divergent-trilogy is read with a lutheran theological pre-understanding. Using reader-response theory and lutheran theology written for and in a post-modern context, three lutheran figures of thought are presented as one way of understanding the trilogy. The conclusion is that it is possible to reveal lutheran ideas concerning justification, guilt, forgiveness, mercy and self-sacrificing love in the Divergent-story. .

The purpose of this thesis is to historically describe how Fédération Internationale deFootball Association (FIFA) interprets how the discourse of anti-racism has developed withintheir own organization throughout the years. In doing so, the thesis lands in a present timeperspective and then aims to identify the norms which FIFA, according to the organizationitself, stands for in regard to anti-racism within world football. That standard of behavior isthen put in contrast with the hidden ideological conceptions which, with the applying of apost-colonial perspective, can be found in the rhetoric used by FIFA in expressing themselvesabout their anti-racism stand.The methodology used in this thesis builds upon a qualitative text analysis approach inwhich solely primary sources available through the official website fifa.com are considered.The study finds that anti-racism is a relatively young concept within FIFA and that the communicatedideal standard of behavior circles around terms such as unity, diversity, solidarityand equality. ”Fan fiction writing”, or the writing of stories based upon a popular entertainment franchise, has become a topic of academic discussion. Fan fiction writers have waked the ire of movie producers, since they often write fiction that is in direct contradiction to the movie’s plot or spirit. While most academic studies on fan fiction have concentrated on his confrontational aspect of the writers’ psyches, we have found that the writers actually have a much more nuanced approach to their work, and are not necessarily hostile towards the directors and producers. Even more surprising is the fact that the internet, beyond giving the writers a forum to post their writings, has potentially had a transformative impact on how the writers interact with each other and with the outside world. .

Introduction Every tenth patient in Sweden is affected by nosocomial infections. Among these, urinary tract infection (UTI) is the most frequently occurring within the hospital environment. Nosocomial infections lead to increasing costs for care, more suffering among the patients, increasing use of antibiotics, and longer treatment spells. The Academic hospital have engaged all wards in the so called VRISS-project (?nosocomial infections must be stopped?) in order to reduce the number of nosocomial infections.Aim In connection to the VRISS-project new routines for removal of uretrahl catheters are introduced at ward 70E2 at the Academic hospital.

När en människa utsatts för en traumatisk händelse, sätts en psykisk reaktion igång. När reaktionen inte mattats av kan det leda till att individen utvecklar Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Denna studie fokuserade på vilka faktorer som ökar risken för PTSD samt vilka faktorer som har betydelse för omhändertagandet. Metoden som användes i denna studie var en systematisk litteraturstudie. Författarna började med en databassökning i Pubmed och Chinal.

Syftet med denna studie var att utifrån kriminalvårdspersonalens bild söka förståelse för vad fängelsepåföljd för lagöverträdare med utvecklingsstörning kan innebära. Vår undran var om fängelseanstalter har resurser att rehabilitera och vårda personer med utvecklingsstörning som har särskilda behov. Vi ville även undersöka vilka effekter fängelsepåföljd kan få för personer med utvecklingsstörning. Ytterligare en fråga var om det i dagsläget finns andra alternativ till slutna anstalter för dessa lagöverträdare. Med en kvalitativ ansats har vi via telefon intervjuat två kriminalvårdsinspektörer och erhållit svar via e-post från ytterligare två kriminalvårdsinspektörer inom kriminalvården, samt erhållit svar via e-post från en sakkunnig person inom kriminalvårdens huvudkotor.

Ämnet för uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka kommunikationsverktyg gymnasieelever på Kungsmadskolan i Växjö använder sig av för att kommunicera på Internet, vilka motiv som ligger bakom valet av kommunikationsverktyg och det fortsatta användandet. Uppsatsen inriktar sig på fem olika typer av kommunikationsverktyg: chatt, Internetforum, community, Internettelefoni och e-post. Undersökningens syfte är föreståelseinriktat, vilket innebär att vi ämnar att undersöka och förstå vilka motiv som avgör gymnasieelevernas val. Vi har valt en kvalitativ metod för vår undersökning. Vi har genom diskussion med två stycken fokusgrupper indelade i en med bara killar och en med bara tjejer från Kungsmadskolan i Växjö samlat in empirisk data.

Detta examensarbete har utförts på distans åt Worldnet AB, ett företag som levererar Internetrelaterade tjänster, till exempel webbhotell, Internetaccess och e-post. Företaget finns i Umeå och har 5 anställda. Ett problem som företaget upplever när de levererar en Internetaccesstjänst eller en e-posttjänst är att många kunder ringer upp och frågar hur de ska skapa dessa. På företaget upplever man att kunderna får information om hur de ska gå tillväga. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka samt ge rekommendationer för hur ett supportstöd, i form av en hjälp till självhjälp, bör utformas för att reducera antalet påringningar till supporten på Worldnet.
